Checking process could use some improvement; LAX check-in counter staff was NOT customer oriented; got the feeling that either they hate the job and had a bad day?
My seat got moved when I had pre-selected them. The power outlet between the seats didn't work so I couldn't use my CPAP. The earphones/jack would only have sound in 1 ear.
