Hospitality and service of the staff were excellent. Food was good. The seat was not as comfortable as the other Airlines that I have experience with.
I was in the premier economy and enjoyed the room and the comfort. Although I will say that it would take a real expert to make the location of the place to plug in headsets and chargers more difficult. With all of the room available it makes no sense to bury those connections and to make it so difficult to use them. The couple in front of me needed to use the cell phone light in order to see where to plug in a charger. The seats are comfortable and the food was good.
No way to add a bag without getting in line at the counter, which took at least half an hour. No WiFi.
The preboarding and the gate organizing management was poor, unorganized and mismanaged. While standing in the business line I kept getting ignored and the personnel kept checking in others, right in front of me until I finally spoke up and pointed out their clear signs of ignoring me while patiently waiting to be checked in. Once checked in the gate the personnel kept chit-chatting and not managing which group is to board, being totally nonchalant, unorganized and behaving amateur-like . Very unprofessional and unlike the quality the Austrian Airlines brand otherwise provides. The crew on the plane are always fantastic and the best. What a shame the crew on the ground was so mediocre.
Flight delayed with no explanation. Boarding was confused (proceed to plane, go back to waiting area).
Last few years I didn't not have great experience with United Airlines.
Short flight. Bare bones and kinda seeming like an older plane. But got me there on time and that's what counts. Perfectly fine flight all the way from start to finish.
My Austrian Air flight from Montenegro to Vienna was delayed by three hours because their plane de-icer was broken and they had to wait for the sun to come up before the ice could melt. This meant we missed our United flight altogether. So I can't speak about United, but I was not impressed by Austrian Air. They made us check in two carry on bags for a 60% full flight, and the bags didn't find us in the US for ten days. The re-routing they arranged included an extra leg, a midnight taxi ride across New Jersey and New York, and a five hour sleep in a hotel. Not impressed.

Austrian airline they cancel my fight , and the couldn’t give me flight , they said only available flight 4th and after , I sacked for refund, even from you KYAK , and tell now no any refund , because what happened I lost more money because I have to stay in hotel and then I buy new ticket

The sleeper seats, the staff, and the food was truly delicious. I loved the mocktail options.
Great food, and lots of it. They made us come to the gate two hours before the flight and you were stuck in the enclosure until you boarded with no bathroom or food or drink. My seat in business class was very claustrophobic, I could barely get into it and a large board blocked the window and made it even more claustrophobic
Cabin was kept very hot and it was uncomfortable. Entertainment system did not work at my seat. Crew and service is fantastic
The crew on this flight provided exceptional business class service to me.
The airport staff never announced that boarding has started. Both at iad or Islamabad or Istanbul.
The airline could improve its business class seats and privacy in line with its competitors.
The seats have to be one of the worst when it comes to comfort and you have to scramble around to out your handbag in the overhead. The food is still awful. Definitely will not travel on Turkish again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone for sure.

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.
The flight crew was the worst I've experienced. If they worked for me, I would fire them immediately. They never smiled, they seemed angry and avoided passengers as much as possible. The food was not edible, and my luggage was lost. I will never fly United again!!!
Fought with Lufthansa was poor, seats are uncomfortable, food was bad and luggage did not arrive to IA
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
Did not like the check in guy quibbling over a couple pounds at the luggage weigh in

This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?
Great Brasilia aircraft - not a Boeing 757 like the next part of the flight. Flight from MCI to IAD was great, on-time, comfortable, did I mention that? The flight from IAD to EDI was painful. One of the reasons I won't fly United again? Boeing 757, with a seat pitch and material that was horrendous. Worst aircraft ever, made worse by United sardine-can tight seating. Oh, and the connection window, 45 minutes, really? At IAD, in different concourses? What idiot came up with that flight scenario? Happily, (for me and my travel insurance people) the flight was late (reminiscent of American Airlines). The crew was professional and courteous.

Best flight in years. Pre-boarding because of my mobility issues. Good food and beverage from beginning to end. Excellent choice of films. Good service by stewardesses. Comfortable seats. I could lie down!
Overall flight was fine as was price. FCO leaves a lot to be desired. Not enough agents to check people in quickly, confusing security location and extremely, ridiculously long lines to get through multiple security checks. It was the least to say it was a hot sticky nightmare. Dulles is not better although arrival was fine, traffic to the arrival area was a nightmare where I finally gave up, parked the rental and met my wife with the luggage in the parking lot. I will avoid Dulles in the future.
Crew was very friendly and accommodating. Main enter was good but snack could be better. Perhaps adding fruit would be an excellent option.
One bathroom wasn’t working and the other bathroom faucet wasn’t working.
Kayak was an utter disaster. They booked the tickets through a 3rd party and the 3rd party changed the dates of the flight without checking with us. They promised to change it back, but they never did, and I eventually had to dispute the credit card charge to get my money back and had to reserve through another website. NEVER use KAYAK again!
ITA changed our 9 hr direct flight without giving any reason to 4 stop overs 24 hrs flight without delays.
On both sides of my itinerary, the planes were old, the seats did not work, the seats were filthy, and the crew were unfriendly
It was bad experience . I was about to lose my flight . The airline announced the gate very late , an hour before the flight , and you need to rush to find the gate in a big airport . The flight is a long flight and the food is poor . I difintelely not taking this airplane again
At least it was a direct flight, however the boarding process was a nightmare. 2+ hours in line to check my bag. Then told it was overbooked and I have to go standby even though I bought my ticket months ago. Then sent to another line to get on standby - another long wait and finally started yelling that my flight was boarding. They sent me somewhere else. In the end I did make the flight - among the last group to board, even though I arrived 4 hours early at the airport. Worst check in process I've ever experienced in 50 years off flying.
Paid for a seat I didn’t get. Flight attendant said they would “report “ the problem. Food terrible. No service unless requested. Plane filthy. Seats falling apart. Broken footrest. Bathroom toilet held in place with tape. No gate announcements though delayed 2 hours. Is that enough?
The flight was smooth, the premier economy seats were comfortable, the flight crew were excellent. The on board food, however, was AWFUL. I suggest bringing your own food on board.
