Clean bed and bathroom, tea and coffee facilities Furniture a bit tatty, room smelt stale and we had to keep window open
Nice and helpfull stuff, clean rooms, good and quiet location - close to shopping centers, close to rer train (25 minutes to Paris center), free and safe car parking, nice buffet breackfast
Already spotted by others, but the restaurant proofed to offer a good quality for a decent price. A 3 course set menu for EUR 18. Close to the A104/A4 for easy access to Disneyland.
Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, multi-lingual staff were friendly. Covenient location within easy access of rail system.
The train station was close. Easy access to Paris, but the Metro tickets were kind of expensive. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was minimal: cold cuts, cereal, croissants. The rooms were extremely small. The hotel was 3 exits from Euro Disney.
Great location for Disneyland Paris by train or car and Paris itself by the train from the station across the road. Great shopping centre over the road to get your croissants for breakfast. We didnt eat in the hotel so can not comment on the food. Room 107 was dark as only one small window and few lights, it had a broken double bed. However once we had spent one night in there (we asked for another room) we were transferred to room 408 which was bright as on the other side of the hotel and the bed was fine.
Rooms were very comfortable, staff spoke good english and were friendly, great breakfast (7euros), close to disney and railway station (2 euros per person to disney) Close to shopping centre (2 mins walk) Lack of english TV channels.
Close location to railway station Please provide more than 1 teabag and 1 milk in the room, more was available from reception, but English people like a good supply of tea
Excellent location, good value for money, air condition was great, staff was able to speak very good english Bed was too hard, rooms were very small, only french TV
The restaurant food was very good, excellent choice and of good quality.Staff were helpful. Buffet breakfast very good. The restaurant closed down on the Friday night of our stay, with no reason for the closure. We had already looked at the menu in the morning and planned to eat there.
nothing we booked for 2 nights and checked out after the first night,we could not get a refund either nothing
Good selection available for breakfast - room basic but comfortable, Ideal location for accessing train to Disneyland Poor signage from train station - no detail on site as to which exit to take from train station
If you are not looking for something fancy but a place clean, safe, and inexpensive place to shower and sleep this is it. The price cannot be beat and the breakfast for 6 euros was good. Easy to get to only 10 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from downtown Paris. Great for the money
Reception is available 24/24, friendly personel helped us well. There are no hair dryers in the bath room, but are available for free on request at the reception. Didn't have to pay for the WiFi-connection (see below). Internet connection via WiFi was quite slow.
Staff was very helpful, very convinient location, good price, good breakfast, shops nearby.
Very good accommodation conditions, great location both for Disneyland and Paris center due to excellent RER connections, very good sorroundings with lots of shopping and entertaining facilites and very good value for money. I will definitely come back! None
handt to trains and disneyland which is all we wanted
The friendly staff on reception, the rooms were cleaned daily, also the position to the railway station, restaurants, shops & hypermarket. My family, Friends & myself will definitely use the hotel on our next visit to Torcey it is an ideal base for Disneyland & Paris.
Hotel is close to RER station 'Torcy'.Disneyland is just 2 stops away.Good restaurants nearby..breakfast was also good.
1) Near Disneyland. Only 200m from the RER station and 3 stations to Disneyland from there. 2) Close to food courts, Carrefour, amenities. 3) Internet cheap and easy to connect but not wireless. Very few facilities. No kettle. Room very hot especially at this time of the year (summer). Everything that is extra needs deposit.
friendly price offer, food and beverage for accompanied children. room was rather smal for 2 adults and 2 children
Very clean, great location for Paris and Disneyland, very helpful staff
The best thing about the hotel was the very patient receptionist. We couldnt stay there because the room stunk of strong air freshner and the ac did not work properly
Games Room, Baggage Room, En-Suite Rooms No all Good
ratio price/ quality noise from other rooms. Insulation.
Hotel lobby and rooms were very clean, 24h reception. Room for three persons had only 2 beds, one of us had to sleep on a mattress on the ground.
Nothing in specific
The hotel was very clean and really good value. we stayed because it is so close to disney world, this was my second time here and would recommend it as a good value basic hotel and there rooms and bathrooms very clean. The bar area is small
The rooms are clean.
There was plenty of free parking space very close to the hotel. Room was small but very clean.
We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport. The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.
very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Very modern and clean. Good service and in-room amenities. Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out Walking distance to the Airport price was a little higher
Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide. There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude. We didn't stay in paris Long enough. At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
Very modern. I loved the lights in the room and the view of the runway. The restaurant/bar was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was my favorite place to stay on business so far.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
Very close to cdgval, efficient and clean. Many dining options but basic food. Rooms are very basic.
Easy, convenient access to Charles de Gaulle airport. Free wifi. Rooms are small but use space efficiently, so there was enough room for everything.
Have a problem with this hotel and reservation please call me at 973-301-1420 tx Frank White
Staff unfriendly, unhelpful. Bar closes at 11pm even to residents. No coat hangers in room coffee machine did not work.Expensive for what it offers.
Close to rer station and town centre Hotel is incomplete. No spa facility yet available on site. No local or even hotel information in room. Wifi enabled but no computer or printing possible in lobby. Minimal to non existent tourist information available from reception staff. Kitchenette doesn't provide basic detergent for machine
It was a shame that we had to be moved from our first room to a new room as we had no cold water, but the hotel staff were friendly. The advertised free wifi was disappointing as the firewall stopped us using the wifi .... we couldnt book tickets for the LIDO wifi, noise
Close to Disneyland Paris, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff Overall breakfast was just ok.
The location of the hotel is one of the best feature. Shopping centers is 5min walk and Disney land is very near about 10 min using rer trains The staff was rude and not very cooperative. The picture on the website is completely different that reality
Locition Bad rooms, and discomfort in the room service, the time of entry at four in the evening, too late
Newness of hotel, decor of public area, location, rate and mini kitchen in room. Good use of space in room. a lot of potential as a good hotel for the area. The fact that it's so new. Room smelled of construction dust, headboard still had masking tape, no tea/coffee service and other amenities that should come with a mini kitchen, nice looking but flimsy furniture and twin beds that won't stay together (I fell in the crack, yay!). Apathetic staff and bad breakfast (cheap quality). No information about the area or minibar available in room.
Starting with Check-in we had a wonderful stay! The front desk was friendly and spoke English fluently. We had a Jr. Suite on the 1st floor (the 2nd floor if you're American). We were so impressed with the room! A toilet and shower right when you walk in, with a kitchenette off the side. It had a fridge, stove top, microwave, sink, dish washer, tea kettle, coffee maker and all the untensils, plates, etc. that you'd need. They also had a little welcome tray with two water bottles and some tea and coffee. Past the kitchen was a living room with a pull out sofa couch, coffee table, small dining table, desk, TV and closet. There was also a balcony off the sitting room. Past the sitting room was the master suite with sliding pocket doors, and two twin size beds, TV, another closet and then the master bathroom with tub, large sink and toilet. Everything in the room was clean, and fresh and new. We were completely satisfied. We also only used the spa facilities once but loved it! It was a lot of furniture for a small space, so having more than two bodies might have felt crowded, but it worked perfectly for the two of us. The Jacuzzi at the spa wasn't very hot.
Proximity to Disneyland was very good. Shuttles were great, never waited more than 5 minutes, and ride was 4 minutes to front gate I have had better breakfast
Reasonable price and good location near to Disney resort. Insulation of room is not quite well.
this is my 2nd stay in paxton this year.i will prefer this hotel to anyone who visit france. none.
the room no internet,no phone cant call out,no spa, building works during our stay
the site is good and calm. the surrounding is high class district.not a lot of shops around but man can get his stuff. the hotel is not provided with room service. in general it is a good place to stay not to be spoiled. we r accustomed to breakfast bufet to be richer.
Thais Massage The hotel has a very limited shuttle bus service to the metro station ( 2 km away ).We were left stranded at 8.30 pm with our 7 year old daughter .We were told the shuttle driver had gone home. Hotel was not concerned in solving our problem. Hotel in the middle of nowhere .
The swimming pool was not built, the rooms were not finished, the hotel was covered in dust and workmens tools
They didn't charge us for the extra bed.
Clean Other time share resorts which I have stayed at had the kitchen implements (plates, cups, utensils) already supplied in the rooms. There were an added extra with an extra cost.
Having a small kitchenette and fridge. Also it was very convenient for the motorway and disneyland, but very quiet.
big bed. the room had nice furniture. very nice pool and spa area. room shower smelled mouldy.
Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
Efficient staff The suite was not 5 star based on the Australian 5 star rating. Note only one robe, fittings in the bathroom need seeing too as well as some varnish
No free internet
While the room wasn't the prettiest, the bed, internet, and shower were all fantastic. For my 8 hour visit before an early morning flight, this is what I needed. I wouldn't stay here for the decor! but for a budget place that meets all the essentials near the airport, it's great.
Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Vrey clean nice atomsphere. The hotel shuttle service (Blackline?) is really bad. If travelling with luggage it will be a nightmare for older or infirm persons. It is however free, so can't complain too much.......Nowhere quiet to have a meal.
Old and dingy. I thought from the reviews and pictures it was new, but the place was pretty rough.
i cant really say as i was there for a few hrs b4 my flight back home to australia...but overall i had a few good hrs sleep well since its close to the airport the noise of the planes were pretty loud
Original price was honoured by booking com. Good accommodation for the price.
Hotel functioned well, was clean and reception staff were helpful. Bar was very poor - highly priced and staff not really suited to the role. Communication not their thing.
Shabby room. Waited over an hour to check in. Never received the wake up call I requested. Almost missed my flight.
The hotel is very convinient to reach from the Airport by using the black bus. it stops right in fornt of the hotel.Nice breakfast.
The bartender that night was great. The lady at the front desk when I first checked in was very nice and helpful. The shower was nice. It's close to CDG. I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25€ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10€ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26€ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out. Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot. Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5€ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.) This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
Both dinner and breakfast, particularly the latter, were good. Personally, as a Cordon Bleu and now living in France, I would have preferred something more specialised, not just Steak and Chips however good it was - and it was. I am not sure if it was the hotel to blame or only the driver of the shuttle but I ended up at the wrong terminal and had to walk for 40 mins to get to the right one. May I suggest that certainly the Millenium, maybe all the hotels at Roissy, should keep a list of which airlines fly from which terminals. I was travelling by Air Transat and should have been taken to Terminal 3 not 2a.
been connect to the airport and to the train station
nothing The price wat to high and we slept with all the painters in the hallway we had to jump over the paint cans and it smelled. We could not move in the room the beds were to close to each other and that all for $250 / a night.
Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain. When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2. The price was a bit high.
When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.
At airport Convenient Breakfast good Carpet dirty Bathroom mildew on tiles Air freshener too strong
once found (they were still putting the signs up in the terminal, very convenient place to stay. it was surprisingly quiet. stained carpet, small rooms, cant open the windows for fresh air, to the extent that it was a relief to get outside the next morning
We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel.
the hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and room was the best i stayed in during my week of bussiness
Location and price nothing it was all good
Fabulously convenient location--just walk out of hotel and into Charles De Gaulle airport. Elegant decor. A surprisingly delicious dinner in the restaurant with friends. A good breakfast. I think the room as a little hot. I was too tired to try and fiddle with the thermostat so perhaps that was fixable.
Great location with super close access to trains (RER access directly across street) and shuttle bus service to Disney parks. Rooms are very clean, contemporary, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet selection is expansive with options for anyone from around the world. ,Only negative is wait time and crowded shuttle bus returns at close of day from Disneyland
The Hotel is in a great location beside shopping centre and the regular shuttle service to Eurodisney was excellent.
Exellent place near Disneyland. Free and easy connection by bus 50 to Marne la Vallee Disneyland. There you can get tgv train to airport cdg. Near hotel very big shopping centre to by what ever you need and good restaurants. Near hotel local railwaystation, rer trains to Paris centre. So good hotel to do what most people want to do in Paris. No problems!
Staff was helpful, especially Magdalena a Polish receptionist who was very nice. The hotel is next to a very big mall that is open 7 days a week, something very rear in Paris. Sea life exhibition there is very nice for kids. The bus for Disney stops in front of hotel and the new town of Val d'Europe was interesting to me, I would like to find out more about it from a real estate point of view. The blankets were old and worn out, I believe that if they changed the blankets the rest would be o.k.
Large comfortable family rooms. Easy access to Disneyland Paris via shuttle bus and RER train. Across the street from Val D'Europ shopping center. Complimentary early access to Disney Park before general admission (Magic Hours).
room good and near shooping centre.. the prature for the water in the tolite is very bad
Size of the room and access to Paris No tea or coffe making facility and more storage for clothes i.e. hangers
CLose to train station. Close to Shopping center and outlet. And frequent free shuttle bus to Disney land which take only 10 mins
Location. Near shopping mall, resturant and with shuttle stop which goes directly to Disneyland Poor breakfast in compared to its price. No iron in the room.
good location only bed was so bad . and service was so poor. brack fast was poor too.
Exellent hotel for visiting Dysney Park, for families with children - the bus stops right in front of the hotel. It”s 30 minutes driveing to Paris, and minutes walking to a big Mall and Outlet Village. The hotel is clean with a big bathroom . I enjoyed staying at this hotel and woudd certainly recomend it.
Very close to disneyland (about 15 min) by car. Nice room. Free coffee/tea in the room. The price (225e-3 nights- 4 persons) was really good. 13 euro for a breakfast are too much. A cheaper price it will be nice.No access to Paris with public transportation.
It is near Disneyland The personnel should speak english
Most staff were friendly Location of this hotel is terrible. If you have no car then i wouldnt bother staying here. You have t catch a bus to the hotel which stops running at 9.30pm. You then have no choice but to get a taxi which will rip you off.
Very good location for visit Disnayland! Nice corner for kids. Reach breakfast.
Was very good for price, accommodating 2 adults and 2 children, close enough for easy access to Disneyland. Would recommend.
Perfect choice if you visit Disneyland by car. Free private parking. Coffee/tee making facilities and fridge in the room are definitely a plus, together with the sliding table - ideal for making your own breakfast/lunch in the room (Carrefour in easily reachable by car in 5 min). Big hotel chains like Novotel are always reliable, no bad surprises as sometimes in smaller hotels. Rooms are very clean.
the pool and the room very clean
Excellent value for a family visiting EuroDisney. Good evening meals that were very well priced. Free parking. Large clean rooms. Helpful staff. Swimming pool was very cold. Wi-Fi is not free to guests
We were super close to Disney which was the main reason for our stay. Once again, the Novotel was a great hotel for our family. We will continue to stay whenever we get the chance.
Swimming Pool It wasnt close to disney land.
Convienience - right in the airport Shower was inoperative and only one bathsize towel, until I requested more.
The special offer that made it possible for us to stay there, the positive attitude of the staff, the excellent breakfast included in the price, the spacy and beautifully and practically equipped room, the welcome gift. Because our arrival at the airport by plane was late, we didn't want to risk not to get into central Paris by public transport that late evening/night due to delays, therefore it was essential to stay at a hotel as close as possible to the airport - like this one - to continue to the airport early the next day. Nothing special.
We loved everything! Very comfy room (Club Room), with a bathroom with shower and bath separated, spacius, minibar, tv, a veeery comfy bed and pillows. And the location! Superb! The hotel is inside terminal 2e at Paris -cdg . If you have a conection, as we had, you have at your feet the airport itself, the tvg and Trains from and to Paris/Europe. From the main entrance you can see the gare downstairs. The restaurant is very good, the staff couldn't be better. next time we'll stay there and take the train to and from Paris. Just perfect! The automatic minibar and tray in the room. If you simply touch it, you're billed automatically. I don't like this "modernity".
Location was great. Very quiet rooms. Our second room had numerous small problems. I'm sure if I contacted the staff it could have been corrected. But sometimes, you just want to go to sleep.
Only the location Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.
Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle. Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
Proximity to Airport The Air conditional didn't work Speed of the internet connection was really poor
The quick service and the convenient location
It´s location, easy to walk there and easy to walk to the next flight. Room service was efficient. The service in the restaurant. They told me to wait for a while to attend me. After 10 minutes waiting I left.
Excellent location, virtually 20 minutes to gate. Very nice staff at reception and quick check-in. Would appreciate if extra blankets are provided. Can be quite cool at night. A/C did not seem to heat up sufficiently.
Room was big and with a panoramic view. It will be probably need renovation soon, but it was still ok. Internet wi-fi connection was free which is very good value. Environment around the hotel is quite bad and dirty with the exception of the near shopping mall. RER station is walking distance and Paris Chatelet is 30 minutes away by train. There is no much alternative choice if you have to be around there Air conditioning was neither adjustable or could be turned off. Internal restaurant was not bad, but with very limited menu (only 5 starters and 5 main courses) which made quite boring eating there more than once or so.
I liked that it was midway between the sites of Paris and Disneyland Paris. It was right next door to a three-level mall with many shops and restaurant choices. There was plenty of parking in their parking garage...but it was a little tricky to get in and out of.
I had to go 3 times to hotel for receiving the correct receipt. This is so bad. If you want to stay at this hotel you should not take any receipt.
Clean rooms....I guess. - everything was half hearted. breakfast was messy; it just didn't feel like breakfast at a hotel and not "french" enough (and extra!), mini bar empty, bar closes early, not a very nice area, food acceptable, day staff pleasant, the rest not so much. I was also blessed with the amazing view of the ventilation system of the building next door. was too expensive as well.
Strictly functional hotel in the centre of a "new town". Everything is basic and generally OK; nothing is wrong, but nothing is noteworthy. Access to RER express train is very close (only 200m if you have a pre-purchased ticket). To exit from the RER, use the exit marked "Bassin".
The room is spacious and the staff are nice. It is close to RER station and supermarket is nearby. May be because of the financial tsunami, there is only ONE front desk staff, who is also being housekeeping and waiter!!! That staff brought me extra blanket and the next minute he cleaned up the tables in the lounge! Unbelievable! Also, try not to stay in this hotel during weekend. It's so noisy outside. Groups of young people drank and talked loud until dawn!!!
The location was perfect 10 mins to Disney and 10min to centre of Paris by car. Underground parking made it easier to get in at night with two smalll children.
Great location. The airport train station is very nearby and that's probably the best way to get there unless you have a lot of luggage, in which case there is also a free shuttle. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The restaurant had a very limited menu and all of the food was very overpriced. Also, there was no hot tub.
Great convenient location to CDG train station and Roissy airport. Room good size, clean and bed comfortable Nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere Toilet tank made strange noises every 20 minutes or so ALL night.. Water temperature in shower fluctuates between cool and warm and cannot be regulated. Water pressure weak in shower Strange display - amenities "missing" in bathroom - sewing kit box is empty, Q-tips and shoe shine cloth just sat on tray without boxes... Executive Lounge food needs improvement.
Nice room and bathroom. It was nice staying there before an early flight. They had a shuttle that took us to the airport. We enjoyed a bottle of wine in the bar. Nothing
Beautiful hotel closest to the airport.
Overall great place to stay. The shuttle was a bit hard to find at CDG - but once located all went well. If you want to use the shuttle - locate where the TGV station on level 5 is - that is where they pick you up. It is a 3 min ride to hotel. Nice pool for the family - a hard thing to find in Paris.
Great location next to airport for last night in Paris. We always stay at the Hilton to ease the logistics of returning home in the US.
Easy access to terminal 1 & 2 None.
Hotel is excellent in all aspects no free wifi in the rooms. free airport shutlle need to be run to every terminal
No internet in The room and no water to drink
Food was REALLY expensive but we didn't have choice. 2 burgers 2 coke 59 euros. And it took for ever to get that to the bar Close to the airport
The hotel is easily accessible from the RER CDG terminal 1-3 (second to last on the RER B)...it's so close you can actually use the luggage carts in the terminal to push your suitcases (and kids) to hotel. There is also usually a stockpile of a half-dozen carts just outside the hotel on the way to the station from other travellers who figured this out. The airport and hotel are in zone 5 of the metro, so if you get a day pass that includes zone 5 you're all set for a day trip into the city on the RER (30-50 minutes depending on the train and destination). The hotel breakfast was rather pricy, and you can get cheap pastries and coffee in the RER station for the whole family for the price of one breakfast. There is a hotel shuttle that picks up at the 5th floor of RER terminal 2...which has a number of logitical issues: 1) If you have a cart, you need to use the elevators...which usually have too many people waiting for them while they service the floors you're not on. 2) if you are being dropped off by the shuttle, don't expect carts to be available on the 5th floor. I had to go down the stairs to get a cart on the 4th floor, then carried it up to the 5th floor, loaded up several bags, waited 10 minutes for the elevator, then decided it would be faster to carry the bags down to the 4th floor and reload there. It was faster than waiting for the elevator on the 5th floor. 3) the shuttle can only hold a certain number of people, and even if it runs every 15-20 minutes, it's possible during peak times that you might have to wait for a third shuttle.
Enjoyed the Executive Lounge and room size. Shame that there is no shuttle to Terminal 3. I know the terminal is close, but my 80 year old mother had a difficult time getting from the hotel to Terminal 3.
Nice staff, good rate, not fancy but adequate` I asked for a morning wake up call that never came which caused me to almost oversleep and be late for the airport.
The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
The staff were really great. And the Room was nice and quiet. Everything was great.
Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it. The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
The fact that we only had to stay here one night. Gross.
Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood. Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
Clean. Good shuttle service. Close to the airport only takes 10 mins to get there. Space age tablet room control was more of a gimmick than functional
The buffet at the hotel's resturaunt was quick, tasty and convenient. We stayed at this hotel only to catch a very early flight. It was very close to the airport. Minor items only like no tea kettle and s shower head that would not stay up.
Very nice service in the Hotel I had a old room with bad wallpaper and a very used bathroom.
All of the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Especially Sandrine @ the front desk who was nice enough to upgrade our room & give us a late checkout! All the other staff were equally accomadating. The hotel was clean quiet & well maintained, it was a nice preflight stay.
You don't hear one sound there, not from outside, nor from hotel inside. It was great for rest.
The general atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent and prompt to arrive. My sister and I wanted to eat breakfast at the bar in the hotel (since breakfast was listed on the menu as a possibility) but it was strangely not open and we had to find food somewhere else. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like.
The closeness to CDG, which made our start on Saturday am so much less stressful. When we checked into the room, there was no coffee, no sugar, no milk available for us to make a drink. There was only 1 set of towels visible, the others were in the wardrobe, but had not seen these.
Transport to the airport, great beds
The free shuttle bus to the tgv station I felt the staff could have been more friendly
Comfortable bed and shuttle service to the airport. The room was very small, difficult to move about with four pieces of luggage.
Proximity to airport. Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The service in the restaurant was painfully slow, and the food was not worth the wait.
staff was not very competent food was expensive and mediocre
Only its location It was very overpriced. It was also a very poor quality room and very small. We have stayed in much nicer rooms for 1/3 the cost.
The hotel was fantastic, having extremely comfortable and relaxing rooms. There was a very nice tub and shower, with a very plush bed. The facilities were also fantastic, with a nice pool area. The bar is directly downstairs as well, where you can have them uncork you a bottle and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. What a great refresher on a long trip! Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing.
Nothing special It is located not at the terminal but in 15-20 minnutes away by shuttle bus. It is not clearly mentioned that actually there are 3 different Novotels there and you need to carefully check which one is the right one.
easy to live even with a 21 month baby The service maid is knocking at the door at 9 am, we were sleeping, they should check before if the people are at the breakfast or not. The shuttle system is very poor, why don't you stop at CDG 2B ? long run on foot through CDG
Clean no-smoking room, comfortable bed Having to pay for the shuttle to fair ground maison&object
The hotel was extremely comfortable, we especially appreciated the 'Wellbeing Centre' - gym, pool, sauna, steam room, etc. It was a great way to end a four week Eropean tour and prepare for 24 hours travel to Australia. As we were checking in, the desk clerk efficiently offered information about our departing flight the following morning (ours was an overnight stay in preparation for an international flight). She confirmed the terminal for us and that the flight was on time. While the airport shuttle bus isn't specifically the hotel's responsibility, the route it takes is rediculous if one seeks terminal one. We spent over 50 minutes on the bus and even began picking up new passengers and returned to a stop immediately beside the hotel before getting to terminal one. The desk staff should be encouraged to advise guests heading for terminal one that the route is impractical and that they should either use a differnt shuttle bus (if an alternative exists), or take a cab. The actual distance from the hotel was under ten minutes, but we took over 50 minutes on the bus - and were late for our flight as a result.
Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, convenient to airport. Loved being able to walk to the little village for dinner.
Location provided goos access to CDG airport, hotel was clean, modern and with good services; front desk staff were pleasant and efficient
Shuttle bus driver was very helpful. Attractive lobby. Business type hotels are sometimes not particularly friendly to the ordinary traveller. This was the case at this hotel. Internet access cost 5 Euros for 15 minutes ( in the lobby) Many hotels I find give this as a free service now. Room was clean but not exceptional.
the room was very good. (soffa and bed) it is the kind of room that can be used as an office out of office for a couple of days The internet connection (wirless by orange) did not work on my mobile device.
A nice evening meal at a reasonable cost Price of beer in the restaurant was rather expensive
Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return!
