Pros: This place is beautiful... almost heaven-like. The pools are separated into mini pools so you can hang out by yourself or with your own group that gives you the feeling of you own the entire pool. The garden is just beautiful. Staff are friendly and attentive.
Cons: Housekeeping is not very thorough sometimes, but still gets an A-. Not too thrilled about having to pay $30/night for valet parking. And feeling obligated to tip them every time we need to get our car or have it parked. The resort fee of $40/night should include valet parking.
At Montage Kapalua Bay, you'll have access to onsite snorkeling, surfing/boogie boarding, and kayaking. The outdoor pool provides a splash of fun, while guests in the mood for pampering can visit the spa to indulge in sports massages, body wraps, and body scrubs. Offering ocean views, Sunset Patio serves American cuisine and is open for lunch. There are 2 poolside bars and 3 bars/lounges at this luxurious property, along with in-room conveniences like kitchens and washers/dryers.
Pros: We went on our honeymoon and had a great time. Nice and private
Pros: Amazing service
Pros: The space, the unnoticeable but well prepared luxury and services. Cleanness, location, choice of programs, overall hospitality.
Pros: Clean and uodated facilities and room. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The grounds and gardens are beautiful. The on site seaside cliff is spectacular.
Cons: Beach area was nice and secluded but small.
Pros: There is simply no better location in Maui
Cons: Activity concierge was not really ahead of its game
Pros: Stephen the valet set the tone from the moment he opened my wife's car door, escorted us to check-in, and down to our pool terrace room. His courtesy and hospitable attitude was echoed by the front desk, concierge, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Comfortable King bed room included a chaise lounge, desk, bench at foot of bed, huge LED TV and spa bath. In room coffee/tea and fridge for our own snacks/drinks. Clean clean clean. Excellence and luxury throughout. Amazing shore, pool areas, walking trails... Peaceful location above the fray of the more populated costal areas -- but only about a 15-minute ride to Lahaina with its lively stores, restaurants, and harbor activities, We know where we will be staying on Maui. Bravo!
Pros: Large well-appointed rooms...gorgeous beach.
Concierge team was excellent, especially Shelly.
Pros: Friendliness of staff, club floor with lounge access, quality of food, comfort of room, ultr cleanliness of room, luxury of hotel
Pros: Food was excellent.
Pros: Amazing service! Perfect for our honeymoon with exceptional service, great location, beautiful ocean front grounds.

Cons: I booked the hotel room, paid for it, and when I showed up they told me I wasn't in the system and I couldn't stay there. What?!! Terrible front desk person who wouldn't let me stay at the hotel even though I showed her my receipt of payment for the room. Never again. I would not recommend this place unless you're sure they will give you your room.
Pros: Elegant service, warm staff, Hawaiian cultural programs, horticultural tour
Cons: Restaurant staff seemed hastled

The hotel is wonderful. Perhaps you need to marketing better the bay with the turtles after having created a ladder to access it!
Pros: Swimming in the bay with the turtles, the view from the condo B23 and the garden in front off
Cons: The access to the sea is for very athletic people. Then the front Desk could be more helpful!

Pros: The hotel had a very old-world charm to it without being run down. Rooms were spacious. The pool was very clean and private even though it was a two minute walk to front street in Lahaina. Nicely situated. Wish were could have stayed longer.
At The Plantation Inn, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Kaanapali Beach. After having fun at the outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. Rooms at this Victorian hotel feature bonuses like washers/dryers and refrigerators, along with balconies and DVD players.
Pros: Great location. Nicely appointed room. Great lobby. Food was very good.
Cons: Stayed Feb. 2016 4 nights. We were on ground level and discovered a cockroach in our bed after our first night. Management was quick to respond as we requested the room be sprayed. Next day we came back to the room to discover a small lizard hanging on the inside drapes (we had never opened the balcony doors). We requested a change of room thinking we wanted off of ground level and they moved us up to the sixth floor. Cockroaches were even a worse problem. Again discovered a cockroach in our bed and when you turned the light on in the bathroom they ran off the counter. Front desk clerk suggested that this was possible in a tropical climate. This was our third stay on the islands and the first time we ever encountered cockroaches. Management needs to be more proactive with a pest control program. Made for an uncomfortable stay and would not return. Not good value for the money!
Pros: The pool side restaurant was fair priced for food and drinks. Both of which were prepared very well. Breakfast at the main restaurant at the front of the hotel was also very nice. The one bedroom suite was spacious and nicely appointed. It was very clean as were the hallways and common areas. Front desk employees very pleasant. I am sure we will return.
Cons: We are not big pool people; but, the pool area and the chair seating area is not large. The hotel is on the opposite side of the ocean which might disappoint some, we knew where it was located and we were fine with that.
Cons: bar was for young only
Pros: Very well-run hotel that has given a lot of thought to amenities.
Cons: Bathrooms were a bit small.
Cons: some irritant in the room caused cough- air conditioner, carpets. Needs updating
Pros: The hotel was wonderful, very beautiful facility. The staff was wonderfully friendly. Very nice facility and grounds.
Pros: I stayed at this hotel for the first time 2 years ago and had a good experience.
I had a 1-bedroom suite and it is perfect for an extended stay. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable here.
Cons: Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly or attentive. I found the porters and the housekeepers to be the most friendly and would greet me with a smile and say hello. The front desk staff looked bored and every time that I walked up to the front desk, they were looking at their monitors and it took them some time to finally look up to greet me (without a smile). Not sure why they have to be looking at their monitors when no guest is at the front desk. They should be trained to be aware of who is walking up to the front desk and raise their head and make eye contact with the guest that is approaching the desk. This happened each time I approached the desk and there was no guest at the front desk and the staff were not on the phone. Not sure what was so interesting on their monitor. Leads me to believe that they are surfing the internet or something......
Pros: Loved that it was just a short walk to the beach. And the staff were super friendly which was great.
Cons: There's an additional $20/day resort fee.
Pros: The room is fantastic and the bed was super comfortable! And amenities! Oh the amenities....
Cons: The pool could have been more appealing especially since you HAVE to pay the resort fee.
Cons: Black mold in bathroom!!!!
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable and accessible this hotel is. You're a short 5-minute walk from one of the best beaches on the island (there are many).
There entire hotel was very clean and the hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
I will absolutely be booking with Maui Coast Hotel the next time I head to back. I am a resident of Honolulu, on the island of Oahu, and am familiar with many hotels - this hotel has a charm and simple beauty that couples with price and easy access to the beach for an excellent choice.
Cons: There's a standard daily fee of $20 a day(typical) for access to things like the wireless internet network and the pool, but the reason I state this as a negative is that they are not very clear about this charge initially and there's no way to decline the facilities for removal of the charge. Again, not a big deal but I felt I should mention it.
Centrally located in Kihei, this Maui hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants, near Kamaole Beach Park, three miles from Wailea Resort, and seven miles from the Maui Ocean Center.
Guests enjoy the large outdoor pool, children's wading pool, and spa tubs. A swimming beach is located across the street. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available at Kama'ole Poolside Cafe. A complimentary area shuttle is provided to Kihei and Wailea (upon request and subject to availability), and parking is free during stay. Computers with Internet access are available in the lobby, and the hotel also features a conference room. Tennis courts and fitness equipment are on site.
Accommodations at the Maui Coast Hotel are furnished with island décor and provide lanais, compact refrigerators, microwaves, and coffeemakers. The air-conditioned rooms also feature in-room safes, MP3 docking stations, and wired and wireless Internet access (complimentary).
Cons: I ended up with what I think we're bed bug bites. I had them on my wrists, ankles and feet. The place was very nice and comfortable. The cleaning lady even did the dishes. I've never had bed bug bites before. I was there three days. I had no problems until the third day. I moved here and am still on Maui all cleared up after I checked out.
Cons: Didn't realize it was a GLTG friendly condo until we got there. I guess I didn't read the small print but it was not a big deal for my husband and I. It was a nice location and the statt were very pleasant.
Pros: The staff were really helpful. Our room was okay, but rather than an armchair and desk, maybe a small couch would have been better for comfort.
Pros: cozy and warm
Cons: Amenities like bathroom sinks and toilets are old and needs renovating.
Pros: The front desk staff were very informative about all the best restaurants and activities. They were very helpful. Also, the gardens there are beautiful.
Pros: The staff and the hotel are amazing! I did not want to leave. For the price and location this Hotel cannot be beat! I want to go back right now!
Cons: Nothing ..... other than they could not make time stand still!
Pros: The hotel was relatively quiet, price, location, friendly staff
Cons: Ceiling fan broke everytime we tried to turn it on, kitchen faucet almost falling apart but was replaced mid stay. Bathrooms and Kitchen could use some good bleach.

Pros: We stayed to the Mahana to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary, without kids. The staff was very helpful throughout the week. Upon check-in, they gifted us chocolates and a bottle of wine for our anniversary. A very sweet touch! Our condo was beautiful with a full size kitchen. Coffee and toiletry amenities included. Daily maid service was awesome. Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. Beautiful views out of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room, bedroom, and lanai. Pool area was very nice (not too crowded) and everything is within walking distance! Saw sea turtles from our lanai. There are no other properties so close to the ocean.
Cons: Nothing- We will bring the whole family next time.
Pros: The views here are world class. If I was a troll, I would have posted "1 star, ocean is too loud, couldn't sleep", but honestly, it's been such a dream spot. Plenty to do right here, and not a far drive from the rest.
Hugging a quiet stretch of golden sand, Aston Mahana at Kaanapali is a tranquil tropical retreat that takes full advantage of its beautiful Kaanapali Beach setting. Designed with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private lanai (balcony), all oceanfront studios and suites make you feel as if you’re floating above the Pacific.
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating, and generous. We loved the warm, family friendly atmosphere of the hotel. The Easter activities were particularly fun for our children.
Cons: No custom omelette or fresh waffle station at breakfast.
Pros: I almost love everything - the breakfast, the pool, the beach, the classy atmosphere, the birds, etc. I want to mention, in particular, the staff at the breakfast. They treated us so well, especially Ludi.
Pros: Wish I was still there. I left my camera charger in the room. They shipped it back to me. Loved it and would stay again if I can.
Cons: Lots of hidden fees. Overpriced food and drinks. They would not give me a complete bill when I checked out. Cost to park my vehicle!
Pros: Nice room, cleanly, beach front, nice pool area and not too bad a price for the area...being close to Lahaina was great!
Cons: The hotel room we stayed in was a bit of a ways from the lobby and we had to walk through a row of shops to get to the front, but towards the end it wasnt that bad being away from commotion. The breakfast was expensive for what was being offered. It wasnt bad, just not worth $30/person. Parking was $18/day which hurt after we were there for so many days.
Pros: Top shelf overall.
Cons: The beach. Too much coral and rock.
Pros: The view was stunning, and the amenities top notch.
Cons: That I was unable to stay longer.
Pros: The design of the resort: the pools, the waterfalls, the wildlife lawns, etc. The staff are consistently nice and patient, the shuttle service within Ka'anapoli area, the size of the rooms. Compares to other resorts in the area such as Marriott and Westin, Hyatt's rate is very reasonable about average of $350/night.
Cons: Son'z restaurant food was terrible for 5-star, fine-dinning categorization. The popcorn ceilings in the rooms can be upgraded. It has no beach - we'd have to walk further the Marriott resort for the beach. Hyatt should do a better job enforcing the no-smoking policy on floors designated as non-smoking floors, it's never pleasant to be out on lanai and having to deal with someone next to your unit smoking up a storm.
Pros: It was a nice $200 a night hotel. Unfortunately I paid $600 a night
Cons: The valet took 15 minutes to get our car and I had to ask twice to get the car. Two of the three elevators were broken so we eventually carried out bags down 5 flights of stairs after waiting 10 minutes. The bartender used his hands to put ice in people's glasss.
Pros: room service was awesome...food outstanding. Front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Went to Japengo for dinner...sat us in the lounge area...even though the lanai was ready for seating and to catch the sunset...were told it wasn't open yet although hours of operation stated 5:30...sat with our backs to the water and couldn't see the sunset through the bar...after 10 minutes about 20 Japanese tourists were seated in the restaurant. felt shunned.
The floor/carpet was dirty in our room (201). Nasty stains (by the nightstands and throughout the floor) we wore slippahs in the room! Coming from Honolulu, expected more. We were on the second floor and couldn't sit on our lanai since the people next door were out there smoking cigarettes and it smelled disgusting. For $400/night felt ripped off!
Also feel parking should be a couple dollars a day...not $16! Then an additional $30 hotel fee???? Hyatt residence club employees were shoving the "timeshare" experience down our throats! Didn't spend that kind of money to try to be persuaded to purchase anything.
Pros: * People/service was great!
* View of ocean from room was wonderful
* always restocked amenities everyday
* very clean bathrooms, room, lobby, etc.
* Food was very good
Cons: Everything was overpriced, but we were in Maui, and Hawaii is expensive ... getting there is only the beginning when it comes to spending $$$$

Pros: Breakfast is nice (tons of fresh fruit), great beach access, well maintained facilities, quiet, family friendly.
Cons: No AC, paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbors snore (or worse), a little light on amenities (no TV, Wifi is slow and flaky), cellphone signal is bad (AT&T) although that isn't their fault. They call themselves boutique, but i'd call them barebones.
Pros: Loved the location! Beach RIGHT there with view of Molokai and of Lani! Really like no AC, no TV.
Just 3.2 mi (5.1 km) from the airport, The Mauian - Boutique Beach Studios on Napili Bay puts you within a 10-minute drive of Kapalua Beach and D.T. Fleming Beach Park. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, and hiking/biking trails, snorkeling, and surfing/boogie boarding are nearby. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with lanais and free WiFi.
Pros: Suite was beautiful and comfortable. Full kitchen with dishes and appliances was great to have!
Cons: Service was poor. Pulled up to the hotel and spent over 30 min in the car without ever even being greeted while my husband checked us in. When we commented on our poor service experiences the management responded by saying that "Honua Kai is not a hotel." They also made sure to mention their duty to secure certain room rates for their property owners.
Pros: The rooms had a great layout. The beach location was fantastic. The majority of the staff were very friendly.
Cons: Surprise ~$30 daily charge on bill upon checkout (for wireless, parking, and misc room supplies). We were told we would get an upper level mountain view and ended up with a 2nd floor view of the construction site next door. Lack of pool seats because one pool was being renovated. Late guaranteed check-in time.
Pros: Great location. Excellent conceierge
Cons: Smell of sewage at HH entry
Located in Honokowai, this beachfront condominium resort is in the historical district, 1.2 mi (2 km) from Honokowai Beach Park, and 2.1 mi (3.4 km) from Kaanapali Beach. Ka'anapali Beach and Kahekili Beach are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: Close to the beach and restaurants
Kitchen for cooking is very convenient and well stocked with utensils
Cons: The pullout bed was very uncomfortable - these villas should only be for 2 people - not 4.
Also the price is very high and there was no mention of service fee of $15/ day until you arrive and checkin.
Also at the tour desk they try and sell/ push trips on you.
Pros: The suite was very spacious, with a kitchen, two separate bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and a large sitting area. There were 3 TVs in case you were staying in. The room was right next to the beach and had access to facilities such as a large swimming pool. There was also free WiFi.
Cons: Nothing was done poorly.
With a multi-million dollar upgrade to the lobby, pool areas and meeting space, this may be Kaanapali's finest beachfront setting. Resting amid 11 acres of exotic tropical gardens, the resort has a free shuttle to Kaanapali Resort area shopping and activities. The poolside cafe features island cuisine accompanied by an expansive wine list.
Pros: The staff at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Kaanapali was professional, courteous, sympathetic, and attentive. They did a great job in resolving the issue that Getaroom.com [which Kayak.com outsourced to] created.
Cons: I'll have to think twice when making a reservation through Kayak.com. When I made my reservation, Kayak.com outsourced the reservation through some 3rd party vendor that I had never heard of before...Getaroom.com. I should have trusted my gut instinct and not gone thru either. When I arrived at the Westin, the staff informed me that I had no reservation on file. So I called Kayak.com, whose automated voicemail said they were closed. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with Getaroom.com, but their staff had me wait over the course of one hour! The customer service rep from this online vendor kept putting me on hold for 15 minutes at a time. It was unprofessional and amateur at best. They said they had my reservation and that they sent it to the Westin. Yet the Westin never received it until an hour and a half after numerous attempts to get Getaroom.com to act on getting the propper email file sent. I was so tired from the ordeal that I was over the whole booking through Kayak.com. Beware.
Pros: I saw reviews about the spa in travel & leisure magazine. And it and the staff met expectations. They were amazing. Also, the hotel itself is beautiful!!
Cons: The restaurant staff and the guys selling the Maui Jim sunglasses need some training on customer service. They were pretty rude. I was able to avoid the wait staff by eating else were but the towel sunglasses guys I had no choice.
Pros: The resort is beautiful, I had a mountain view (the cheaper rooms) and the view is still amazing. There is a new shopping plaza immediately next door with restaurants and ice cream shops. Great outdoor pools.
Cons: This resort is not cheap, which is okay. What is not okay is you have to pay to rent a crappy plastic chair to use when sitting at the beach. And then you have to pay additional money to rent an umbrella. And if you want to sit in a shaded seat by the pool you have to pay for that too. Totally bogus.
Pros: Had a wonderful time at the Westin and would go back. The staff was awesome. They had a mini fridge in the room which worked out great for us. You can go snorkeling right off the beach at the Westin. Whalers village is right next door as well.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that there wasn't a table in the room. There was a desk but not a small table to sit at and eat a little something the two of us.
Pros: Love the location and the surrounding facilities, mall, restaurants, etc.
Cons: Staff assigned me and my wife a room with 2 double beds for a week long stay in the most romantic place on earth. It was just too bad we could never sleep together the whole week. Ruined the whole trip for me.
Pros: The flamingos and swans were absolutely beautiful.
Cons: The pool was a little cold.
Pros: The Bed!
The Adult-only pool area (though the kiddos still managed to sneak in due to irresponsible parents)
Proximity to beach
Nice shower, but small bathroom area overall
Cons: Lack of good food options
Loud children in the hallways (maybe consider making some areas of this hotel for singles/couples only?)
No fan in the bathroom
Pros: Beautiful grounds and facilities. Great service and within walking distance to many restaurants.
Cons: Crowded most of the time. charged for many things that were included with resort fees elsewhere such as paddle boards.
Pros: Everything. Great for families, honeymooners, young couples, old couples, beach bums, active people, lazy people, food lovers, drinkers...etc
Cons: It was perfect
Pros: We were able to come to Maui on short notice. The westin exceeded all our expectations
Pros: They lost our reservation! We ended booking at another hotel.

Pros: The entire resort was really well maintained, had an amazing view of the ocean, liked the fact that the patios were huge. Really close proximity to the beach. Convenient store inside the resort was very useful and had good breakfast.
Cons: Even though the resort itself was really well maintained, the unit itself was outdated and had issues like the TV remote did not work, patio door was broken and hard to open and close. Kitchen was very outdated as well.
Pros: Customer Service exceeded my expectations!!!
Pros: Location! Away from the touristy area packed with hotels. Luxurious grounds, quiet setting.
Cons: Not enough parking. Kapalua Villas is located within the large resort complex. Although they offered a nice complementary shuttle service anywhere within the complex, we preferred to explore on our own using our rental car and limited parking spaces made it difficult.
The Kapalua Villas Maui beachfront resort is located along 3 Kapalua Bay beaches in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. A total of 1,600 acres provides the tropical landscape for the villas, and the neighboring Ritz-Carlton Kapalua and Kapalua Bay.
More than 12 resort-complex restaurants include Kai Sushi Restaurant, the signature Banyan Tree restaurant, and the Alaoa Lounge. Culinary offerings range from gourmet French and Italian, to Pacific Rim and Hawaiian. The resort complex houses the Kapalua Golf Academy that offers professional golf instruction. On-site shops offer island-inspired merchandise and fine jewelry. A complimentary shuttle transports guests throughout the resort upon request. Self-parking and WiFi are included in the daily resort fee. At The Kapalua Villas there are 8 swimming pools located throughout for use (3 pools in the Bay Villas; 3 pools in the Golf Villas; 2 pools in the Ridge Villas).
The Kapalua Villas Maui offers 230 oceanfront, ocean-view, or fairway-view villas with one, two, or three bedrooms. Floor plans include townhouses, and loft-style or one-level units. All units feature full kitchens. Cable television is offered in bedrooms and living rooms. Accommodations include CD and DVD players. Housekeeping is available on request.
Pros: We loved the whale watching opportunity the beach provided. The beach is the best! It is a protected cove that allows for easy swimming.
Cons: The rooms are old, facilities are old and dated, the restaurant food was plain, the live music was fair,
Pros: A gem! The hotel was perfect for our stay. Great location to the beach, shops, restaurants, and tours. The rooms were clean and comfortable but a little outdated, however that didn't matter. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros: Hawaiian atmosphere
Cons: the beds weren't that great
Cons: Hotel shows signs of age and room felt very moist and had a faint mildew smell
Pros: Nice beach view, nice patio, more privacy, daily cleaning services, nice cupboards. Overall novice place to stay. Cheap compared to other hotels.
Cons: It should be morndenized.
Pros: Location was okay.
Cons: We had to change rooms after a very direct discussion with the night manager due to the bugs infesting the room. The room we moved to was down one floor and it, too, was bug infested. The Manager, Mike White, called and assisted us in finding another hotel (condo) that was satisfactory and did not charge us for our one night stay. He said that they had recently replaced their pest control company to improve on their pest issue and hired a new Housekeeping Manager to correct housekeeping issues. (The room had obviously been wiped with sour cleaning rags and cleaned with dirty mop water. Both rooms stunk.
Pros: Great view of Kaanapali Beach from ocean front room.
Daily breakfast buffet was very good.
Nightly entertainment Hawaiian music.
Cons: Only 2 elevators that are slow.
Pros: Staff was excellent helpful and courteous
Cons: We were pretty satisfied with everything
Pros: Rooms were comfortable and included a fridge. Very convenient location ... on the beach and walking distance to Whalers Village (with an ABC Store for reasonably priced food and souvenirs.) Loved the Hawaiian music and hula every night from 6-9 (included.) Staff were so pleasant and even had a farewell ceremony with free Kekui beads. Would definitely recommend to friends and I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Cons: no complaints whatsoever
Pros: We were very pleased with the central location, the beach, the facilities and the rates. Thank you!
Cons: That the breakfast was good for only two days, no exceptions. We missed out due to jet lag and not reading through everything. We were staying another 3-days so still would have benefited from your presentation. That was very disappointing. The only other complaint is the cost of your buffet in the morning. We opted to eat elsewhere each day.
Room and lanai
Attentiveness by staff when we had a problem with some missing snorkel fins
Staff in general were relatively friendly and accommodating other than one lady at the valet area
Cons: Champagne brunch and dinner at tiki terrace food was good, but not great
Missing belongings - a pair of our fins went missing while our luggage was being moved to our room
Some staff at curb not very welcoming

Pros: Overall, I thought the hotel was nice. The location was right in the middle of the area we wanted to be and on the water, and the drinks and food the couple times we ate at the hotel seemed to be right where we expected.
Cons: Obviously, price could always be better on drinks, but when you are on vacation... it is what you assume.
Pros: Black rock beach is pretty nice, with good snorkeling. Rooms are good-sized.
Cons: Rooms not as clean as we would like. Bed only so-so. Pool was overcrowded. Restaurants overpriced. "Resort fee" and daily charges even for self-parking.
Pros: Staff was exceptionally helpful, even trying to assist with a rental car issue. We had a "garden view" which still had some partial views from the balcony, but only had one chair and not a lot of room for more. Location was great as there were several off premises dining options.
Cons: The hotel no longer has a beach, so getting a chair on the beach was not an option. Snorkeling at black rock was fair, as the fish life was not abundant and it was crowded. Drinks were inconsistent, with great descriptions but no balance.
Pros: Great amenities. Black rock cliff jumping and snorkeling right off the hotel beach. Easy access to Lahaina.
Cons: Big family hotel
Pros: Brilliant location, nice views, good cultural activities.
Cons: 1st floor family suite - room was not aired well. Had the smell of a closed up space that hadn't gotten opened for a while. Beds not comfortable. Other amenities were good - e.g. bathroom supplied
Pros: Location beautiful.
Cons: $35 daily resort fee. Room was very dated needed refurbishment. Old carpet slow drains.
Pros: Amazing location..
Cons: Staff were not really friendly. Had to really struggle to find the laundry area in Sheraton.
I asked one of the staff he just shrugged and walked away..
I would say half the people were happy & welcoming with "Aloha" other half didnt bother and they just wanted to work to get paid.
Pros: Room was functional and large enough great ocean front view. No HDMI Input on the flat screen TV so could play my iPad movies.
Cons: Bathroom was a bit small not particularly functional and a bit dated. Long walk to the large self park garage at closer smaller lot always seemed to be full

Pros: Our room was beautiful and overlooked the water. We were steps from a quiet beach where we could see sea turtles and watch the sunset. I would recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely come and stay again!
Cons: the only think the room didn't have that I really wished it did was air conditioning. The ceiling fan didn't offer much relief one the very warm nights
Pros: It was nice to receive clean towels everyday. Plus a bonus of having your bed made daily.
Cons: The kitchen was too small. They were remodeling room 215, next door to us while we were there. It was quite noisy with the construction workers.
