The seat back entertainment screen didn’t work at my seat. Staff was great.

Pros: "We flew from Anchorage to Boston via Seattle. If there had not been a delay in Anchorage, the flight would have been excellent. However, there was a mechanical problem earlier in the day with a plane to Cincinnati. Our flight was scheduled to leave Anchorage at 4pm, but Delta decided to take our pane from us and use it as a substitute for the original but nonfunctional Cincinatti plane. A ridiculous decision. The Cincinnati people already had missed all their connections, but now all the Seattle people missed theirs as well. When we finally got to Seattle 3 hours late (just before midnight), the desk agent said that Delta had no hotel rooms for us and also no hotel vouchers. We thus had to find a room and pay for it on our own. The next day, we had been rescheduled to Detroit and then on another flight from there to Boston. The flight to Detroit arrived nearly 30 minutes late, and we just barely made our connection. Had we missed it, we would have had to spend that night in Detroit. Delta did its best to keep the two of us together. On the Seattle-Detroit flight we were on opposite sides of the aisle in the same row, but that was in a row right behind a bulkhead, making it easy for us to walk over to each other. On the Detroit-Boston flight we were next to each other. Both flights were completely full, so Delta must have made some effort to keep us together as well as possible."
Cons: "Delta should not have made the dumb decision to take the Seattle-bound plane and use it as a substitute for the malfunctioning Cincinnati plane. Delta should have provided accommodations for the stranded travelers once they arrived in Seattle."
Pros: "Clean, comfortable, empty middle seats. Good movie selection."
Cons: "Snacks lacked variety and nutritional value."
Cons: "Socially distancing worked well on the plane because the middle seats are not occupied, snacks are bagged and the head flight attendant was funny and gave an inspirational message on the PSA at the gate and when we landed."
Pros: "Free entertainment"
Cons: "More comfortable seating"
Pros: "My flight arrangements were not found I had to purchase new tickets and spend additional money for something I had already paid for I wasted all day and it was the worse experience ever."
Cons: "Refund my money back"
Pros: "Exit row seating for no extra charge"
Cons: "Seat mate not friendly"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "All"
Cons: "You shouldn't schedule a flight for a plane that is due to have scheduled maintenance. It's not like this should come as a surprise to you. Also, there was at least one over-served passenger on board who became loud and obnoxious, shouting obscenities."
Cons: "The Anchorage airport was FREEZING cold and it was August, maybe a little less AC IS IN ORDER"
Pros: "Crew attentive and helpful"
Cons: "N/a"
Cons: "Pay close attention when boarding in Cabo as they board multiple flights out of the same gate and it could be easy to get on the wrong bus."
Cons: "We paid for comfort plus but the seats were no different than main cabin. Comfort plus experience on other legs was much better."
Pros: "Fast and efficient"
Pros: "Having the whole center three seats to myself. The food and beverages were really good as well."
Cons: "Both flights were significantly late to depart. Also the WiFi on the transatlantic flight was out."
Pros: "Good service"
Cons: "Video system locked up at my seat"
Cons: "I was assigned a seat on the last row of the plane--these not only don't recline, but it feels as though they push you forward. Also, the engine sound was so deafening with such intense vibration that I was unable to hear the flight attendant speaking to me from 2 feet away, much less anything overh"
Pros: "Actual flight"
Cons: "Could have done without the almost 5 hour delay and no good options for alternative flights. We got in at 3am and it ruined our trip as we were exhausted for my daughter’s college visits."
Pros: "The two stewardesses were awesome helping me to reschedule possible connecting flight due to leaving mdt 2 hours late"
Cons: "The gate agents were extremely slow causing the flight to pull from the gate 28 minutes late. The capitan of the plane needs a course on how to be polite to an upset customer"
Pros: "The flight crew was very competent and welcoming."
Cons: "The gate agent at JFK was annoying. She forced us to check carry on bags for no apparent reason. Much larger carry on’s were allowed both before and after us. Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class."
Pros: "Everything was fine. Delta did a great job."
Cons: "The kid screaming in my ear for 3 hours"
Pros: "I liked the service to see if there was a chance to upgrade because of the connecting flight and even though there was a delay in the plane arriving to Alaska, the quick turn was excellent and we were in the air within a short period of time."
Cons: "The comfortability and that’s rear even if I had the middle seat. I had it on my way towards Alaska and didn’t have any issue"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Seats did not recline"
Pros: "seating, food, service"
Cons: "Cabin was too hot!!!!"
Pros: "The seat back screens."
Cons: "Completely full flight. Rough landing."
Pros: "Crew were great"
Cons: "Very cramped I was at the back of the plane"
Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "the flight attendant gets the order starting from the back and by the time she gets to the front there's no more selection for breakfast except for what is left that nobody like."
Cons: "Cramped seating for premium Econ"
Pros: "The crew were nice and friendly. The plane was new with lots of amenities"
Cons: "The new plane has NO leg room at all. It’s the worst leg room i’ve Experienced for such a large plane. I’m 6’1” and my knees would only fit if I spread my legs wide and sit back deep into the chair."
Pros: "great selection of movies"
Cons: "it was super hot on the plane."
Pros: "Everything was executed well. Flight attendants were lovey & attentive"
Pros: "I asked twice for a second declaration form as I made a mistake on the first and both requests were ignored by cabin crew. 2 crew members said that they would accommodate me but neither delivered."
Cons: "Not enough searband leg room"
Pros: "I like that I had a window seat with enough space to stretch my legs and look at the view."
Cons: "I was shy about 45 min of boarding my flight. I didn't want to do self check out because I wanted to make sure my Itinerary was right so I went to a clerk. She did my boarding pass by verifying who I was and by my Id and printed out. I then go to security they asked for my Id and boarding pass. I gave it to them and she was like Ingrad is not your name doesn't match your ID. I said no it doesn't your going to have to go back up and get my boarding pass redone again. I was Furious and frustrated because I didn't want to miss my flight over a mix up from one of your Clerks and at the time she never asked me if I wanted a window seat or not . This made for a bad experience going to Atlanta but I was grateful that I didn't miss my flight."
Pros: "Seems like people that work for Delta are too old and too comfortable. Don’t want to work nor do they appreciate customers. Gate agent in SLC complained she was the only one there and could not help. Tried to send me tohelp desk which would have made me miss my flight. Flight attendant couldn’t move my back pack in bin did not tell me she had a bad shoulder. She should not be working then if she can’t lift a small backpack. Omg"
Pros: "Crew was very helpful."
Cons: "On the way to Minneapolis the plane was BEYOND PACKED. There was no room for even my backpack."
Pros: "Was able to sleep for once. Nobody in center seat."
Cons: "Crying babies"
Cons: "When I bought my ticket last Nov , I paid extra to select seats, only to discover no aisle seats available for the 15 hour flight from LAX to Guanghzou. I tried many times to call CSA LA office using toll free and regular number, but could never speak to a human. Last November 7 I missed my flight home due to the Thai King's motorcade causing the road I was on to be closed for more one hour. I arrived at the CNXairport nearly one hour before the scheduled departure time, only to find CSA check in counters already closed. CSA Bangkok made me pay for a one way ticket home on Nov 8 even though all 3 flights were not full. I arrived well I'm advance and checked in. CSA began boarding 30 minutes before the time shown on my boarding pass and closed the aircraft doors shortly aftethe boarding time listed. No wonder I missed my Nov 7 flight! I wrote CSA LA a letter including the receipt for the one way ticket and requested a refund or at least a reply or home call. I never received a reply. I have flown CSA/Delta from Detroit, MI to Chiang Mai, Thailand 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty. In the future CSA will not be my first choice and I will pay somewhat more to fly another airline."
Pros: "Delta has great seats, friendly employees and engaged managers and pilots. Even their customer service Center reaches out to help on suggestions. I am flying to Portland for School over 40 round trips and I am saving $4,000 vs Alaska Air. Plus I get miles and discounts with the Delta Amex Card. I am very pleased."
Cons: "I don’t like harsh change in schedule fees but it forces me to plan. I wish the Seattle to Portland Eve flight landed in time to catch Portland Rail system at 11:50 PM"
Pros: "I liked the legroom and the seat"
Cons: "No entertainment screen, no real food, I don’t care how long the trip is, I got first class, I expect first class service."
Pros: "Gate personal kept us notified about flight delay. Flight crew was very positive on plane and they were as miserable about the delay as we were. Snacks and drinks were brought out. The gate crew keeping us updated is what saved the name of Delta. If she didnt do that people would have been angry."
Cons: "Flight was supposed to depart at 0730. Actual departure was 1045. Three out of seven of the flight crew were not happy about how badly they were being treated by call center and /or management while they were delayed with us at gate. Snacks were brought out because of delay but they were just junk food. Nothing I could eat due to allergies."
Pros: "Counter agent found reservation but not ticket number(?). She was very helpful and nice but Delta reservation system was a total mess. Barely made boarding even though we arrived airport plenty of time before the flight."
Cons: "Counter agent."
Pros: "Polite and thoughtful crew took care of our needs. Beverage service came through at least twice. Crew persevered through difficulties with the in-flight entertainment system and finally got it to work for us. :)"
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "On time"
Pros: "The flight got us from Anchorage to Atlanta on time."
Cons: "No A/C vent controls for each seat. No reading light for seats. No flight attendant call light buttons were accessible. NO WiFI or video entertainment. Coach plus seats were just like the rest of coach, just in front of them. Seats would not adequately recline. The plane was still PACKED."
Pros: "Our plane had mechanical issue with a parking brake which they left us know about once we loaded the plane. Unfortunately it was going to take to long so they switched us to another plane."
Cons: "Airlines in general need to enforce the carry on luggage rules. If it doesn't match the dimensions for the carry on specks then make the people Check it. Don't let it go. If I paid for a seat and I'm allowed two carry ons then there should be room for them. Don't ask people to check bags because of a full plane. The crew should have there own place to store their belongings, not where the passengers do and take their space. The life rafts need to be easy to get to but again should take up a spot a passenger has paid for their luggage to go. If that is the only space for these items then don't allow passengers to bring two items if in those seats or on the whole plane. It's really disappointing when your told you may have to check your bag because there's not enough room."
Pros: "We have been flying Delta more often lately. Great service, newer planes in and out of Alaska, and affordable first class tickets. Snack basket had chocolate bars..."
Cons: "Short 3 hour flight-no complaints"
Pros: "Entertainment. Center was great"
Cons: "Boarding has been made so complicated it's a joke."
Pros: "Nice crew, normal seats, TV etc. They were very apologetic about the delays. They gave multiple updates and came around with water/snacks"
Cons: "The plane was delayed to wait for passengers from another flight. We waited for almost two hours. After that there was multiple technical difficulties- loading the bags, closing the door, refueling...the list goes on. We ended up taking off almost four hours late."
Cons: "First class seats were uncomfortable for a 6.5 hour overnight flight."
