(which I didn't learn before flying so it was a pleasant surprise, most airlines want to charge you for the domestic leg of your flight)! They allowed us to board early and were very accommodating for our family of 7. I finally figured out the in air entertainment on our devises, which didn't seem to work on our previous flight. Snacks were minimal."

I sat at a window seat watching baggage handlers look at my bags with the fragile stickers all over both of them, then purposely flip them upside down and slam them on the conveyor to plane. Once I got to midland and opened my bags my boxes of Business supplies were damaged to the point that they have to be thrown away. If I could have insured my bags I would be suing Alaska airlines for the replacement of my damaged items, and the firing of the handlers that did the damage, including the loss of of money that I couldn't make because I couldn't do my job. 2. I informed stewardess that I was recovering from a dislocated shoulder and asked for a pillow or something that I could rest my arm on, that never happened and I had to sit for hours on the fight in discomfort and pain all the way. Thanks for making my flight a comfortable one. 3. I wasn't allowed to purchase anything on any flight with the cash in my pocket, including Wi-Fi / entertainment. Because I didn't have a credit card. This is a foul idea your company has. My cash should have been efficient enough. It is legal tender anywhere in the world but your airplanes. In my opinion I feel that your airlines suck and owes me the amount of 135.00 for the replacement of the items damaged, plus the amount of the tickets I paid for because I didn't receive the services in which should have been courteously given by your company. And apologies for that crappy treatment of me and my property. Just because I'm not one of your gold members or a credit card holder or first classed passenger shouldn't give your employees the right to treat anyone this way. I flew all the way from Alaska to midland to do a job and couldn't do it on time because of this treatment and damage. What would you do if this happened to you? The rating for the crew is a 2 because although my flight attendants were awesome, but the service given to me and to my fellow flyers by the Customer Service Agents/Reps at the front desk and the training of a newbie at the gate, when boarding at the Anchorage, Alaska, airport was terrible. They were extremely unprofessional and did not seem to care that the tones of their voices, their facial expressions, as well as their body language, showed that they lacked the manners and knowledge of compassion, respect and courtesy. Their rotten attitudes were insufficient at making the customers/guests of the airlines feel comfortable before flying. I did not appreciate being spoken to the way some of the reps did."

I am tall with big shoulders, the gentleman next to me was large. All that I ask is the attendant come back after all is settled and explain that it wasn't possible to move things around. Although, if there were seats available I should have been offered a different seat. I have flown a lot on different airlines. I've flown on a 15 hour flight overseas. This is BY FAR the most uncomfortable I have EVER been."

My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."

They even took away the seat back pouch as a smal comfort to place items to be replaced with an 8 inch high mesh that fits nothing larger than your cell phone. A 6 hour flight and 1 drink service with 1/2 glass of soda. Pay $7.99 only to find out that video does not work through Canada which was the majority of the flight"

As it was, my knees were against the seat in front. For a flight as long as this one (over 5 hours from Anchorage to Denver), it was uncomfortable to say the least. The middle of the plane was nearly empty, because United charges $75 per seat for an upgrade. For the round-trip for two of us, that would have added $300 to our bill. The fact that so few are willing to pay the upgrade fee indicates that the increment is too large."
