Did not like anything, they didn’t have the car I booked and the only other option was twice as expensive and would use 4 times the gas.Cons:

The pick up location, I had to drive 15 minutes to pick up from other location. The car was dirty and smelled like smoke. No cafe in the world to try and make it better.10.0 Wonderful

The employees were nice but the lack of vehicles on the day of pick up was terribleCons:

Nothing, the entire process is a joke. You reserve a car online and when you get there, they tell you they have no cars available.Cons:
Have cars for people to take if you were to accept their reservation or don't take the reservation if you cant guarantee that a car will be available2.8 Poor

The price per day was competitive.Cons:
Awful customer service at the desk for the following reasons: - minimally staffed (one person) - the lone rental agent would answer the phone and provide sales related assistance on the phone while handling a rental at the desk and with others waiting in line; - the time it took to complete the rental: one hour; - the discourteous and surliness of the rental agent when I asked (after waiting for 15 minutes in line) whether the rental car was available; - as for the car, a tire had a leak requiring several air pump stops during the 8 day rental.10.0 Wonderful
