Pros:Drop off at the airport after returning my rental.
Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons:Staff doesn't need to upsell so hard! The size I reserved was fine. I didn't need a bigger car!

Cons:Insurance was added without approval. When I turned back to ask, I was pressured. They wouldn’t take the charge off.
Cons:The agent who assisted us with our Suburban was extremely helpful and polite. He should be promoted. What a terrific asset for Thrifty car rental. Because of his immediate response to our needs our trip was very successful. Highly recommended. Would definitely rent from them again.
Pros:Car was okay but we thought we were going to get a midsize car for the deal. We needed that size of car and that was what I specifically asked for. Instead they used some word to imply we didn't get the lucky draw so we had to pay more for the midsize. Will never use this company again.

Pros:Pick up was prompt, no line at the desk when I arrived. The car, a Hyundai Elantra, drove nicely with a quieter ride than I expected. The car performed well even into the mountains near Taos. And the gas mileage was very good as well. Drop off at the centralized facility was fast and the busses from the Rental facility ran very frequently, so there was no delay in getting to the Airport.
Pros:Everyone who worked at the Albuquerque Thrifty was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pick up and drop off went smoothly and we didn’t have to wait for a shuttle. The car was clean and what we expected.
