The Wet jet staff were very accommodating and lovely. The on board staff and on ground staff did their best to be very accommodating during very problematic weather issues related to Toronto.
We were given wheels up time twice due to delays in Toronto for freezing rain. I ended up changing my flight to a direct from Calgary to London. The amount of time spent in the airport was definitely a negative.
this flight was cancelled after we boarded and no other flights were available until two days later - completely unacceptable for a 1-hour flight for which most people travel for a weekend, particularly when other airlines sent flights safely in the same conditions (Air Canada later that night, Porter early the next morning)
Only gave me 20 hours notice, and put me on hold for an hour when I tried to call
Good crew! Do you call food to a cookie and a coffee? Zero entertainment unless you are carrying your own. At my age is almost next to impossible to be carrying those devices, too heavy!
Walking to the end to find the gate # marked on the ticket, just to find out when I got there that it was the wrong gate, it had been changed. Its hard to hear the announcements in that airport , its a very noisy one. First time in more than 8 years had to pay for 1 suitcase I had
I love WestJet’s in-flight entertainment and the crew was very helpful. There was a maintenance issue that kept us on the tarmac for 2 hours and the crew kept us up to date the whole time.
I ordered a pizza. It was awful. Also, my seat was completely flat - no cushion or support - and I was so uncomfortable.
I lost money, I came back a day later wish it wasn’t plan and is NOT ok .
We were unfortunately stuck on the tarmac for 45 minutes. I ran to my connecting gate but they had already closed it. There wasn’t a service rep at the gate. I walked to another gate and there was a very helpful rep who rebooked me to a nearby city. It overall was disappointing and caused me to get home about 3 1/2 hours later.
NOTHING !! I lost my flight because in the email I received you all put the wrong airline on it and nobody took responsability for it . I ended up paying $311.00 to get the next flight back to Austin .
In the email it was stated that my first flight was with British Airways, so i wasted time making the wrong line . Only to get to the counter and waste more tome trying to find me in the system to then tell me my flight is with American Airline . I double check my email where it clearly shows: 1st flight-British Airway and 2nd flight-American Airline . This is not acceptable, nobody wants to take responsability for sending me the wrong information in the email. Had I know both of my flights were with American Airline I wouldn’t lost my plane because I would make the right line to begin with .
The flight was so short we did not even get a snack, only an offer of a bottle of water; this was simply due to to short length of the flight. Basic economy had my wife and I 16 rows apart each in a middle seat. I was in the very last seat on the plane. Flight attendants were attentive and surprisingly very nice, legroom is non-existent (same as every flight in plain coach).
High cost to prebook seats was twice what Spirit or Frontier would charge
Flight was not full.
Luggage was very late and arrived at the wrong carousel.
We got to our destination
Everything else. Check-in was horrendously slow, customer service nonexistent, they checked in our carry on so they could charge for overweight, and I was forced to board while I was waiting for food only to wait a whole another hour before we actually took off. Flight was delayed 1.5hrs
I was flying to MEX from LAX and i had to get through customs which took a long time, but got to the Aeromexico ticket counter to get my boarding pass and they told me that they start boarding 45min before departure time and I got tot he counter at with 35 min to departure and they told me that I missed my flight and had to buy another flight which was two hours later. I don't understand why they couldn't let me through or hold for me. It ruin my ground transportation reservation which I had to reschedule. The whole thing was frustrating and cost me more money that what i thought i was saving.

Gross food, ended up in the safety exit seat so couldn’t have anything with me.. not even my pillow and the seats can’t recline. Most uncomfortable flight ever ...
