Spacious rooms, clear , ai like to have a coffee machine in the room, location is excellent
There were ongoing constructions in the hotel and I was not made aware But the team was very cooperative and even offered a switch to another facility
Right next to Union Station and the CN tower the hotel is situated in an excellent location right in the centre of Toronto. Easy to access and good connection to Downtown and the airport.
The rate of 270 CAD did not include anything, not even a free bottle of water in the room, breakfast had to be paid in addition. The room did not have direct daylight as the window was facing towards the indoor pool area and was blocked by some part of the roof construction. I never saw such a strange architectural solution before - maybe for good reason. Part of the staff seemed not to be used in dealing with foreign customers who do not speak native English.
Paul at the reception was excellent, sound proofing in the room was amazing, very nice breakfast buffet, very comfortable beds, pleasant atmosphere in the room
One staff at the desk needs more training in how to be more welcoming
The location was perfect! Central to everything I needed. The gym wasn’t bad. They had twonpelwton bikes for use in addition to other equipment.
My bathroom needed some freshening up!
Close to all major downtown attractions. Short walk form union station. Excellent views of CN tower and Lake Ontario.
Street view last time I stayed.
