Pros:
The car probably was not inspected properly because the ride was very uncomfortable on the highway. After a couple of hours realized the tire tire pressure light was on and all 4 tires were low on air. When filled them up with air lost pressure again a couple of hours later. Called for roadside assistance took close to two hours to arrive and didn't have a replacement tire just filled it with air and told us to go to a tire store and company will reimburse. If the car had been inspected properly this wouldn't have happened.10.0 Wonderful

Shelly was on time to pick me up. I was in there less than 20 minutes and i got a brand new just dropped off SUV. Everyone was nice and professional. Definately wpul5d rent from there again.Cons:

Cons:
Willow Grove Enterprise office attempted to give me a smaller car than I reserved then tried to strong arm me into paying for a upgrade. The counter person ultimately refused to honor the price that I agreed to on Kayak. I will defintely not try to rent from this location again and probably won't use Kayak to book a rental in the futureHertz
