First international flight where the meals were not to my taste.
Overall, my experience with EVA Air was mixed. The highlight was that the airline clearly tried to provide a premium dining experience by offering the Michelin-starred Kanpai Classic beef yakiniku rice. However, in the limited space of an economy-class cabin, this meal felt overly oily and not very practical to eat. The sauce and grease made it easy to get one’s hands or tray table dirty, and after the meal many passengers may need to go to the lavatory simply to wash their hands. While the food itself may be high quality, the presentation and practicality did not seem well suited to an in-flight environment. Another disappointing part was the paid Wi-Fi service. I paid for the internet package, but the service did not work properly. What made the experience more frustrating was that passengers then had to spend additional time requesting a refund, and the refund process itself was slow and inconvenient. For an international airline, I think a malfunctioning paid service should be handled more efficiently. As for the seat, I feel EVA Air’s economy-class seats may be more comfortable for Asian passengers or people with smaller body frames, but they may not be as comfortable for taller or larger Western passengers on long-haul flights. The overall cabin environment also varied during the flight. Some passengers were not very mindful of noise, cleanliness, or shared cabin etiquette, which affected the comfort of the journey. I believe clearer reminders from the airline regarding cabin manners and hygiene could help improve the overall passenger experience. In short, EVA Air has some strong points, especially in trying to offer a premium Taiwanese-style service, but there are also areas that need improvement: more practical in-flight meals, a more reliable paid Wi-Fi system, faster refund handling, and better cabin management during long-haul flights.

Crew was good. Sometimes food was eh. The spaghetti is gross for me. First time i got food, they didn’t provide utensils so i ate with my hands. I was hungry. They gave it to me 20 mins later when a crew member came by. I would fly with them again. Nobody is perfect
Eva air was fine - Trip.com via KAYAK sold my family access to a “VIP” lounge fo a layover in Taipei… i’m please look at my pictures. It was a scam, Trip.com knows it and they are perpetrating a fraud through your web site.
My flight was amazing smooth and the attendants were so friendly and nice
Crew are excellent. Food was good generally. Seats are small and there isn’t much leg room. Overhead bins are very small.
What could have been better, was we were delayed from takeoff for two hours. Initially we were informed that we were delayed for refueling. Then we taxied out on the tarmac, then just waited there for a long time, with no explanation of the delay. Were we just waiting on takeoff clearance or was there some other reason for the delay? The pilot, nor none of the crew informed us passengers. That was not good customer service. That needs to be improved, whenever a delay, inform the passengers for the reason.

This flight was long and I am so thankful I had a seat in the back of the plane. As I usually must get up and stretch every hour . The crew were probably the most friendly I have flown with. Thanks and I will book again with Eva air. Food was ok too.
The flight was delayed at the very last minute and no information, both of my round trip flights were delayed at least the BNA to Boston was informed earlier but the return one was horrible
While it wasn't the crew's fault, it was a frustrating flight. We sat on the runway for 2+ hours. Both of the flight attendants were excellent and did a great job checking on the passengers. The pilot did keep us informed about the wait. I appreciate the crew apologizing for LaGuardia airport's backup.
Internet didn’t work for this leg either. The seat was fine but didn’t have seatback screen, which I knew when I booked it. The biggest letdown is Deltas new policy on beverage/snack service not being served for flights less than 350 miles. I know this is a cost cutting measure, but how much does it really cost to give a drink and a snack for inflated airfare? I really am surprised that with Delta Comfort they don’t provide beverage/snack service given these seats cost extra to purchase. Really need to reconsider this, even if it’s for the Delta Comfort and above.
The flights are constantly late anymore, and they won't even give you a glass of water on the plane. For years, they were able to do a service on this flight from Atlanta to Knoxville and Knoxville Atlanta now they say it's too short of a flight. You can't even get a quick drink of water.
Should never have had to go to Detroit from Orlando back to Tennessee!
My flight was canceled on Sunday. Rebooking took three hours. Had to pay for accommodations another night. New flight was delayed for 5 hours, all that was sent was a 12 dollar food voucher, which doesn’t tell you how to use it. Then when we landed we had to sit on the plane for an hour before we could get off.
Same experience as the flight from Norfolk to Atlanta where people are boarded in zones that don't make sense. People behind you on the plane will get on before you and they take the luggage space on your row.

One hour before landing was the most scary part of my life. The plane just dropped from the air . No explanation or apologies from the captain. Women and children screaming everywhere. Would like to know what happened
My flight going to doha had economy seats that had a little more leg room. Coming back the leg room was not there. I'm 6'3" and my knees were against the chair in front of me. I couldn't slide my feet under the chair. The 15 hour flight felt like torture from the lack of sleep I was getting being so uncomfortable. Food and crew were great though.
It was excellent except for at the very end. I woke up about 1.5 hrs before touchdown and wanted to order food in the Business class. I was told they had shut down food service. It would have been good to get a heads up before they closed the service. Anna the air hostess was wonderful. She did get me 2 bowls of fruit and I was very appreciative of her. Wonderful human and a hostess.

I paid extra for seating when first booking flight to be in a comfortable economy seat They still changed it to a middle seat regardless. When I asked for it to be changed back to aisle, they could only give me one at the back of the plane in the least comfortable seats.
Same as already mentioned. This was more comforting as I got my aisle seat for my knee.
When we checked in at the Siem Reap Airport in Cambodia, we were only given three boarding passes and told that we would have to check in with American when we arrived in Boston. This was a source of stress for us. After we landed in Boston, we had a long passage from Terminal E to Terminal B (American Airline ticketing counter). Because the electronic ticketing kiosks for check-in would not recognize our Confirmation Code, we had to wait for an hour in a long line where only two AA reps were taking care of Special Services passengers. In many years of both business and recreational travel, I have never had this experience. I would expect more from AA being in partnership with other airlines to do a better job with this.
Qatar Airways is an excellent service provider. The crew members were attentive and helpful. The aircraft was very clean. This was the longest leg of our journey, so it would have been nice to have more leg room for comfort. We appreciated the crew's service of four hot meals to all of us during this long flight. Also, it was helpful that the crew asked us to keep the window shades down for the entire journey, allowing the environment to get lots of rest during the trip. For families traveling with little children, this was helpful to them to keep them settled.
The seat cushions are absolutely lacking, not sure if they know the passengers are traveling for 14 hours straight, but the padding made our back and butt ache like crazy. The entertainment console had its own problems, either the headphone jack wasn't working or the power outlet via usb or ac outlet was not working. Not to mention the seat handles were not adjustable in some planes in the middle or on the aisle. Qatar/Indigo may be operating a very old fleet of planes to make as much profit as possible, but passengers may not be following them for long, should this treatment of its customers continue. Qatar/Indigo, wake up and do it right by your customers, or they may not be your customers anymore.

Staff never asked passengers to bring their seat backs forward during landing. Was hoping to get a little relief from the passenger in front of me (I have long legs that I cannot stow in the overhead). Otherwise the flight was very pleasant.

The help at check-in area was excellent! The crew on board was great and the legroom and entertainment is excellent!
Snacks and drinks should be served together and air hostess was not supportive with no smile which was kind of disappointing.
Because you didn't have the tarmac clear and then had to unboard a plane I missed my connecting flight to CLE. Cost me a day ... a 30 dollar hotel hamburger ... then the next day THAT flight was an hour late to arrive ...
It was crazy, boarded over a hour late from scheduled departure. Then when arrived in BNA issued with getting off the plane…over 1/2 hour. Not looking forward to flying Air Canada, ever again.
Seating wasn’t too cramped; I don’t understand how luggage bins get full if there are enough for each person. Shouldn’t there be room for the designated carry-on and personal item for each passenger at their seat? THEN, IF for some reason extra room is available for someone who prefers it, then shifts can occur. I’m simply saying it seems that I should have primary access to the storage bin at my seat and underneath in front of me. It was suggested that I go to the back of the plane to store my carry-on when I paid to have access to the first seat after 1st class. The additional stress and inconvenience could be avoided and I think all passengers and flight crew are interested in guidelines that are fair, clear, and reduce tension.
I overpaid for the trip. They would not consider giving me any compensation or a credit.
Food in Air Canada can always be better. Processed packaged foods are so 80s.

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
Economy seats are so small and compacted so close together that comfort is negatively affected, especially on long flights. However that is due to aircraft design, not anything the airline can do about it.
More space, of course. a footrest! more room to walk. Movie selection was awful. Some good documentaries would help if the movies can't be better. The flight itself was great, crew was great.
The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on the flight from London to Nashville.
Food was pretty good and crew did ok. Boarding was a disaster. Seats and leg room were not conducive to a comfortable flight, especially if you are 6’3” and have the person in front of you leaning their chair all the way back for 9 hours and your are told they are allowed to do that.

Flight delayed an hour due to plane maintenance issues after getting in line to board. Issue was plane galley ovens which eliminated hot meals for overseas flight. Cold selections were limited due to availability. Drink and meal service (already an hour delayed) was very slow. Upon arrival in Nashville, had to sit at gate for about 15 minutes before disembarking with no explanation. Local police then boarded plane as we were disembarking so maybe that was the issue.
