Nothing No water in pool Gym terrible Had no room key for us upon arrival and for a few hours until my buddy got loud with someone about it and that majestically we got a card Rooms were dirty Desk chair was all messed up They provided corona with no limes put in a ice bucket upside down not even with the body submerged in ice Straight up terrible

ITs proximity to the Meadowlands - liked how they embraced the Springsteen show, and pumped his music through the lobby and outdoors while we were all arriving. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was quite long because of the sheer number of people arriving at the same time, but they made it fun with the music and an "impromptu" pre-show party in the lobby.

The hotel staff had difficulities to confirm my reservation due to last minutes booking. However the Director of Guest Relaltion very helpfull and support during my stay

The shuttle was very good. The rooms also. I didn't liked the restaurant in the main entrance. It is not good to put it there. The design of the restaurant i also didnt liked. The lady she was the chief of the restaurant was not very kindly.

I made one phone call and u charge me $33.00 for one & $7 for the next one.

Staff No water pressure. Toilets questionable. Shower weak. Needs some engineering. Do a little food on Bruce Springsteen nite. The shows always last late. Great staff

I booked a room with two beds, and got a room with one! Manager told me she would drastically reduce my room rate for the inconvenience, was busy at the moment and promised to contact me by cell phone as soon as she could that evening. Manager never called, and never answered multiple voice mails I left her. poor customer service!!!! As if the above was not bad enough, our room was directly behind the elevators on the 14th floor, and the loud, constant, noise made it impossible to sleep. Asked for any other room, and was told they were sold out. The hotel should never book room 1411, the noise from the elevators is unacceptable.

Clean,roomy,breakfast. Noisy outside.

Many tv stations, flat screen, fridge and microwave. Very small bathroom.

The bed was confortable. There were garbage in the room possibly from previous guesses. The facility looks very old.

Room was not in best of shape, bathroom dirty, refrigerator look like they just pull it out of the dumpster, just not a clean place to stay

staff was friendly & accommodating. The fire alarm was beeping in our room & the maint. person came & changed the batteries. We had no remote for the TV. I called the front desk & they sent maint. again with a remote. indoor pool area was a mess. Paint chipping off of pool. Pool water murky. We did not use it, and I was looking forward to it. Garbage can was overflowing.

Location At check in, desk clerk gave me a late checkout. At noon, different desk clerk called and rudely demanded I leave immediately or be charged for an extra day. The night clerk did not leave a note that she had given me a late checkout. Unacceptable.
