Apart from the man snoring very loudly across the aisle from us for about 3.5 of the 5 hour flight it was a great flight. I couldn't get the internet to work and stay working. Texting was intermittent for me.
The plane boarded late and arrived late which wasn't really ideal.
The pretzels have no taste. How about a choice of snacks? The flight itself was fine.
This was my first time using Alaska. The best thing about Alaska is the people. Everyone that I had any contact with couldn’t have been better. So far on this trip no complaints. I will use Alaska again
Full, attentive service from the fist class cabin flight attendant was superb. Really exceeded expectations.
The stewards were too loud and chatty with each other

We sat on the tarmac for 25 minutes after landing and it caused me to miss a connecting flight. It turned a 7 hour travel day into a 14 hour travel day. That really sucked.
Alaska is usually amazing. This time was the exception. Something in the plane broke and had to be fixed. It happens, I get it. So instead of arriving home at 1030pm...I arrived at 3am. Needless to say it was a looooong night. Especially when I got to the airport at 430p for a 645 flight.
The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!
Flight delayed for two and half hours and then canceled altogether due to mechanical issues. No mechanic onsite to fix so had to send one from LAX.
Check in process was terrible. Lady at counter didn’t know what she was doing

The crew was amazing; Von, Vera and Guadalupe were very friendly and attentive throughout the entire flight. They were friendly and welcoming to everyone. A solid and dedicated team for sure!
The checkpoint hornets are always looking fhrough Americans' luggage keeping what they deem impassible! Grrrrr!
There was a security issue at the airport and we were unable to land. We circled endlessly and then landed at another airfield for fuel. We then circled the airport again, almost landed but didn’t fully touch down before circling again. I am thankful to the crew for keeping us safe- the issue was the airline and staff at the airport getting us seats on our connecting flights. That part was hours of searching for someone and getting in double my steps.
Boarding was organised and relaxed. Crew were fantastic! Seats were lacking padding causing butt pain and stiffness.
Food from the flight from Atlanta to Santiago was very poor..
The worst part was I was NOT allowed in the lounge even though I was holding a first class ticket and have a premium American Express card. I have flown Business or First Class with many airlines. Delta is the ONLY one who does not extend this courtesy to anyone except people who hold the very expensive American Express card. As a result, I won’t fly Delta if I have any other choice.
I love the free WiFi!! Crew was nice. Bathroom was decent. First time flying delta in a long time and I enjoyed it. Will definitely look into booking with Delta more but I think Delta is a little more expensive than the other airlines.
