Cons: The in-flight entertainment in my seat did not work properly so I could not enjoy watching movies or shows. A minor but unfortunate inconvenience.

Pros: Use my built up miles for the SEA-ANC leg of our trip, as to physically price it out as one ticket usually increases the fare by 300-600 u$d depending upon time of year. As it was the tail end of an already long journey (OKA-ICN/ICN-SEA), booked the First Class Cabin. Every mile was worth it.

Cons: I was told that 30 minutes is plenty of time to make a connection at DCA. However in order to make a connection there you need to take a bus across the tarmac. The bus sat on the tarmac loading up with way too many people for 10+ min… Almost missed our connection

Pros: I got to converse with the pilots before getting on board, and they were super awesome guys. Flight attendants were attentive and checked in frequently enough.

Pros: The crew was friendly enough and the seat size / storage was typical for standard plane tickets.

Cons: The flight was extremely cold. Coming from Mexico to LA we didn't have jackets / blankets on us but it would have been very helpful for this flight. Deplaning at LAX was ridiculous. We stood on the tarmac outside the plane inside a glass tube for 20-25 minutes with no information waiting for a bus.

Pros: Seat uncomfortable. I am an elite flier and was put in an n uncomfortable middle seat with no choice.

Cons: The departure gate changed but no one told us. The departures hall where the original gate was had only one digital screen on the other side of the room with departure info. If sitting still didn't make me restless, we would've missed our flight!

Cons: Paid for particular seat within 2-3 rows of back galley as unaccompanied minor for my son. For his comfort, he chose an aisle seat. Flight attendants onboard moved him to farthest back row in window seat and he was not able to get out to use the lavatory easily.

Pros: The crew was very friendly, the plane was very clean, and we got a free upgrade to accommodate a family. Our upgraded seats were spacious and very comfortable! I also loved the food and free rum punch!

Cons: The free games on my entertainment system never worked, which was pretty disappointing. When I pushed “play game” it acted like it was thinking and then went back to the same screen as before.

Cons: Terminal 2 security at LAX is awful and inefficient Also plane had a malfunctioning switch and it took them 1.5 hrs to fix while we are on the plane. This was 1.5 hrs delay on a 58 minutes flight. :(

Pros: The friendly informative team when we learned our plane broke. I switched to Charlotte connection earlier as a Miami one made no sense as Miami is south of Atlanta final destination. We had a different outcome than expected yet staff cared for us.

Cons: Plane better maintained as before take off a hydraulic part broke and we were grounded . We arrived home hours later than planned because of this.

Cons: Due to missed connection, computer booked me on later flight, but in the wrong class (i.e., not first class as ticketed). Very helpful agent at O'Hare was able to remedy this though (didn't get her name. 6/25/19 at help desk near O'Hare gate L4, 7PM)
