Pros: "Clean Washroom"
Cons: "N A"
Cons: "No delay"
Pros: "The on board food was amazing, nothing like I’d ever had on a plane before. I was also pleased with the choices for entertainment."
Cons: "The seat was not comfortable in economy. I could not sleep and there were no air vents. Every time I tried to rest my head on the seat in front of me the screen would turn on and get super hot. I wish there was a cover or something you could turn the screen completely off."
Cons: "I used 7900 points to upgrade to “comfort” and nothing about it was comfortable. I was squashed between a window and a large man and my tv screen kept flickering on and off. I actually felt like I had less space overall than I would have in a regular seat."
Pros: "This was a Delta codeshare on KLM metal. We left on time and arrived early. The crew was very professional. The bathrooms were very clean."
Cons: "The seat in Economy Comfort was awful. Not enough padding and no place to put my feet because of a very large entertainment control box on the floor."

Pros: "The seat was very comfortable even as a basic seating and the entertainment options were great."
Cons: "The voice from the pilot was very loud and would be too much if I had my headphones on."
Cons: "Disembarking could be more efficient"
Pros: "Crew was fine - not their fault that DELTA changed my flight at the last minutes with terrible options on rescheduling my flight!"
Cons: "Yes...not change my flight at the last minute and causing me to miss my connecting flight. Then making me reschedule my flight with only options that I now have (2) layover and then arrive in Korea another day later, that then caused me to miss my college orientation day!"
Cons: "I now know the downside of buying through Kayak, the ticket is non-upgradable even when seats became open and I offered to pay for the upgrade."
Pros: "The attention to detail from the crew, and the friendliness"
Pros: "A+ flight! Super nice attendants and even pilot sounded pleasant! Take off and landing was smooth & perfect!"
Pros: "It is a short trip from Atlanta to Augusta."
Cons: "No complaints...too short of a trip to complain about anything!"
Pros: "The nice staff and entertainment options."
Cons: "I usually fly delta and have a great experience - unfortunately my flight from Detroit to Seattle was not. To start off, i was flying with two other people and we were not able to get seats together, and the whole seating process with delta is really difficult even when I had called weeks in advance to see if they could try and seat us together. I understand with main cabin tickets you can only choose your seat as you check in, but it would be nice to be able to request seating with a person/group you are flying with. I was placed in the very back row of a busy flight, and noticed that the horrible smell from the bathrooms which made it unpleasant. As said above, I normally have a pleasant experience.. but being a delta sky member I feel as though i do not really receive any differences as to a non-member. I hope this review helps for the next customers! Thank you."
Pros: "Everything but the consistent delay"
Cons: "2 hour delay and it being the last flight out of LAX."
Pros: "The chargers worked in neither airplane."
Cons: "The chargers worked in neither airplane."
Cons: "It was smelly. Anyone who does not smoke can smell old smoke. Yuk. Also, smells like a neighboring passenger has bowel issues. Ick"
Pros: "Entertainment available"
Cons: "All good"
Cons: "Left 30 minutes late from SLC."
Pros: "The flight was on time. Airport personnel were courteous & efficient. Airplane was clean. Pilot was friendly. A passenger had a peanut allergy so Delta distributed almonds, instead. Nice. Overall, I like Delta."
Cons: "Leg room was just barely adequate. It was a small plane-nothing could be done about that."
Cons: "The monitors kept on freezing"
Cons: "Everything was to my satisfaction."
Pros: "I don’t know what Delta could have done better on this two leg flight from Albuqueque to Miami via Atlanta . Yes we were in First Class and it was a (groan) 6:05 AM flight which meant that we were probably on time. But Delta’s 737-900 (to Atlanta) was very comfortable, the crew did everything well and the breakfast was quite good. (Make sure you try the quiche). We had the same crew on the next leg to Miam, who were surprised and gave us a warm welcome. There were only snacks in 1st for that short segment, but they were all we wanted."
Cons: "Air turbulence over the Midwest storms."
Pros: "Staff was friendly. Flight was smooth."
Cons: "Media kept freezing. They had to reboot the system several times."
Pros: "It got me there in one piece. USB ports, entertainment system a good distraction."
Cons: "Terrible food, aisles too tight, seats not very comfortable. 777’s are very noisy. Visas on arrival a ridiculous disaster- 100’s of people standing in lines for over an hour while 3 people slowly stamp your passport. Know that is not the airline’s fault!"
Cons: "Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."
Pros: "For a short flight, they gave it drinks and snacks."
Pros: "Everything went smoothly."
Pros: "Crew was courtesy"
Cons: "1hour delay from departing LAX runway - not good"
Pros: "Flight was delayed for over 6 hours. Not an ideal way to spend the day."
Pros: "The in flight entertainment and the pilot being informative about what was going wrong at the Atlanta airport."
Cons: "The insane process that followed the flight of rebooking - it would have been VERY HELPFUL to have access to the inflight internet so that I could have rebooked my missed connection before we landed in the ATL airport where it was past midnight and there were hardly any staff available for us to talk to and the lines to speak to anyone took literal HOURS to get through."
Pros: "Trip and flight crew excellent!"
Cons: "I understand that they couldn't deliver luggage during lightening, but my luggage and clothes were soaked!"
Cons: "We were waiting until the airport assigned us a parking slot. Instead of leaving the entertainment system on, they turned it off. We basically spent 1.5h without entertainment system."
Cons: "Delayed boarding and take off"
Cons: "Almost everything"
Pros: "We barely got on the flight."
Cons: "The boarding "red shirt" saved us. We are a band on tour and thanks to her we made the gig"
Pros: "Delta Studio with closed caption"
Cons: "some series do not have closed caption"
Pros: "Flight on time"
Cons: "Unfriendly sataff. Not informed that we have to me know in with a difrnt confirmation number related to the operating Claire. I had to spent one hour to fit this information to be able to check in.? It was an international flight but it was treated like a domestic flight. We were not even offered the curtesy snake for a domestic flight by unfriendly stewards apparently unhappyted with her job. Apparanty all American carrier staffs has no respect for customers. It is not only s united problem. Curtesy and respects goes both ways. They need to be retrained in public relation."
Pros: "We arrived in Las Vegas"
Cons: "Even in first class, it appeared to me that the legroom has been decreased."
Cons: "Flying from Sydney Australia and this being the final segment, Delta lost my luggage with no explanation as to why. It made it around the world only to get lost on the shortest segment. A real pain after 21 hours of flying to be delayed late at night by airline. No offer for compensation."
Pros: "The Delta staff at the Marine terminal at La Guardia were fantastic and saved the staff that re-issued tickets at JFK."
Cons: "5 minutes until boarding at JFK we were told to transfer gates; upon arriving by shuttle to the new gate, passengers were informed the aircraft was downsized and 20 people needed to be bumped. I volunteered since I had a flexible schedule so Delta re-issued me a ticket at 9am JFK for a 10am flight out of La Guardia. I trusted them I'd make it in time and they said they called taxis for us so we left to go catch them. Actually, no taxis were to be found so we had to call our own and were significantly delayed. I was in the first group of 5 people to be re-issued and arrive at La Guardia. Everyone else bolted but my new boarding pass didn't work and they actually didn't properly re-issue my ticket as I had been booked as leg 3 of my international flight from Malaysia. After they called three different departments including China they were able to print my ticket at 9:54am so I sprinted through the security and to my gate and was able to somehow make the flight as they were closing the door. However probably 14 or so of the original bumped passengers definitely didn't make it."
Pros: "Manchester Airport first class. More services and convenient than JFK and Atlanta. Check in and gate staff great in Manchester. I"
Cons: "Plane change JFK. Staff with TSA looked like they slept in their uniforms. Information incorrect on wifi customs and caused delays. Customs agents first class."
Pros: "Well after going through a terrible storm to get to the airport we were given a opportunity to up grade to First Class for a very reasonable rate. That was great."
Pros: "Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)"
Cons: "A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta."
Pros: "Our flight was cancelled and we had to buy $447 worth of Southwest tickets to get home. Our luggage is still missing, by the way."
Pros: "Crew was nice. Flight may have been cheap, but you pay for EVERYTHING else. Pay for luggage, pay for carry-on, pay for drinks (even water!), and for snacks. By the time you are done paying for everything, you are better off paying the same price for a better airline! Never again."
Cons: "Train your night crew to be better attentive and nicer to travelers. Charging an arm and leg for baggage and carry-ons are in the past. What a waste of money."
Pros: "Great customer service."
Pros: "Crew was great."
Cons: "Plane was 45 minutes behind schedule, boarding, take off and arrival. Has to walk miles from gate to ground transportation at midnight when airport seemed dead."
Pros: "crew good, seats good"
Cons: "provided food and entertainment"
Cons: "More room in seat"
Pros: "Had three seats to myself"
Cons: "It was poorly communicated that I would get charged for a carry on. I discovered this at airport by a not so friendly attendant. And what could have cost me $20 now cost me $50. This while flight was an hour delayed. they still wouldn’t waive bag fee"
Pros: "It was on time"
Pros: "Quick boarding, efficient out of the gate."
Cons: "Late, no clerk at the boarding gate to ask, and the airport had a computer glitch that prevented the gate, the flight or even he airline to post!"
Pros: "Mostly that it was a non-stop flight. Flight attendants were nice."
Cons: "I didn't care for all the "ups and extras" that were added to the base cost of the flight....one bag for 40 bucks, 17 bucks just to sit there? Ridiculous!"
Cons: "Frontier airlines delayed and then cancelled and offered no help with re booking so I could make it to my family. I had to purchase a brand new ticket with s better airlines to be able to get home for my mom's cancer treatments."
Pros: "The flight was on time, the airplane was new and clean, and the seats were comfortable. We enjoyed the crew and our bag was waiting for us when we got to baggage claim. What more could one ask for on a no frills flight?"
Cons: "Everything exceeded expectations for a low fare no frills carrier."
Pros: "The crew seemed cheerful."
Cons: "Slightly disorganized during boarding. Delayed departure. Miss informed about arrival time. Extremely unfortable seating. Food is more snacks than solid nutrition and even the snacks were hardly dispensed. Cabin became over heated, could smell jet fuel."
Cons: "My brand new Wacom tablet that I received for Christmas was stolen out of my checked bag"
Pros: "The one moment when someone attempted to help me before a coworker told him to stop because they had “too much to do”"
Cons: "I can’t remember the last time I had so much trouble with a flight. I do remember when frontier used to be a decent airline but now it just feels like a subpar soviet airline. Despite the fact that no one seemed to be aware of what was going on and making everyone with electronic passes wait an extra 30 minutes, my checked bag (which cost more than the flight) arrived with minimal damage and I’m still in one piece."
Cons: "They had to fly in 2 plains to try and get us out. They didn’t offer meal vouchers until 51/3 hours into the delay."
Pros: "the flight attendants were fantastic"
Cons: "Very very late, no updates from the airline."
Pros: "Quick flight."
Cons: "The seats don't go back, but you get what you pay for last minute."
Pros: "The price of the flight was great, but even with an upgraded seat I will not be flying Frontier again."
Cons: "I upgraded my girlfriend and I to stretch seating for our 5 hour flights roundtrip from ATL to SFO. I did not realize by upgrading and selecting my seat in row 4 that my seats do not recline. This caused several issues with my bad back and with the fold down tray on the seat in front of me. I had my laptop on the tray, and when the person in front of me leaned his seat back all the way suddenly, it pinched the top of the screen between the tray and the back of his seat and cracked my laptop exterior. The main issue was not being able to "stretch" by not having a reclining seat and experienced major discomfort and back pain both flights."
Pros: "Price was great"
Cons: "but seats are very close together - not a tall person but sitting up straight my knees hit the seat in front of me. Uncomfortable fit!"
Cons: "Seating areas and space between seats is smallest I've ever seen. Trays on back of seats are crazy small"
Pros: "No travel no more with Frontier! The y charge you for vou carry on bag! They Miserable!"
Cons: "Have to paid for my bag"
Pros: "On time and cheap! Crew was hilarious and kind."
Cons: "Be aware-Frontier's initial low rates are much higher with $35-45 PER checked bag and per carry on. Nothing is free on these flights- not even water...."
Cons: "Three delays but they got us home."
Cons: "extra baggage fees for a single carry-on & having to pay $5 to choose my seat after already buying a ticket---price was not what initially seemed to be"
Pros: "The flight travel was great, and the staff was OK. Always enjoy my flights with Frontier!"
Cons: "Would appreciate if Frontier would have upfront pricing - I had to pay to select a seat and pay to check a bag. I will not be flying Frontier in the future."
Pros: "The price is extremely attractive and Frontier was non stop! Personal carry on item is free and the size was really generous. PLUS they have an excellent credit card rewards program!"
Cons: "I wasn't expecting the seats to not recline at all unless you purchase a stretch seat. I had the assumption they would still recline the typical amount. I don't like that you have to pay for your seat choice after the flight is already paid for."
Pros: "The crew was nice."
Cons: "The plane itself was uncomfortable, it smelled and it was dirty. Upon sitting, there was an empty coke bottle on the floor on my first flight to Denver."
Pros: "Baggage fees came in at $80 for one checked bag and one long board. That was more than the one-way fare. Even charged $10 for a plastic garbage bag to wrap long board. Will never get sucked in by low fare teasers again. Frontier used to be a fun/fair little airline before it got bought out. Now it's a bait and switch airline."
Pros: "Staff was very pleasant"
Cons: "Didn't like having to pay for drinks and snacks. Think about someone who doesn't have a credit card or debit card. Makes it really inconvenient if ur hungry or thirsty"
Cons: "Attendantso weren't accommodating,never again."
Cons: "I don't like the way price of the ticket got dropped"
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats and extra fees for the seat and baggage. I would have preferred to stand the entire flight."
Cons: "Both frontier flights were very dirty. The tray tables and the back of the seat I. Front of be were very dirty. On the way home the floor under my feet was covered in crushed, it looked like cheese it's and the tray table also was sticky and not clean. I used the bathroom once the was dirt or something caked in the corners. It was just gross. I hope my next flight is cleaner because I like to fly frontier"
Pros: "The seats were comfortable. The flight was inexpensive. Both flights arrived early."
Cons: "This was my first trip on Frontier. I am not a nervous flyer at all, but except for the first take off, all the take offs and landings for my round-trip flight had an unusual and uncomfortable amount of lurching, bouncing, and shaking, despite the fact that there was good weather. I don't know if it was the pilots or the aircraft, but, for this reason, I doubt I will be flying Frontier again. Other minimal issues: (1) I know it's a no-frills airline, but I think the lack of any unpaid beverage service, even water, is ridiculous; (2) TSA pre-check shows on the boarding pass, but is not valid."
Pros: "It was a reasonable fare."
Cons: "Charge to pick seating assignment, luggage, carry on, and no complimentary beverage snacks. No WIFI."
Pros: "Efficient and on time."
Cons: "No snacks or drinks, but we knew that beforehand."
Pros: "Bags didn't get lost"
Cons: "Added Charges for each seat upon check-in Added charges for each checked bag AND each carry-on bag Only water was free on flight, I was afraid to ask for ice Changed gate 3 times in a two hour lay-over Flight times changed on all flights so you had to constantly check I asked a Frontier employee two questions, she answered one, then walked away Seats were extremely uncomfortable and cramped Don't recommend flying this airline"
Cons: "The flight was 3hours late and there wasn't a notification from frontier letting me know until I got to the airport"
Cons: "Delayed for 3+ hours"
Pros: "Everything seemed to run smoothly"
Cons: "I never have liked the seats in any airplanes. That's not the airlines fault."
Pros: "Very little to have liked about the flight except for the pilots and thier talent for flying planes."
Cons: "The cabin crew wasn't friendly and did not seem happy to be a board. The flight was delayed 2 hours. Planes wasn't comfortable and the overall experience sucked. I will not be flying frontier again."
Cons: "Extra charges for EVERYTHING, including a place to sit. No amenities at all: seats don't recline, tray tables are five inches wide, not even a cup of water without a charge. The ticket may look less expensive, but two people had to fork over another $200 to get on the plane with one bag and have an awful flight. Don't let any company treat customers this badly."
Pros: "decently friendly flight attendant on one of the flights"
Cons: "Seats are horribly uncomfortable NONE of the staff has any urgency about their jobs No tray tables Charge you for absolutely everything"
Cons: "Is it really that desperate that airlines have to charge $2 for soda?"
Pros: "I really enjoye the fact the flight was only four hours without any flight changed (because I'm not a fan of flying)"
Cons: "I didn't enjoy the children who were sitting behind me the entire flight with their mother yelling at the on every turn. And unfortunately the same lady and her children were sitting in front of me on the way back to L.A."
Cons: "Our flight was scheduled to leave at 4:15, their was another flight at the same gate scheduled to leave at 3:45. It was unsurprisingly not enough time to board the flight before. While in that extra time of waiting for our plane to come to the gate after the flight before took off a hail storm hit. Had we been on time we would have avoided the storm.
