Cons: "check in was difficult. Their app is terrible - check in was not allowed.. The website is worse - it couldn't link my locator number to my account. And the gate check in had an absurdly small number of kiosks and no one to help the confused passengers. Boarding was done on time and they kept the door open for 20 minutes after take off time with no announced reason for the delay."

They were helping the domestic flight people first with less bags to check in and the international flights were backed up with people missing their connections. No common sense at all. Incompetent service."
