The pilot even said good bye in person to the customers leaving the plane, I really appreciated it :) The whether conditions in Seattle were very bad (windy, bumpy, rain, and night) and the pilot landed the plane as a pro! Cons: "Flight from Calgary to Denver delayed three and half hours. Informed of this delay thirty minutes before scheduled departure when our plane hadn’t even left Denver yet to head to Calgary. ( 2.5 hr flight) once finally made it to Denver was informed that we missed connecting flight to Boston. We were then informed since it’s for “weather” reasons earlier in the day that caused a sequence of delays they couldn’t accommodate us for hotel. We were given two “blankets” which were as thin as a sheet and each one bottle of water. Some other people around us received good voucherS. We did not. We walked around the airport for close to an hour looking for anyplace we could lay down and sleep. None were to be found. We tried to sleep on the floor but was so cold and uncomfortable I literally got sick to my stomach. Another fun thing added to mix. We were placed on another flight as 6 the next morning. After no sleeping at all we boarded our next flight Which was not a direct flight to Boston but would be from Denver to Newark then Newark to Boston. We were suppose to originally land in Boston at 0600 Monday. Instead we arrived at 1430 after getting zero sleep. My husband and I were also unable to sit together which was extra special for people around me because after not sleeping I continued to be sick to my stomach."

Pros: "Flight left on time and attendants friendly"

Pros: "It was a bit less expensive at first, but the charges added up quickly. My only complaint really is that the booking was through Air Canada and the flight was operated through United Airlines. It wasn’t a problem for me but if you only have a Visa debit card and want to pay for checked bags online, this is not possible to do online prior to checking in. You also can’t check in to your flight as you would normally, you get the last available seats and have to pay for any seat changes. All in all, I’d still book through Kayak but I’d make sure that the flight I booked was through the company that operates the flights. It’s will give you more options when checking in to the flight."
Cons: "I was put through a third party airline that had no control of the final booking procedure that I was used to. I could not choose seats or add checked luggage on my visa debit, I needed a credit card. This wasn’t a problem but it could pose problems for some people."

The posted time also was erratic both at the airport and on the app for the people meeting us. Luckily our time was flexible so though frustrating and inconvenient we managed OK."

Pros: "Nothing about 9 HOURS in an Airport is great! I walked from where I landed coming from Calgary, to terminal 2 Gate F 17 because that was where the flight to Lexington was to leave from. Then I got notice it was leaving from terminal 1 Gate B 24 so (I'm sure I walked a mile there) to get there. Waited for a number of hours checked my phone and found the departure was back again at terminal 1 Gate F 17!?!?! So I walked another mile back to where I started. At no point was I offered a drink or meal voucher for the 9 hour delay/inconvenience in my flight to Lexington ky. Suffice to say that I will NEVER go on any flight if I have to go back through this airport. I also have horrible knees, which all the walking did not help."
Cons: "I would like to say that as a person with a disability, there is not any support for help getting around. They have plenty of for lack of a better term "golf carts"; but no one utilizing them. Not that I am a world traveler; but this airport could take more than a page from Calgary international in terms of support to those with disabilities. I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER go through something like this again. I expected to be home in Lexington at 5:00pm and did NOT arrive until midnight.??!! This is in my opinion quite unacceptable! What a way to spend a hard earned vacation day! Thanks Luanne Steele"

We were referred to one person after the other only to finally end up in a 3hour line at customer service where we were told we miss the ground transportation and would have to find our own way home. We rented a car from Hertz and drove to Richmond arriving at 5:30am.... very disappointing."

Cons: "The fact that my wife and I were not able to check in at kiosk is a technology problem, and then we waited in line forever as United tried to deal with other large group of problem customers. Because if their bad service we missed cutoff, even though I had already checked In and we had no checked bags. We We were forced to pay for hotel our of our pocket, get another rental car, and change itinerary to have to go through Denver to get back to Chicago and arrive a full day later, causing havoc with work schedule and coverage for kids. Thumbs down United! I used to be 1K with you, this Is why I don't fly this airline often."

Cons: "Process for customs was not well explained (where/how to meet up with bags for customs process). We went through customs on the second leg of the flight with barely enough time to get through customs and then back through security at the Calgary airport. Our flight had been unilaterally changed by the airline due to too tight a connection but the new flight (much less convenient, had to get up at 3:00 am) was as bad or worse. We would have missed our connecting flight if it had not been delayed due to weather at our destination."

Cons: "I arrive to Richmond, Va for a family reunion and with enough time to make the banquet. The baggage services in Newark didn't pack my bag on my flight, the next one afterwards nor the one after that. When trying to contact to see what's the issue nobody answered the phone, for a hour. The bag claim services from when I landed in Richmond didn't have a clue on how to contact Newark or to confirm my bags will be on the flight for that day. I had to do the research and find it myself while she watched a movie on her iPad. Needless to say if I could give a negative star rating I would. I missed the banquet and received my bags the next day and still couldn't get a reason from either airport on why they got left behind."
