Supplier choice

The reservation I made was for $200. When I showed up to the Hertz dealership, I was told I could not have a gasoline car for $200. My reservation was for an electric car even though nowhere did it state that on my reservation. It cost me $100 more on top of the $200 to be able to rent a non-electric vehicle for the same period of time. It was not a high-end vehicle. It was a Nissan rogue

Pickup truck

The location I rented the vehicle from called me four hours prior to my rental and said they did not have the truck I reserved. I told them that was fine but I will definitely need a vehicle by noon. I then called 30 minutes before pick up time and was told there was no vehicle for me. If you reserve a vehicle and need it, do not rent from this location. The representative that I spoke with said “reservations are not cars”. I’ve rented cars all over the United States and the world and this is the worst service I’ve ever received.
