Cons:My rental agent in Key West was 13 minutes late arriving, then took another 12 minutes to set up. He was rude, he talked down to me when I didn't take the upgrade, and then overestimated the time it was going to take me to get to the airport where I was driving. Overall it was the worst rental experience I've ever had with a rental car agent.
Pros:Quick and easy pick up and drop off. Great rate compared to others.
Cons:When we got to the EYW airport we were told the car size we had reserved was not available and the only option was a different car which was more expensive and we had to pay the difference. I think if they didn't have the car we had reserved months ago then they needed to eat the difference and not charge me. Had I not had a plane to catch in MIA I would have shopped for a different company.

Cons:I did not like the fact that I specifically rented a convertible and when I checked in there were not any available and the rep was not able to tell me when one would be available. Unexpectedly I had to return the Jeep 2+full days early and was not offered any type of refund or credit, bad business in my opinion.
Pros:we were told we could change the contract and change it back without any problem
Cons:when we tried to change it back to the original plan it was difficult over the phone, and then the lady at the counter was difficult as well. she then did remove the late fee and change fee and continued to talk about how we were "late" when actually we were early when using the original contract terms. not a great customer service at all and will avoid thrifty again unless they significantly less money.
Pros:The car we were given was quite nice, it was clean and new.
Cons:They kept trying to upsell various things when picking up the car, and the lady at the desk was quite rude. It is ridiculous to pay $13/day to rent an sun tag, especially when I'll only use it once!
Cons:they tried to stick me for $16. more because I did not have a receipt when I filled up the car before I returned it. cheap trick I will rent from Budget where they do not try to pull that stuff.

Cons:Very unprofessional,rude and disrespectful. Last time using your services.
Pros:Clean vehicle. Pick-up and drop off was a breeze. Finding fuel near the airport prior to drop off was easy. All the important aspects of a rental experience were well covered. Costs were in line with any other tourist destination. Folks, don’t over think renting a car, consider it a commodity.
