The people at the downtown office of Montgomery Alabama were very apologetic and were very accommodating. Very ProfessionalCons:
I booked this through Kayak and it wasn't at the airport location. I had to pay a taxi $25.00 to get me to the downtown location. I was very irate and tired after a long trip. The least Enterprise could do was have someone take us to the downtown location for free. On kayak, it should give us a choice of the location we want. We have no clue.Avis

We flew to Montgomery Alabama because hertz said they had a rental car. We took an Uber from the airport to hertz and when we arrived they said that we didn’t have a car and that the system was letting people reserve cars even though they had none. We had a reservation number and a confirmation email that said no need to call we have your car. We were stuck in the middle of Montgomery Alabama and had to take a $400 Uber ride to Florida to get a rental car. They were not sympathetic or understanding. I will be sharing my experience with hertz on every platform I possibly can to ensure no one rents from them.2.0 Poor

No, We drove 45 min to pickup vehicle & was told by a very rude staff member. We are out of cars to rent. I explained I drove nearly an hour & she said to me “what you want me to do about it, we out “ so I left without a rental.Cons:
