In concept it should be a good process, but it was just a sea of people asking each other which boarding group they were in. Going back to asking those who are in a particular boarding zone to form a line and doing so each zone at a time seems like a smoother process."

Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."

Cons: "For some reason when I booked my flight, for this leg of it, I had "get seat assignment at gate". Once I got my seat assignment I thought I had a window seat: however, when I boarded the plane, I realized that I was in the very last seat of the plane in the window position, but no window. I was crammed in next to a wall and claustrophobic the whole way as I couldn't see anything, couldn't recline at all because behind me was the bathroom, and the engine roared at times in my ears to where I couldn't hear the passenger next to me when we tried to have conversation as the engine was right outside my "wall". We joked, when we could hear each other, that we must've pissed someone at Delta off the last time we flew them. I have no idea why I had to get my seat assignment at the gate for this particular flight, or why I was put in the 'flying coffin' seat, but it made for a very unpleasant experience. Why even have that seat in the plane? Everyone pays a lot of money to fly these days and deserves better than that seat when doing so. just take those two seats out and give everyone else a little more leg room = much better passenger experience for everyone...my suggestion if Delta really cares about the quality of passenger experience."

Cons: "The boarding of the plane was by far a complete failure. I understand we are held hostage by PUJ airport but westjet needs to step up their canadian staff there. Language by westjet staff basically Spanish only and rude. We waited on a bus to drive 10 feet to our plane and the driver seemed to enjoy letting us sit in a closed bus with babies and children and elderly. One day this will cause a serious medical issue and westjet will pay dearly. Again, I am aware we cant control that but having a canadian manager there to ensure common sense is used with their customers from gate to plane is a must. Until better I will never fly westjet from there again. On the plane they ran out of food. Again major organizational issues from the companies point of view. Also made me pay twice to pick my seats on my connecting flights. This is petty and cheap. I will be demanding a discount or rebate from westjet due to all the above. If not my story will continue."

I was finally able to upgrade at the delta check-in counter for a higher fee than usual (ontop of the perfered seat upgrade I already paid for). I waited 1.5hrs after takeoff before I called staff for a drink. Over 2hrs before they officially started serving main cabin drinks and snacks. There was some turbulence but they could have served people by hand without the cart. They had no problem serving first class before, during and after takeoff."

You’re in a flying cigar tube....up close with every other passenger and the open cockpit is a new experience....but totally fascinating too. The pilot and co-pilot are young but very compitant. The weather has a huge impact on your flight because if there is any wind you will get tossed around and the landing in Lethbridge is more of a roller coaster ride. Let me sum it up like this....if your not good with REALLY loud noise, or claustrophobic, or have any motion sickness issues.....rent a car and drive!!!"

This meant our TUI connection in Gatwick to Chambery would have been wasted along with bus transfers. West jet did not offer us AC flights that were available to keep us near to our schedule. We ended up cancelling the Westjet flights and buying AC flights to Heathrow at a cost of $3300 + $300 taxi to gatwick + abandoned bus to Gatwick Westjet did offer us a flight on Sunday ! In the end, we are not sure if booking thru Kayak was part of the problem as Wesjet staff said ..... Oh you booked thru a 3rd party Comments ?"

She was told to either put it in the overhead bin or stuff it underneath the seat until after takeoff which seemed absolutely ridiculous to me. I had a backpack under the seat in front of me and was told to push it even further under the seat which also seemed ridiculous. People are tired and not excited to be squished inside a flying tube like sardines, there is no need to pick at them for such tiny insignificant things. As usual, the general public has a poor understanding of common courtesy and basic manners but that's nothing new."

The previous flights cost total $678 for two people from FLL to EDI. But you allowed us to be charged $2500 for the same exact route, and we had to spend due to the emergency. The very next day the President of the USA stated it was unethical for price gouging to happen. I request at least 50% refunded back"

The availability of videos are limited in comparison to Deltas and American International media library."

Cons: "The passengers should have been notified that a deportation was taking place, and given the option for a different flight. Ethan Couch being deported on our flight to the US was uncomfortable given the high profile nature of the case, as well as being swarmed and surround by press upon our arrival. There wasn't any mention of what exactly was taking place and I thought it was weird to have agencies filming the aircraft on departure from Mexico City. I also felt that tactical flying was present during takeoff which made the experience nerve racking."
Cons: "I didn't like the women's attitude at the counter. Since I needed a seat assignment for the flight to Cleveland, I was informed to watch the screen for seat assignment. After 30 min. with only the same two names on the screen approached again Was informed I did'nt listen I motioned to the screen showing only two names neither mine and could you help and give me a seat. Flight was not packed. rows were empty. I was seated in the middle next to another passenger. Thanks."
Cons: "Continuous delays and the staff was not helpful at rebooking the flight that was missed. It was a very frustrating experience."
