Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "staff on board was curteous."
Cons: "The flight (UA4807) kept delaying from 3:22 to 5:15. I eventually made it to Chicago and then I spent an hour waiting for my oversized luggage because the ground staff sent me to the wrong carosel. Why did I get charged $25 and another $100 for my golf clubs?"

Pros: "There is nothing to like due to the fact that the flight was cancelled."
Cons: "I had to pay out of pocket to get a rental car then drive 4 hours to get to Redding to be at work on time. I am at work now and quite exhausted. I also was told it was cancelled due to weather when both San Francisco and Redding had clear skys. I waited over an hour and a half to get my bag, which I don't understand because the flight was cancelled and therefore communication should have been clear to bring those bag to baggage claim. The representatives that helped me were friendly, but I felt it was a business as usual situation with no concern about my inconvenience. Also I was not given any information about a refund and when I asked, I was referred to a website to figure it out on my own. Unforeseen incident, but zero attempt at service recovery."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The fact that I was given absolutely no notice of my flight being cancelled. I understand that there was inclimate weather, however, it is the duty of an airline to notify travelers of their flights status. When approaching the front desk about the flight, a desk person had the nerve to ask me if I realized that it snowed. He is quite lucky that I didn't file a complaint. I have no words to describe my disgust for his poorly timed sarcasm, especially because this flight was en route to a family emergency."
Pros: "The crew was excellent and the flight attendant was very humorous. We arrived 30 minutes early to our desination."
Cons: "It was a very tiny plane and also by far the loudest plane I've been on."
