I have flown.several airlines during the pandemic. Delta and the Delta Flight Attendants have by far handled tbe pandemic the best.

The check-in process couldn't have been worse. Besides they have no customer service to speak of, I wasn't able to purchase a 2nd checked bag prior to the trip, the app just wouldn't let me no matter what. I spent over an hour on hold waiting for a rep who wasn't able to help me. At the airport we politely asked the rep to help since we were unable. She flatly refused to do anything. When we asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was one of the most senior people there and if "We're still not happy she can give me a number to call where I can wait on hold for over 2 hours to be told the same thing I'm telling you now." Absolutely atrocious. First and definitely LAST time flying Allegiant.

While waiting to taxi out the second time the flight attended, Tyeesha, was very rude to an elderly gent. He was seated in an exit row and she didn't think him capable. The lady on the aisle of my row volunteered to switch and Tyeesha' s response was a sharp, "Do you want to pay the higher price too?" When the lady next to me said she would gladly pay Tyeesha announced loudly that this discussion was between the two of them and everyone else needed to mind their own business. The lady offering to switch was really embarrassed, as was the elderly gent. Someone else was made to switch with him. They looked disgruntled too. In the air all the flight attendants were sharp and very direct. There were no please or thank you's used. Trash was collected silently and mostly with pointing. The armrest to my left had five flavors of chewed gum stuck to the side of it. My lap tray had grey and yellow sticky stuff on it and I chose to hold my food rather than let the two touch. The floors were untidy. The only reason I will ever fly Allegiant again is if I have no other options. It is 60 minutes closer to my house than SLC and I will be making the drive from now on."

The chicken and orzo dinner was absolutely revolting. The orzo was so over cooked that it just turned to mush and the chicken really didn't taste like it had ever seen a chicken. All this combined with the issues we had on our flight out show that United are scum and just see you as ££. Sorry I cant be more complementary than that, its just the truth."

This should be more clear, so that I can bring my own lunch if there will be none provided."

I still had to spend the night at the airport, and missed a 10 hour day of work due to no other flight options. All I received was a verbal apology. Glad I paid for a flight to a one night stay at Denver airport and back."

Cons: "Cancelled our scheduled 1:30 pm flight from Austin to Chicago for "scheduled" maintainence. We drove 3 hours and spent almost $300 for a rental car to get to Dallas for the flight they put us on, which we couldn't make. We told the check in counter and they gave us boarding passes for an American flight that wouldn't leave until 10:00 pm but that we could try to get on stand by for an earlier flight. At this point we were already missing a concert we were trying to make in Chicago. Another $150 gone. We were lucky enough to make the 8:30 pm Dallas to Chicago with American and arrived at Ohare by 11:00 pm. All in all United wasted $300 on a rental car, $150 of concert tickets and 5 hours of paid time off I can't get back. Very disappointed. PS: they gave us food vouchers at the airport to apologize and they were already expired. They couldn't do one thing right."

Think about it... it would cost you about $45 US to get a 500ml bottle of purified water for each passenger on board a 200 person flight (if you pay retail price for the bottled water bundle at Costco); you could find it cheaper if you went direct to a water company like Niagara. Let me know and I can get you in touch with them. You might even charge the passenger one buck extra on the fare (without advising if you so chose) to afford water for the round trip."

I was trying to make a flight home after driving into town to help a friend move and tried to check in online when I was 45 minutes out from the airport. The frontier app let me pay for my carry on (which, at the time of purchase, I had no idea that I would be charged for a carry on), but then wouldn't check me in. How is that ethical? Charge me for a carry on when checking in isn't even an option?? When I finally arrived at the airport, the Frontier staff was rude and unwilling to do anything to help me. No refunds, no options, nothing. I was told that I would need to pay a $99 re-booking fee and then pay for whatever additional costs would be to buy another flight. Had they helped me get my boarding pass, I would have made it to the gate and onto my flight. What a scam. It is complete bullshit to not be willing to work with your customers at all, especially if you want to retain business. Good luck with that, because you will not have my business or that of any of my friends and family after my experience yesterday."
