Friendly staff Clean, well maintained room and grounds Quiet, easy to sleep Comfortable beds Nothing
Horrible place staff was unhelpful what ever I asked they didn't accommodate for instance they have no fridge or microwave but not even in the lobby a microwave to warm food same with fridge it's all ruined down
Bathroom was not cleaned well, hairs on floor, shower curtain dirty, worn appliances in bathroom. Carpets seemed to have an odor that was not pleasant.
There were pretty roses planted throughout the grounds. The room was small, the lamp in the bathroom was a bare bulb, the option for curtains was either blackout curtains or nothing, but the only window faced the parking street, with units on the other side that could look in. Both the extra blanket and towels were not cleaned well. When we got back to our room, the only place we could park was towards the street, as there was not enough parking for all guests and the spot directly in front of our room had been taken. Definitely not worth the price!
It was quiet for being in a corner of an intersection it was just like a regular hotel with couple floors I liked how the carport was right outside the door I didn't like the outdated TV
Cheapest motel available during the garlic festival. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Room wasn't as clean as I expected; complementary "dirty teenager" scent was present the first time we entered the room and could not be aired out throughout stay. Also, train tracks run within about 50 yards of the building, so definitely avoid rooms on that side (same side as the pool) or your sleep WILL be interrupted by large freight trains blowing their horns throughout the night.
The motel had no hot water for 3 days. The motel staff were not upfront of the hot water problem. Each day we were informed that the hot water was only to be unavailable between 10am - 3pm.
Low price Comfortable beds (great sleep) Nice laminate floors, furniture, granite countertop Friendly staff AC Towels included Neighbor was watching porn. We had little kids with us, so we had to turn on the TV and blast the sound to drown out the noises coming from next door. One thing we don't typically worry about when going with a more expensive hotel.
Was able to lay in a bed for a night. Clean floors in the room. Didn't feel like I had to brush my feet off before laying in bed. Getting into bed, made a loud slam onto the floor. Same effect would happen when rolling in bed. My room was facing the railroad track and didn't realize there was a railroad till I heard it pass by. No wi-fi available at time of stay. No little bottles of shampoo, unless hotels stop providing things like that.
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The bed was acceptable and the laminate floor was clean. Much preferable than a hard to clean carpet. The motel had been remodeled to a modern theme. The sink was of poor design and the water splashed all over the counter and floor. You could only use it at a super low volume (dribble). When we informed them the bathroom fan did not operate, they said in the remodeling that they were not connected? Taking a shower created a steam bath. There was not enough towels for 2 people and one bar of soap, no other amenities which you should expect. like Kleenex.
Anna at the front desk was very accommodating, she recommended points of interest and restaurants... Hallways and elevator seemed dirty and unkept. Pool was closed for inspection with no mention on website when booking. Most of the vending machines were out of order and wifi was very difficult to use.
The room was beautiful. The design was very modern and clean. I was very surprised to stay in such a beautiful room at such a great price. Would have liked a mini fridge and an elevator closer to our room.
The staff are very nice and attentive. I had a great impression when I first checked into the hotel. Internet. Internet cost extra $2.99. Do not expect fast speed. I like playing games on my ipad and it just won't load up so I am missing some timely goals (if you know what I mean). This ruins major part of the experience.
No one was at the desk for checkin for an hour. Rang the bell over and over and also no one answered the phone after calling 12 times. Finally she showed up in her car all sketchy. We said we were waiting to checkin for an hour and no one was here. Then she was so rude saying that she has "errands and a life" and we asked for a refund and she refuses and walked away from Us.

Comfy bed, relatively clean Booked hoping to get in early, but had to wait until 2 to check in
Friendly. Clean. Close to Hwy 1 No restaurants nearby. TV could have had a guide for channels and programming.
I thought it would have been in downtown Watsonville, no fault of anyone but myself. The hotel itself was found to be very clean and at a reasonable price. No.
small, single story Loud vehicle traffic at night, minimum sound insulation.

The owner is very friendly and seems attentive if there would be an issue and the rate was reasonable. It's quiet and an affordable alternative to Santa Cruz and Monterey during the high season. We had a triple room consisting of a double bed and a single bed. I found the single bed uncomfortable to sleep in, maybe ok for a small child. Walls are kind of thin, fortunately our neighbors were quiet till they got up in the morning.
This is an old-school style motel. The check-in person was very personable and friendly. I recommend this motel unequivocally.
It had a vacancy, the owner was nice. The location is very hard to enter and very dangerous. When you are coming back from the beach you have to pull off to the side and then turn in. The room had bugs, it hadn't been cleaned behind the bed. A lot of bugs outside.
Out of all hotels in the area...it was the least pricey... Needs a major remodel....
Nothing. It was horrible. Old worn out room. No A.C. Visible wires hanging. Black and white TV. Very little hot water. Holes in the lampshades. Beaten and battered doors. One bed blocked a door that led out to a back lot. Slivers of soap. Paper thin walls.
Landscaping We are moving, and needed a place to stay as our funiture was being packed. We arrived in the evening , we found towels for 1 person and other supplies (tp) low. Alright, we're tired, we'll deal with it later. The next day, after returning from a day of packing, we find our room UNTOUCHED. NO MAID SERVICE DONE. We are told by the manager that despite advertising otherwise, they only service the room every other day and that if we need supplies we will have to go get them ourselves. I've had better, more courteous service at motel 6. This is not a discount hotel, yet they could take lessons from a discount hotel on how to treat guests.
Did not get a room. Charged me half the reservation fee.
Nice gentleman at the desk, big and very clean room, free Wi-fi, clean pool (though we didn't use it), just off Hwy 101 and minutes away from the malls, suitable for a final stop going to San Francisco. Good Value for money. Shrink-wrapped breakfast, coffee wasn't very delicious.
This was the only "cheap" motel available for a last minute stay. We still paid $200 for the one night. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was stuffy. The street outside was loud. The AC was loud.
I appreciated the low cost of the room and the vacinity to nearby outlet shopping center and Gilroy Gardens. We had to go to the front counter to get extra items such as, an iron and ironing board and towels, but the staff was very curteous. I'd reccommend this place if you are looking for low cost and a short stay, but if you need any kind of luxery this is not the place for you. The things I'd like the hotel to imporve are; the bathtubs need to be cleaned with soft scrub, or something that gets the grime up and there is a tear in the carpet on the baseboard as you walk into the room. The rooms are very small and there is no counter space for toiletries, but this may not be something you can improve upon.
For a lower end price range hotel it offered a lot of great amenities like the microwave and refrigerator in the room, it has a nice pool and the breakfast waffle bar was great. The staff was friendly. The roms were lean but they could use a little up dating.
I liked the breakfast. They had two types of cereal, cinnamon rolls, make your own waffles, toast, oatmeal. Drinks included orange juice, apple juice, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk. If you need a place to stay for a night and hardly in the hotel this would be perfect. Room also came with a microwave and rmini fridge. View of the outlets through the window. I didn't like the comforter. It looks like a 90s style blanket. The tv is outdated.the bathroom door didn't stay open on it's own. It was held open by a mini trash can.
shower pressure was low. heater was not workign you either get icy cold or super hot water
The staff was excellent and very helpful. They were very quick with the check in and check out. The room was a bit on the older side and needed updating. Breakfast was too early -- 5am-9am on the weekends is too early for travelers. It should be till 10am on the weekends.
It smelled like somebody was smocking in the room, flood was sticky, some white stuff in the toilet, very poor cleaning services. Did not like it at all.
Very near Gilroy Chelsea Premium Outlets, spacious room, free internet, free parking, laundromat, value for money. They even have those hotel-type luggage trolleys you can borrow to facilitate the transportation of your luggage to your car. No
This hotel met all of our basic needs and was a reasonable value for the price. The bed was decently comfortable. The finishes were very poor and there was a lot of wall damage in the room and bathroom. The tub floor was very dirty. The hotel did not provide much in regard to toiletries. WiFi was free but painfully slow. For the price though, I can't complain too much.
Location only. Our phone in the room did not work, had to change rooms because toilet was not functioning properly, and bath tub and shower showed mold and mildew.
Great location, close to restaurants and freeway Staff was not very helpful. The walls are too thin, breakfast was just coffee and danishes
It was convenient, affordable and met what we needed for our trip - a place to stay They could not immediately find my reservation
The staff. They did not have my reservations and could care less
good clean basic room for the price. Pillows were lumpy, bring your own, along w/lotion, tissues, the small stuff and you will be fine.
It was recently renovated. 2 pillows 1 small blanket Desk lady wouldn't bring us more because 'it is too dangerous for her to go outside' so I had to go get them. Loud road RIGHT outside the thin walls and windows. No shampoo provided. Towel was like a piece of sandpaper
Super clean and functional, at a discount on an otherwise expensive area.
The floors needed to be moped!!
the cheapest price a hair dryer not working, dirty bathtub, i don't want to visit again.
Nothing, it was the worst Hotel since I have been using Priceline which is last eight years. I don't understand how did you give this Hotel 2 Stars. It seems like you have cheated us. Everything, From Hotel Staff to Hotel Room.
none Both smell and service were bad. I used Express Deal for 2 stars hotel, but given 1 star. The hotel rating as 1 star and some bad reviews, so i used Express Deal for 2 Star to avoid this one; so i had no idea why given this one which i really don't like.
The greeter was nice. The room was awful, small, decorated worse than a dorm room. The was awful. The clientele was low class and scary. There was no shampoo or extra toilet paper. The sheets were cheap. I hated this hotel.
Location. The owner was not very friendly.
nothing, should not have been a 2 star option on priceline... one word 'motel'. I was misled into thinking that a 2 star hotel would be like a Days Inn or a Comfort inn. They didn't even have a Free continental breakfast....
the possibility to park directly in front of your room. (goodluck) paper thin walls.
The location is good, right on main thoroughfare within walking distance to dining and convenience stores. Room is cheap, moreso than what other similar options cost in the area. The staff was a bit rude when I asked about the vending machine on their property taking money without dispensing products. They didn't want to deal with it and told me 'sorry sir, we can't help you with that'.
It was very clean and the price was right! Beds and bathroom/shower were very clean. Close to HWY 101. Parked right in front of our room (just a few steps away). Shower was hard spraying water, but the bathroom/shower was very clean so not really complaining about this at all.

Staff were helpful, room was clean Room was tiny, bedding and towels poor quality, much too expensive for the location, amenities and room
Family owned with a very friendly staff. Surfaces on furniture, counters, and in the bathroom had a greasy film; had to wipe them down with a napkin. It may be caused by the cleaning chemicals housekeeping uses. Train tracks are right next to the property.
The room and bathroom was very clean and quite OK. The motel is nicely kept. Very loud music from adjacent pub. Trains passing by. Be sure to bring ear plugs.
