It was frustrating, irritating, uncaring crew checking in, and a bit rude. Then on of my checked luggage was lost enroute - which made getting off the flights even later which made me miss a meeting that I was scheduled to be at. All because you didn't have the crew needed to check in."

I think for the price of the ticket and lower gasoline costs compared to the height of the recession this is simply outrageous. Next time I'll pay for economy plus. You get a seat that is wider than economy but a little bit less legroom than a business one and the second baggage is included. The meal was nothing special but the friendliness of the flight attendants made up for it."

My wife and I did not get seated together and I tried calling Finn Air well before the flight- no joy. I had to wait until we got to the first gate to have the agent assign our seats for the Finn Air connection - , and she had to call tech support to unlock the record locator. I could not add FF# or nothing. I felt like a abused stepchild. It was an AA crew, an AA A/C, an AA gate, but operated by FINN Air? We were the last group to board and they said “all remaining passengers must gate check their bags”. We got on board and there was plenty of bin space. I think they were so late- twice the flight delayed gate departure bc of maint issues- they just wanted the passengers to get seated quickly so their numbers would look good.. The lady sitting next to me had a back pack and a small handbag in the overhead. Most of the bin space was backpacks. If a passenger cant comply, why aren’t they not the last boarding group instead of faking an ailment to get to board first? those malingerers are always the first to jump up and two-step to the door when disembarking. Airline flight attendants need to take notice. These selfish ppl make flying difficult for Everyone else and cause customer dissatisfaction. I bought these tickets at peak fair and don’t feel like it was a good value at all. Oh and Full Flight from Origin and full flight connecting to destination.

Cons: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

Cons: "The crew turned the lights out when we took off, then when everyone was asleep they turned them on and served dinner, at like 10-1030 pm... Way too late to be eating. Then they turned the lights off, then on again for drinks, then off then on again for a breakfast snack, then off then on again for more drinks. Just pick one, on or off please."
Cons: "The British airline flight was operated by american airline and someone who handled her bag stole everything. We purchased prior to the flight. 2 pairs of sneakers a gift spoon for our grandson and other items not mentioned. Then they put her bag on another flight which made her wait for 1.5 hours in Madrid for her bag. Your handlers ruined our trip.How can you allow thieves to do this especially with TSA supposedly there monitoring it? I want a claim form sent to me ASAP so I can recover my goods. A notice was not placed inside, stating it was checked."

Cons: "I didn't like the cramped spaces, especially when the person in front of me would put their seat back. It was hard to get in and out if you needed to use the restrooms and to eat with your food on the tray table ."

It seems that british airlines had a delay on purpose just to have a full flight, i wanted to change seats im a skinny guy and i was seated between TWO BIG people my elbows had to be tucked in all the time"

Cons: "My flight from BWI-JFK was cancelled due to weather related issues and was rebooked to BWI-MIA-MAD, 5 hours late from my original departure and without providing any meal voucher despite asking from the agent. BWI-MIA flight was delayed due to air traffic clearance from the thunderstorm and almost missed my connection MIA-MAD by few minutes. Upon arrival in MAD, my baggage didn't make the connection and had to wait for 3 days before my baggage arrived"

Cons: "Crew started out way too smarmy. First half hour of flight was nearly continuous, repetitive stream of innocuous announcements. After that, the general mood from the crew was snotty. One male attendant in particular was grouchy and touchy, physically grabbing tables and seats and repositioning the passengers for landing. Another wider attendant seemed to make it a personal vendetta to barrel into anyone who dared extend a shoulder into "her" aisle. During last two hours of flight, the cabin temperature soared into the high 80s (I blame the grouchy attendant), which was made worse because that model of plane didn't have personal air vents."
Good service and in time.
They rebooked my connecting flight even though I made it to the gate on time. Then my rebooked flight was delayed 6+ hours. They gave me terrible seats even though I paid premium for my original seats. I missed the first day of my vacation and I arrived exhausted.

Cons: "They didn’t put enough fuel in the tank and the pilot only noticed when we were next in line to take-off so that led to a 30 minute delay. Some terrible seat designer put the call button and light control on the armrest exactly where your elbow rests so every few seconds you would here a call bell."

So our flight didn't happen and we had to drive to Washington DC to find a flight from there. So we will never buy any tickets from Kayak or Webjet.com! Extremely poor service"

Cons: "We were sitting in the exit row 27 and it was extremely cold to the point where my 79 year old dad had to put on a sweater and a jacket for it to be barely tolerable. "we froze". After numerous requests to raise the temperature we gave up."

Cons: "Plane employees did not explain what the declaration card was meant to serve. I left mine on the plane by mistake, partly due to complete ignorance of its purpose. Please either put the purpose on the card or have your flight staff explain what passengers will need the card for, once they get to the next inspection point. Don 't take this for granted!! The long walk from the point of deplaning to the center of Pearson Airport was unexpected."
Pros: "Honestly, can't expect to be ridiculously comfortable being a 6'2 female on an airplane. The staff was friendly, running about doing their jobs. The plane was clean, temperature was a bit chilly but hey, it's all good. Overall, it got me from point a to point b. And that's really all you can ask for. Thanks everyone!"

Cons: "My traveling partner - Giovanni Medina - was given ill properly prepared food. He ended up getting food poisoning. We had a connecting flight in Montreal to Orlando (our final destination and home), he was suffering during the 2 hour lay over with an ill stomach and then had to suffer 3 more hours on a flight home. He was stopped from being able to go to the bathroom before takeoff because they needed him seated, but he immediately started vomiting right before we took off. He then spent the rest of the ride sick, they allowed him to move to the back in order to use the bathroom rather than the vomit bags, but he was not comfortable at all. He spent the rest of the night after landing in the bathroom continuing to vomit. We chose this airline because of the rave reviews of the food, entertainment, and hospitality of the crew. The latter two were certainly true. We definitely wanted to make sure that you knew of situation because this was a seriously uncomfortable situation for him and we would not want this to happen to anyone else. He had the chicken meal and the meat pastry on the flight."
Cons: "We missed our flight to Minnepolis we got a later flight home. We were tired and disappointed about getting home late. When we got to the gate our plane was still there but they said it was too late to get on but they delayed the plane 10 minutes to take our luggage off. We got a later flight. Not happy."
Cons: "That was a first time i saw a paid entertainment system. That was a long-haul (9 hrs) flight. Either you pay and have an iPad with movies, music etc. or nothing. Very interesting."

We will definitely think twice before booking with Air Canada."

We boarded and then sat on the plane for 30 minutes while waiting for crew to bring luggage. The entire Toronto experience of customs was unpleasant and chaotic. We will try to avoid flying through Toronto again on an international flight."

Cons: "We were delayed because the plane was late from Toronto, and were told this when we all began to check in up front. When the staff finally did come to the desk at the gate, they still maintained (and rather rudely to some of the other passengers) that the plane would be there by 7-- turns out the plane got there about 7:30, rebooking flights that were going to be missed was like pulling teeth for some of the passengers, and we took off about 8 (1 hr 40 mins late)."
Cons: "Air cananda made me go crazy... They didn't prepared anything after I missed my flight. Because of immigration. They just said to me that was not their fault. But you know, I arrived at air port 5am. My flight time was 8am. I asked aircanada clerks to get into gate quckily. But they had me wait for a long time, and they said everybody was waiting, so that's not problem. But when I got into gate at 8:45, My plane already had gone. And I went to Air canada service center, I had argued for 5hours... because they just prepared my flight from Toronto to San Francisco. They didn't care about Connected air plane was Asiana. So I Had to call three company.. Asiana, Kayak, air canada... that was horrible time. Air canada didn't want to have responsibility about missing air plane. That's why I had to contact with Asiana...the first time Asiana didn't want to prepare air plane for free... I had to try to explain my situation and problem three times.... Finally I got a ticket for free from Asiana. I could departure at 9pm from Toronto. I stayed in Pearson air port for 15hours... because of Air canada's GOOD!! customer service v^^v..... I will never use Air canada !!"

Cons: "Flight to TOR was delayed due to multiple maintenance issues on >1 aircraft in TOR, so it didn't leave for BWI until past the original departure time. Needless to say, we missed our connection to Paris. Agents were great in re-ticketing us thru LHR to CDG, gave us info on who to talk to to get bags realigned, went to that agent who said system would automatically update the bags. Upon arrival in Paris, bags were not there, will arrive on the flight today from TOR. Since we're going to Normandy we are driving out to CDG, to pick up bags versus waiting at the apartment for a delivery."
