Pros: Location was excellent, we had a conference downtown SLC and it was very convenient location. The hotel was beautiful with clean and great facilities including rooms. Cookies and lemon water available every night. Pool and hot tub were great. Gas station next door and plenty of restraunts within blocks.
Pros: This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was thorough, courteous, and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable and it was a great value. We stayed here because it was recommended on the web page for Lagoon park, and we are so glad we did. It was very close to the park and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lagoon

Pros: I was very impressed with the breakfast at the hotel. Clean and quiet. It was great.
Cons: Parking area was small.
Pros: Very nice room, very functional for a business stay, great location. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Fitness room was not good. Equipment was not functional, had to go elsewhere to get a workout.
Would like to see more in the area near the front desk where you can buy quick snacks or personal items. Was way to limited. I had to go to a grocery store to get what I needed.
Pros: It was better than our expectations. Very clean and quiet and the breakfast was much above average.
Pros: The Best Western in Layton was perfect for us. The location was near the functions we attended and there were numerous choices nearby to eat and shop. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine.
Cons: Didn't care for the cable news selections on the TV. I prefer to get fair and balanced newscasts and cable channels. We could watch MSNBC and CNN but not Fox News was excluded from choices available to guests. Hmmmm!
Pros: Slow elevator. That is the only complaint I can think of. Everything else was excellent and will definitely return on next trip.
Pros: This was a very nice place to stay. Our room was quiet and decently secluded which is what we asked for and the breakfast was excellent!
Cons: I wish we would have been able to check in earlier than 4:00pm. We had a wedding that evening and was rushing to get everyone ready.
Pros: Breakfast was good in my room was nice with the couch
Cons: The front desk staff were not very helpful and didn't seem like they even want to be
Pros: The rooms were very clean and I felt at home once I walked in. They had a great selection of breakfast food and I was very pleased with our stay. We will definitely stay there again!
Cons: Not quiet, could hear all of our neighbors, breakfast was lacking, staff was not really helpful

Cons: We could here the people up from us walking around all night. The doors to the rooms are very loud when you close them.

Cons: The shower was really slippery. Odd complaint, I know, but it's really the only negative thing I had
Pros: The location was good. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Many of the carpets throughout the hotel were dingy. The stairwell was an outside fire escape that was filthy and had no access back into the building.

Pros: Accommodating staff, comfortable bed, good location, great oversized shower
Pros: Checked in at 11pm no lines
Cons: Though a Hilton was suppose to be nice. But Hilton in ogden is not nice at all even walking down the hall going to my room I knew I was in ogden. Dirty eve very thing was dirty. Then we get to our room check bed stiff whatever laying there looking at walls gross what's all over them ewww. Go to get in shower jam my toes on drain cover not installed ouch kind of mad. Now in bed can't sleep from cars racing up and down the blvd. Waking up not rested after further inspection the bed was discusting stains on sheets and looked like somebody's had a orgy in there before we got there with no clean up will be the last time I ever stay at a hilton. One word GROSS freaking GROSS
Pros: They are ideally located.
Cons: Pool was small, fitness center was smaller.
I bought breakfast and they put my food on someone else's table for about 10 minutes, when I asked about it they apologized and went to get it (from their table). I didn't see them go into the kitchen so I directly asked whether or not it was on someone else's table, the waiter was evasive so I asked again directly. He looked me in the eyes and said, "No; it wasn't on anyone else's table." When I was up at the buffet, a woman told me that it had indeed been on her table. That is unhygienic and unprofessional; I don't like liars.
Pros: That you let us extend our check out by one hour!
Cons: We were hoping breakfast would be included.
Pros: I loved the new fresh look. The bed and decor was excellent. I also liked the location, super friendly staff and nicely designed fitness room. The room overall was fantastic and would be happy to stay there again.
Cons: The in-room refrigerator was noisy coming on every 10-15 minutes and was loud enough to wake me on multiple occasions, which isn't easy. I also wish I could close the drapes to block all light.
Pros: The staff is SPLENDID!!! They actually offer to do things for you and are always ready with a smile and the time to chat a bit. The location is perfect, right in the middle of The Junction. Museum, multiplex cinema and other attractions literally across the street.
Cons: Maybe just a little overpriced.

Pros: Rooms are sizable, clean, and comfy. Staff were excellent and helpful enjoyed the manager's reception and the included breakfast at Cactus Reds dinner was good there too.
Cons: Had a room overlooking parking lot and freeway a mountain facing room would be a better view but not a deal breaker. The breakfast hours 6-9 should be longer probably til 11 for those who sleep in.
Pros: Comfy beds.
Cons: The reception area had a strong scent of artificial spices, some sort of insipid intensional aroma. It was likely one of the new branding aromas that companies are using hoping to get customers hooked on their business. I found it almost nauseating and used the backdoor of the building to avoided the lobby during our entire three day stay.
Pros: The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, the room was quiet too. Though we were on the freeway side we did not notice road noise . I really liked the fact that they gave you soft and firm pillows. The equipment was up to date. Complimentary breakfast wast very nice and we also had an option to order from the restaurant and get a discount on the meal instead. Our room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We travelled a bit farther than we anticipated because the other hotels on the way did not have very clean reviews. We were not disappointed.
Pros: The bed was super comfortable and the staff was helpful.
Cons: The location was ok but not as close to town as we would have liked.

Pros: The beds are very comfortable and the staff very helpful
Cons: Loved it all
Pros: Convenience to the highway, familiar brand, bed was comfortable
Cons: Had to wait about 8 minutes to be checked in even though no one else was in line. Hotel needs to be upgraded, carpet in hallways was gross and elevator was very run down. Ice machine was leaking and gross with stains.
Pros: Cleanliness, modern furnishings, most needs for our stay were met.
Cons: No rollaway beds available; extra towels weren't provided as asked at online check-in; have to go to front desk for extra towels; check-out statement should indicate if check-out is complete without calling or going to front desk; Bistro location should be mentioned.

Pros: Location. Walking distance to the Davis Conference Center. When we realized this, we walked to our meetings the second day. Many choices for breakfast including lots of healthy choices. Dishes, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher in room.
Pros: Nice and contemporary. My family really enjoyed the space of the suites and the comfortable feeling of the hotel.
Pros: Breakfast available just run down and get it, enough choices even a freezer and snack stand. Overall easy place to stay for business layover.
Pros: Good location. Modern design.
Cons: Pool under construction. Hidabed had hair all over sheet, had not been changed. Carpets dingy.
Cons: Pool and hot tub were under construction. Main reason we went there was to swim and get away. :( Need more people helping with breakfast. No one was at the front desk.
Pros: kitchenette in room
Cons: the pool was under construction
This hotel was great to stay at! I would definitely stay there again.
Pros: The room was fantastic, it looked sleek and modern and was very comfortable.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was my experience at the hotel. We thought the hot tub would be relaxing at 10:00 PM, but there were children splashing us, running and jumping into the pool, and using the lifesavers as tubes to play with.
This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and I won't be back! Each time I've had problems with other people being very loud. Slamming doors, you can hear other rooms' bathroom doors opening and shutting-very annoying in the middle of the night! Every time I go to the desk, no one is there and you use the phone and they pop up from behind the glass. Very weird and not customer service oriented at all. Kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night and the desk clerk doesn't do anything. If you stay on the back side - you can hear all the drunk people coming out of the bar at closing time.
Pros: I love the thought of this hotel. It is very nice having the large table that is movable and I love the kitchens in them.
Cons: The hotel itself has been very poorly insulated. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you. You can hear the outside as well. The pocket doors on the bathroom is a good space saver; however, they are very loud when closing & opening.
Pros: Very modern, great rooms.
Cons: Priceline only let us book for one day and we had to switch rooms. But staff was very accommodating.
Hilton quality gym and pool/spa. Can go to the club at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street. No stovetop or oven in my studio room, not sure about other rooms, but a full fridge and freezer and microwave and dishwasher with dinnerware and utensils sufficed for a few days. Free tea, coffee and cocoa around the clock in well-designed front area and grilling area with 2 or 3 Weber grills in outdoor area by pool were awesome.
Pros: Great look and feel to everything, decent breakfast, see also review
Cons: Used to be the apples at the front desk were always high quality, but the new front desk staff seems to have gotten lazy about them.
Pros: Rooms were very nice and located close to everything we wanted to see
Cons: I wish there had been a stove and oven, since it did say it had a full kitchen, but lacked the cooking range

Cons: We were thinking of staying an additional night and asked the front desk. We did not want to stay in the room we were in because we had a baby and dog in rooms close by that interrupted our rest. They did not sympathize with our situation and quoted us a higher rate for the next night. We ended up at the Courtyard on 24th right next to the historic district, at a lower rate and far better accommodations. All's well that ends well. We were just surprised that they did not try a little harder to keep us at their hotel. I don't think that the manager would have let a customer go. The girl at the front desk just seemed not to care at all.
Pros: Very comfortable and great beds and a hot breakfast.
Cons: Toilet had issues from right when we got there and kept clogging. Not even a plunger fixed it. Couldn't even use the toilet the next morning.

Pros: Pool area and reception area were inviting.location was very close to everything in that part of town.
Cons: Room was noticeable redone. Fixtures not all congruent. Air conditioning not individual and fan only ran on high. Bathroom needed work, shower runs into main floor.
Pros: Bed was comfortable, lobby was decorated nicely, pool area was clean.
Cons: Pool could have been warmer, furnishings in the room were cheaply made and outdated. Food at the Bistro was terrible, my daughters French toast was raw and doughy. There was mold at the bottom of the shower in the tile grout.
Pros: Very clean newly remodeled. Nice decor, better than most Marriotts, everything is updated & unique styling. It's walking distance to all the good parts of town.
Cons: No breakfast buffet, no sense of friendly environment (other people/windows on ground floor)

Pros: Refrigerator and microwave were a must for me so i enjoyed having both in my room. I enjoyed the free breakfast with lots of choices it saves you money when you are staying a lot of days especially with kids. I like the comforters they had on the beds and i like the toiletries.
Cons: The sink was not in the bathroom which isn't uncommon ,but it was directly next to the door so if you have people coming it and out of your room it's hard to get ready because you are standing in front of it. The pool tile is very slippery and we saw someone slip and fall.

Cons: Hotel had overbooked, so I was put in single room. When I turned on jets for tub bath a significant amount of hair came out of jets. Gross to say the least. Was reported to front desk.
Pros: Great location for downtown, historic Ogden
Very good breakfast and friendly staff
Pros: The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful. Our room was perfect for a romantic night away. My wife and I had a relaxing night away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The service was wonderful. When there was a problem with the reservation, Benji took care of it.
Pros: convenient location to public transportation (ski resorts)
Cons: no hot tub
Pros: Great hotel. Friendly staff. Had a small problem with the tub but they had it fixed in no time.
Pros: We loved our stay.

Pros: There were granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The place was much nicer than we expected.
Cons: We had a room facing the pool, so we heard the conversations of obnoxious late-night swimmers when our window was open.
We liked everything about our stay and it was conveniently located by many stores and restaurants.
Pros: The hotel was much better than the pictures. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was great, we were surprised by the full set of dishes and pots and pans. We cooked a full dinner and saved $ by not eating out.
Cons: The hotel was very nice.

Pros: The front desk help was friendly and knowledgeable . The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find.
Cons: The staff when we checked in was not helpful. WE will not be staying in this hotel ever again
Pros: Location and excellent staff
Pros: The location was close to the area I was visiting and a nice selection of restaurants and shopping.
Cons: The light bulb in the main entry to our room was burnt out upon arrival and they did not have a bulb or personal to install it. The bathroom door would not stay open unless you jammed it under the shower rod. The tv sound kept coming in and out.
Pros: The staff was awesome at check-in to check-out. And breakfast at Cracker Barrel being in the parking lot beside the hotel was great also!
Pros: I liked the location of this hotel. The staff let me get a late checkout which was nice. The breakfast didn't have a huge selection but it was good. There seemed to be plenty of parking spots.
Cons: Came here w/ 2 kids after 12 hours at Lagoon. We were exhausted & ready for bed. Everything (blankets towels etc) was damp. The room smelled musty & was humid. Hotel had no extra blankets and no other rooms. It was absolutely miserable. I'll never go back
Pros: The room was clean, breakfast was as expected, location convenient.
Cons: Had to wait 30-40 minutes after check-in time, because the staff wasn't ready with clean rooms. Another couple was upgraded, who came in after me, but I wasn't offered another room - had to wait. Pool & hot tub were both dirty.
Pros: The bed
Cons: Left tumb drive and no one found it
I complained about the pool and told them it was unhealthy and they shut it down for cleaning. and then I never got to use it the whole time I was there for three days.
Pros: The Staff was very friendly
Cons: When I got there the spa was stinky and and the water was green! It smelled like sulfur! The swimming pool was also cloudy water and it looked like they had not cleaned that area in a month!
Very quiet, a nice bed, and an okay place to stay.
Pros: The location was fantastic.
Cons: Free breakfast was fair at best, very average food, not enough seating, only one waffle maker and it was broken.
The hotel was not very great as what the website told me.
Pros: The dining room for breakfast was nice.
Cons: The rooms were not the same as what was said on the website. The room smelled like gas. The rooms were too stuffy. Not a very big pool.
If your breakfast is to be open until 10, don't close down 15 minutes early. My wife, 3 year old daughter and I hurried down to make it before it was too late and at 950am, everything had already been put away. The guy behind the counter with the pony tails looked at us like he was confused when we asked for replenishment since our room wasn't cleaned. There was construction all around the hotel and it was extremely messy. We brought breakfast to our room the first morning and left the tray in the hallway afterward.. it was still there the afternoon of the following day. Very poorly run, and poorly managed would be an understatement. If your hotel is being renovated, don't open for business if you're not going to provide a good experience. My family was not happy and will not be returning.
Pros: The guy at the front desk from Fiji was nice
Cons: Incredibly dirty hotel. Noisy construction. There was only one person working housekeeping, nobody came and cleaned the room. Breakfast was supposed to be till 10, it was closed down at 945a, and my family rushed down by 950a and it was put away. Poor exp

Pros: location very convenient for a variety of things we needed.
Cons: Water / sprinklers and h20 spots....but that is Utah....no biggie.
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful
Cons: That they overcharged me and also charged me more money after I left
Pros: Very modern
Cons: First room they put us in we looked out the window and all you could see was the air conditioning unit with a pool of green slime and stinking water running out of it, totally disgusting and potentially harmfull, and the rooms air conditioner did not work
Cons: There was no fan in the bathroom of our bedroom. And there was no complimentary breakfast in the morning
Pros: it was connected to the conference center I was attending a convention at. The cookies they serve in the evening are delicious. The staff was friendly.
Cons: Room felt old compared to the lobby, etc. We were in a room near the elevator & could hear it throughout the night. It sounded like a movie playing loud.
Pros: The Staff outdid themselves making sure to fulfill our requests!
Cons: The location was hard to find. We had programmed the address into our car's GPS. It got us there but through parking lots & around a shopping mall...
Pros: Proximity to major shopping outlets and major highway
Cons: Coffee service in the lobby was extremely inconsistent. AC in the rooms is extremely old and non-digital. Room cleaning was inconsistent. Smoking allowed on 3rd floor stunk up the 2nd floor on which I was staying. Smoking should not be allowed.
Pros: Very nice clean facility. We also had excellent restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast quality and service were great.
Cons: Room was at the end of the line.
Pros: The room was spacious and the food was great.
Cons: The breakfast seemed overpriced but it was good quality.
Pros: Friendly staff and attentive to needs. I really enjoyed my stay.
Cons: They took a little time to get me checked in. They were about 40 minutes late getting me in my room.
Pros: Convenient for the conference we were attending at the attached font. center next door. Front desk staff very nice.
Cons: The room was not clean enough. Thick dust behind all the furniture and entire perimeter of carpeted baseboard area. So obvious and totally nasty. Carpet at bathroom entrance torn and all frayed. Carpet dirty in general. Bathroom floor dirty edges &corners
Pros: Excellent location and availability to attractions.
Cons: The bed was too firm for my tastes and the lounge was not open. Breakfast was pricy.

Pros: I would have liked wifi access information in the room so that I could have more easily used my electronic devices
Cons: No wifi or internet access & bed was smaller than I am used to
Pros: Big room
Cons: Room was freezing when I walked in- about 20F which was outside temperature- turned heater on and it took about 5 hours to heat up the room because the heater barely blew any air. No continental breakfast. No work out room - it was under repair. Definitely not worth $100 .
Pros: Room was clean. Very friendly staff. Nice pool.
Cons: A/C didn't seem to work right. No matter what temp we set it at it seemed to stay at the same temp. The A/C fan was very noisy at night.
Pros: We were warmly greeted upon arrival. Our room wasn't quite ready but the staff quickly made adjustments and got us into another room without delay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed very comfortable. We had a room on the back of the facility which I would recommend. Right across the parking lot on this side is a "hotel quests only" park and it was very quiet on this side.
Pros: Walking path with pond and fish.
Cons: No breakfast.
Pros: Room are clean and staff was really nice I would recommend this place to anyone
Pros: Staff was ok.
It's a nice place to spend 1 night when you're on the way somewhere.
Cons: Not the best location - close to the highway and the railway so can get noisy.
Pros: Room was very clean and updated. Bed was extremely comfortable-my best indication of a good stay.
Cons: Would have liked a more complete breakfast at the hotel. Restaurant next door a very good breakfast place, however.

Cons: The wifi did not work as advertised. The room wasn't cleaned daily. They only change the bedding every 3rd night.
Cons: The hotel needs a renovation. It wasn't clean. Overall we were not impressed and only stayed here because it was the only one in the area that had 2 queens available.
Pros: good breakfast. courteous staff.
Pros: Room was clean, and staff was helpful.
Cons: Location was not good at all if you are planning to stay in Ogden
Cons: It served its purpose.

Cons: Heat did not work, and it was in the teens.
Pros: Great location. Close to food & right of I-15. Decent exercise room. Large room & clean bathroom.
Cons: Walls had some cobwebs on them. Gal at the front desk didn't speak english very clearly and interrupted a lot. It was frustrating to talk with her, although she was nice enough. Took several hours to deliver a roll-away for my brother.
Pros: This hotel was clean and neat. Everything was in great shape. The staff professional and friendly. They went out of their way to help make our stay comfortable.
Cons: The lady that was in charge of the breakfast could have been a little more friendly in validating that we were eligible to receive a breakfast.
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Old dirty shoddy crap hotel that is not worth more than $---a nite. The room doors all look like they have been kicked in at some point. Only a few cable channels. A/c turns off for hours. The Plazza Inn is twice as good for only $--- a nite.

Cons: The TV remote did not work. When I took it to front desk, they swapped mine out. That one didn't operate the tv either. When I went back to front desk, they told me that I needed to program the remote myself. Seriously?! They were very annoyed that I expected to operate the tv in my room. So, I actually attempted to program the remote after following instructions that they printed out. It never worked. I stayed there for 2 days with no tv. Very didsapointed. At the end of the stay, they discounted my room rate by $30.
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was decent, and the room was perfect for a night.
Pros: I mistakenly booked my stay on the wrong day, but did not realize it until arrived at the comfort inn around midnight. I had a wedding to attend the next morning. The staff at the hotel were honored my booking despite my mistake. They were so gracious. Great staff! Thank you comfort Inn
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming.
I was there 3 days and housekeeping didn't come by at all.
