Cons: I did not like the fact that I specifically rented a convertible and when I checked in there were not any available and the rep was not able to tell me when one would be available.
Unexpectedly I had to return the Jeep 2+full days early and was not offered any type of refund or credit, bad business in my opinion.
Cons: No fluid came out for the windshield wipers which was frustrating. We bought more but it still didn't work. Told the lady at the counter when we returned the car & she deducted the cost of the fluid from our bill. Much appreciated

Cons: convertible camaro was not a good car.... for such a large sports car it had very little room... at best it is a 2 seat car. only a tiny person can ride in the back for more than a block or two..... with the top down. zero room for luggage other than back seat
careful making changes with Thrifty
Pros: we were told we could change the contract and change it back without any problem
Cons: when we tried to change it back to the original plan it was difficult over the phone, and then the lady at the counter was difficult as well. she then did remove the late fee and change fee and continued to talk about how we were "late" when actually we were early when using the original contract terms. not a great customer service at all and will avoid thrifty again unless they significantly less money.

Pros: Clean vehicle. Pick-up and drop off was a breeze. Finding fuel near the airport prior to drop off was easy. All the important aspects of a rental experience were well covered. Costs were in line with any other tourist destination. Folks, don’t over think renting a car, consider it a commodity.
Pros: The car we were given was quite nice, it was clean and new.
Cons: They kept trying to upsell various things when picking up the car, and the lady at the desk was quite rude. It is ridiculous to pay $13/day to rent an sun tag, especially when I'll only use it once!
False statements
Cons: I rented a convertible mustang or similar car for my 25th anniversary. I even spoke to them on the phone at the airport before unreserved it. When I arrived they did not have a convertible and said they had not had one in months. Had to take a Yukon.
