Cons: The food is terrible. So is the crew. Something has gone wrong with Lufthansa latel. I used to prefer flying Lufthansa for their great service and meals. The food has become quite disgusting. The crew is very rude. They show no respect to their non-German speaking passengers, which is unacceptable!

Cons: The flight was delayed so we had to taxi over an hour on the runway at around 11pm. Would have been nice to have been served water or something while waiting

Pros: The crew was mediocre, nothing special. I asked for a extra pillow and was denied. Seats were cramped, I expected more from British Airways but comparing them to China Eastern, I found China Eastern more memorable.

Cons: Flight 2 hours delayed, started boarding but had to wait on line 10 more minutes on boarding ramp for plane door to be opened, upon landing in Dublin had to wait on tarmac for anther 15 minutes for stairs to arrive and be connected to airplane. Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage....

Pros: Entertainment and food were geat and a great distraction from the seating arrangement and the horrible leg area.

Cons: Not having a chair leg in the middle of the leg area. being able to sit next to my partner instead of having us split up. If we bought two tickets at the same time we should have been able to sit together. Lastly the huge delay that caused us to miss are final flight.

Cons: Food was not that good, flight was over an hour late causing us to miss our connection in Frankfurt. Consequently we were also charged for our car pickup in Prague. Overall, not impressed with Lufthansa.

Cons: Was surprised by the $60 fee to check in a bag. I know i bought this through kayak, but it would have been nice to have told that up front, and even further, if they had let me check 1 bag for free like everyone else.

Cons: It would be great if airlines would identify where infants are sitting when it comes to upgrading seats. I spent $350 so my husband and I could be kicked and pushed non-stop by a screaming and crying infant. If we had known, we would’ve saved our money and just sat in economy.

Pros: The overall experience was great! I was extremely satisfied. I thought the crew was very kind and the extra touch of bringing ice cream to everyone as a treat was perfect for our family that had to restless little boys.

Cons: I did find it strange that the only brought the drink cart around once during the 9 & 1/2 hour flight. It was a cost savings approach more than anything. For the crew, I am sure it was also a time savings approach. When going to find another drink, it was clear supplies were also thinning out.

Cons: British Airways was once again late and they lost my luggage -- on a short, direct, one-hour flight, where I checked in 2 hours early. Unbelievable. They have gone from one of the best to one of the worst. No amenities, surly crew, and terrible performance. Never again.

Pros: Crew was amazing. They adjusted the seating arrangements so there was an empty seat in every row to give passengers more space. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us.
