Cons: "Our flight was cancelled on Sunday and they couldn’t get us out until the following Saturday. So we had to cancel our reservation and get refunded... except American says talk to royal jordanian, royal jordanian says talk to air booking. Air booking isn’t reimbursing us and want US to pay $400."

I’m not asking for hot bread like other airlines do, but at least serve it at room temperature instead of super frozen. Same for the butter. It was very difficult to hear what the pilot said when he spoke to say hello and whatever else he said. Entertainment? There wasn't any on this flight"

Cons: "We couldn't hear any of the group calling. There were so many different reward members that by the time group B was called I had to check in my baggage. I was not able to pick another seat during ticketing. When I fly for business I generally have a carry on so I can quickly catch my ride however dour to check in of my baggage I had to wait another 30 min before I received my baggage. Air hostess were not very friendly or helpful."

Cons: "Apparently my seat change did not go through because I was still stuck in the last row near the bathrooms. I must say, the fecal aroma really complemented the on set nausea that was triggered by the turbulence. Every time I thought I was gona drift off to sleep I was rudely awakened by the constant "thwacking" of the bathroom doors. The family next to me was nice enough but they did have a toddler who was very loud and unhappy and the tantrums followed. I have been a server for 14 years and generally can brush annoyances off like this but this was by far the worst flight I have been on."

Cons: "On a round-trip, both airplanes on outbound and return flights had mechanical failures, resulting in over 3hr delays both times. This was for a short Austin-Dallas round trip, where I could have driven in less time than what I spent delayed at the airports. I can only conclude that AA is skimping on maintenance."

Cons: "My July 11 fiight UA1259 was delayed and I could not connect to Milan. I had to stay in Newark for 1 night. But UA assigned me a hotel about 1 hour driving from Newark Airport. I had to rent by my own money $160 a day. UA should arraign a hotel either close to the airport or pay the rental car for me."

Cons: "Gate changed since earlier flight scheduled to depart at 1:30 for San Francisco was still waiting on their plane while we were ready to board at 7:20. Told to go to a different gate. That gate was for Denver but an earlier flight, too. Finally the third gate change was for the correct flight number. Lack of good communication left us and many others scrambling to find where to go."

Once getting through security we checked in again and we were given seats but not next to each other. The overall experience was horrible and since I didn't everything I was supposed to I felt like I got screwed. Overall not happy at all."

Cons: "The people at the check in in Boise were unpleasant. Seemed angry and frustrated with everyone. Our flight from San Francisco to Boise was cancelled and the person on the phone was not helpful at all. The two flight attendants argued at least three times dragging passengers in on their fight. My husband and I were sitting in the back. It was very uncomfortable. Thank goodness I had my headphones. Then the flight attendant followed one of the passengers to the women's restroom at the SF airport to argue her point after overhearing she was going to email the airline!"

Another airline would have bumped people off their flights so I could get hiome. I was not pleased that my missed flight couoldn't be accommodated reasonably. Apparently my ticket was wroth nothing..."

Cons: "There is no one to help guide you if you have questions. Basically if you need help, get in an unorganized line. Check-in is a free for all. Signs are not clear or prominent. TSA Pre-Check was closed at one part even though I was told it was open."

Cons: "Very rocky flight, female flight attendant was mocking male attendant, reading from the manual so I was hearing all the possible worst things that could happen and sanitary conditions of the bathrooms, very unpleasant. We also ran out of water so instead everyone had to wash their hands with the bottled water and sanitary wipes"

Cons: "Check-in staff was so unfriendly and unprofessional, I have decided to never fly United again. It also took almost 25 minutes on-hold to try and get a customer service rep on the phone and by that time I was going to be late for my flight and United would not refund my money even though it was their issue that was causing my delay. There are too many other airlines to have to deal with the rude people at the check-in area and the lack of customer support."
