Cons: The check in process for Delta was a chaotic mess. There was no one to assist passengers, lines were crazy long. I overheard so many people complaining about missing flights and they could not get any help. I also think the amount Delta charges for luggage was insane.Read more about Delta

Pros: The snacks and water were great. Smooth flight.
Cons: The mask mandate needs to be voluntary ADA violation
Pros: We were very efficiently boarded, however there was a mechanical problem. The flight attendants helped every one know where their connecting gates were, as we have exactly 9 minutes to make that connection.
Cons: We were very efficiently boarded, however there was a mechanical problem. The flight attendants helped every one know where their connecting gates were, as we have exactly 9 minutes to make that connection. We would like to give a shout out to the baggage team that were able to transfer our bags in such a short amount of time. And also to the San Jose flight that we did for four of us.
Pros: Not one of my good experiences with Delta. Two hours delay in the flight
Cons: Information on the flight delay as communication was. at least very poor. Also A 220 was ok but First Class was so so
Cons: The boarding crew wasn’t friendly
Cons: Not enough leg room. Flights are costly enough and it just seems wrong to upcharge passengers for more legroom. Legroom should be standard outside of first /business class.
Pros: Exit row seating for no extra charge
Cons: Seat mate not friendly
Cons: just an old plane. still had ashtrays in it. but overall ok because arrived safely and professionalism of staff was quite commendable
Pros: There were a few hiccups with the overall flight process, but the crew was very friendly and informed everyone in a timely manner of the situation. There were also good snacks. Also, flexible baggage policy, which was great.
Cons: The boarding situation is odd and less organized or structured than any of the other airlines I've flown with.
Pros: Got to Houston on time
Cons: WiFi that I paid for on Delta didn't work, flight was delayed at take off due to waiting for restroom supplies; lead flight attendant had a major accent and was difficult to understand. She also stated to keep my mother's walker outside the plane when entering the plane
Cons: The intercom was turned up too loud.
Cons: Wifi was not working
Pros: Flight attendants were great! We had rough weather for the entire flight, and they handled everything great
Pros: The crew where extremely friendly, helpful and visible. As the flight was being boarded the gate agent saw me with my cane and she upgraded me to a seat closer to the front of the plane without being asked. Those extra little touches are appreciated
Pros: The seats were very comfortable even though legroom was limited in the basic cabin.
Pros: The seat was comfortable
Cons: Seats could be a couple of inches wider
Cons: Old plane, long delay, sketchy WiFi.
Pros: Flight was smooth and fast.
Cons: Didn't love that my 1st flight got off at gate G. And connecting flight was at gate C on the other end of the airport.
Pros: Excellent hospitality I asked for a cup of coffee at an odd time, the attendant went out of his way to brew fresh pot and served me, instead of just saying "Sorry sir, we don't have any coffee at this time...."
Cons: Food, cramped seating.
Pros: Friendliness of flight attendants
Cons: I wasn't awake long enough to find fault
Cons: Paid extra for a seat that didn't have any extra leg room. The entertainment system was broken for the whole plane during the first 2 hours.
Pros: The crew was good
Cons: The flight was incredibly uncomfortable. The Delta team in Houston was not very pleasant.
Pros: Simple, easy
Pros: Food and service was nice
Cons: Very long route to my final destination
Pros: Crew was fantastic and very helpful.
Cons: Not sure who was in charge of loading the plane with food for purchase, but they forgot it all entirely. The crew was kind enough to give extra snacks. Kinda curious how you forgot to load a plane with food for purchase and how did the crew not notice in advance? I would think that is one of their checks of the cabin. Not mention who ever signed off saying they filled the plane with food for purchase lied. Very frustrating not only for the crew but for the passengers.
Cons: I couldn’t watch a movie and I couldn’t fall asleep because the the person in front of me had a light on.
Pros: Everything was great.
Pros: We were in the plane for 3 hours before we could depart. No one offered us a drink or snack.
Pros: CVG isn't a huge airport, but it has a good amount of things to keep you entertained/well fed.
Cons: CVG security line isn't terrible, but there seemingly is ALWAYS a decent wait. When a flight is full, like this one, it's never very comfortable – even a short flight.
Cons: 1 hour delay, no explanation, no weather problems, late for my meeting in Houston.
Pros: As poltronas estavam OK.
Pros: It got me home, eventually.
Cons: Poor communication, a 6 hour delay followed by a 7 hour layover (during which we had to sleep on an airport floor because Delta couldn't offer us any hotel vouchers). Gate agents disappeared after 7pm becuase they were due to be done with their shifts when our flight was originally supposed to leave at 6 pm. It felt like we were trapped in the movie The Terminal. Oh! And our bag was misrouted, because that was just how things went those 2 days. All in all a 6 hour trip turned into 18 hours. I could have driven home in that amount of time!
Pros: The gate agent and cabin crew handled passenger's misery with friendly grace and professionalism. Also, it was an old plane and so the seats, even in coach, were comfortable.
Cons: Plane was around 45 minutes late in arriving at our Minneapolis gate. Flight was further delayed by something (unspecified) being "frozen." WORST part was that the temperature in the seating area at the gate was horribly cold. Departing passengers at a neighboring gate were bound for Fargo and sat with their parkas on and with parka hoods up. We Houston-bound had packed our coats & boots and were shivering. Then when we finally boarded the crew announced that the plane's water system was broken and so we would have no hot coffee or hot tea or hot anything. No water, also and obviously, in the restroom sink. But sani-wipes were provided in the sink basin.
Pros: Quick flight, great landing and takeoff.
Cons: Everything was great today.
Pros: flight was canceled
Cons: I was seated in first class, and due to some catering mix-up, no meal was served. I was given a banana and crackers which was very disappointing since I hadn't eaten in 8 hours and was starving. No on board entertainment whatsoever.
Pros: It was a good flight
Cons: Female flight attendants were rude and acted like the passengers were a bother. Tried to move to an emergency row after the doors closed, which was empty and the flight attendant refused stating we had to pay extra. NOT HAPPY
Pros: Could not use the bathroom
Pros: I appreciated the kindness of the staff at each of our stops. From beginning to end they were polite, helpful, and kind!
Cons: Delayed by an hour!
Cons: Late taking off, and then unable to get to gate on arrival
Pros: Ease of boarding
Cons: I wanted a first class seat there were three available I asked 45 minutes before the flight took off if I could upgrade and they said that they don't allow that within one hour so I was put into a comfort seat for free but the entire flight there were three first class seats open kind of silly I would've paid
Cons: Poor hospitality by alaska airline staff, especially by MrPavel at gate H4, 01nov2016, prior boarding around 0730am
Pros: I enjoyed the entertainment and crew
Cons: Boarding was way too long
