Has a major issue with my seat that I paid a premium price for. On the airline website, it showed the seat as the front row. In reality, there was another row in front of me. When I asked the company about it they told me that the front row was reserved for children with bassinets. On both the going and coming back, there were adults in the row in front of me. Coming back, there was a young child in the row to my right with a bassinet who cried constantly, so kept me awake during the long trip back. So I paid for a premium seat that was not premium! Needless to say I will not fly Starlux again.
Counter personnel were friendly and professional. Assured me my bag would reach Bangkok without having to get it and recheck it for my international flight from Seattle. Also printed out all of my boarding passes for my trip.
I liked the space of the bathroom. The seats were not as comfortable for such an expensive cost the the foot rest was broken. A small child cried for several hours and I thought the FA would have assisted the family to calm the child.
STARLUX Airlines has great staff and crew. Well organized for quick boarding of such a large plane out of Phoenix to Taipei. Interior of the aircraft was that of deluxe aircraft.
Hostesses were very nice I am disappointed that I paid extra 900$for premium economy which wasn't much upgraded from regular economy, I have wasted my money on this trip 😫
love this boutique luxury airline. crew was nice and attentive. Lounge is too small , i think they should have more area for relaxing and lounging not just to sit and eat .. feels like a cafeteria more than a lounge. overall i enjoy it. food on the plane LAX to Teipei should inprove a bit. no flavor and more drinks pls
Excellent. Airline was very clean, staff was excellent, very professional. Economy seats were still large and comfortable. Meals were included and with good options. We were given a blanket and pillow as well as a comfort kit including an eye mask, ear plugs, and tooth brush. Would highly recommend.
Business Class is exceptional, from the lie flat seats to the wide range of food on board. Can’t wait for our next journey with Starlux!
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline
There was a certain guy in American Airlines his name is AAROON who tried to charged me for 246 dollars so I can fly from Dallas to DJT Palm Beach International Airport ; wherein it is not my fault why the flight is delayed so why do I need to pay ? I insisted my rights and told me to contact the company who booked me. But upon taking to Japan Airlines people they said upon checking I don’t have to pay additionally. So please check your people who does so things like this to passengers.
The best part was the staff. They are kind and gracious and made it a good flight.

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.
It was just a short flight. The crew was nice. No major issue.
It was good overall. What I liked most was the restrooms. Compared to other airlines, the restrooms seem larger and look clean. The seats also look clean. The attendants are nice, except one time during the flight. I was sitting on aisle and a man sitting window. He asked an attendant for a snack. She told him to go ahead and get some snack from the section with food storage (I am not sure how it is called). So, I had to get up to let him get out from his seat. Why she did not bring him some snacks so that I would not have to move, I do not know... I was kind of surprised how inconsiderate the attendant was.
I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
The flights with ANA were great. The flights with United, not so much.
It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.
SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines
12 of the 14 hours were in the dark, all during daylight. Didn’t use my light because it disturbed other people it was illuminating. 14 hours sitting upright in a cramped space was horrible.
They are very helpful and friendly. The entertainment is great with many choices. They will refill your drink and there is plenty of meal service. I’ll fly with them again when I transit Tokyo.
Boarding was quick and efficient. The food was very good and they had pictures showing you what options there were to avoid misunderstandings.

overall a very good travel experience - left on time, arrived early. Mostly a smooth flight. Polaris seats were excellent, very good service and nice food with options.
The very best airline service I have experienced. Better than domestic airlines first class and I flew Economy Plus!
When we boarded we were treated with care and it never stopped. Got towels before breakfast and after snacks was a lovely touch!

I flew from Santa Fe to Denver to catch a flight to London and the transfer of my luggage on arrival at Denver to the London flight worked perfectly. The crew on the ground and on board for the London flight were so friendly and efficient.
My husband and I had boarded the flight from Denver to Chicago, and one of the last passengers to get on the plane opened the overhead bin above my husband's seat and threw his bag out of the bin to make space for his own. He said, "Mine is bigger!" The flight attendant supported the new passenger. They didn't care that my husband has two artificial knees and must have the foot room in front of his seat to be able to fit his legs in -- and to be able to stand, much less walk, at the end of the flight. I have never seen this happen before, and it was a disaster.
The flights from Ottawa to Albuquerque went smoothly enough though on on flight they didn't have how water for coffee or tea and on another there there was no ice. The return flights from Albuquerque were delayed by mechanical problems on both flights. Ottawa was a ground crew maintenance issue.
This flight worked as promised, a rare event these days. Of course it helped that we were upgraded. The food was, however, as bad as ever.
