Boarding was also fast, though slightly confusing."
Cons: "I didn’t like that after I booked my ticket Alaska moved the time to much earlier in the day and I had to take off work. There’s no built in screen; tablets are available to rent, but for the price tickets are I shouldn’t have to rent something or use up my battery. Plus having to either hold my phone/tablet the whole flight or use what little space I have on my tray to prop it up isn’t enjoyable. Also the snacks were lacking, one bag of cheese crackers was my only option for a flight over 5 hours."

I got off at 9:25am and had to run out of the airport and down to another terminal, go through security again and run to gate 51 from gate 10. It is near impossible for someone who can’t sprint. I was the last one to board. Lost my window seat and luggage didn’t make it. In Honolulu I found out luggage hasn’t made it for at least three other couples flying out of BWI with these connections. This combo should not be offered when people select flights."

Economy seat cushions are thin and wear you out on a transcontinental flight. I was exhausted from a long weekend and not feeling well but managed to sleep almost the entire four hours without being bothered. The flight attendants left me a snack in my seat pocket which was very much appreciated. Almost wish I hadn't slept so much of the flight so I could've witnessed other amenities and service of flight attendants."

Cons: "I had paid for a nonstop flight at a certain time to get home for an important meeting, but because I booked through a third party they said I was going to be bumped to another flight that would get me home over 12 hours later WITH a layover. That's frankly not what I paid for. That makes me not want to ever book with a third party again. I don't appreciate not getting what I pay for. Eventually someone took a voucher and I was able to get on the flight, but I'm still upset because, as the customer, I did nothing wrong. Just book the proper amount of seat for the proper amount of people. So frustrating."

United crew hid in the galley the whole trip wit lititle to no interaction with passengers. My flight today on Delta was great; food really excellent (Chicken Tika) and the crew was great as usual. Then we ran to the gate inky to find the gate was closed less than 2 minutes before we arrived. At least 20 others also missed the plane because of the lack of crew and long lines checking bags. It was frustrating, irritating, uncaring crew checking in, and a bit rude. Then on of my checked luggage was lost enroute - which made getting off the flights even later which made me miss a meeting that I was scheduled to be at. All because you didn't have the crew needed to check in."

"I left my phone in seat 6C or B where I sat with my husband. The lady with the oxygen tank needed help coming back from the bathroom as we were ready to land. We stopped the movie we were watching on my phone to help her and I guess I forgot it. Please, please return my phone. Samsung note galaxy 20 ultra. It is on airplane mode. Thanks so much"

Cons: "There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport."

The airport looks like it is being renovated, which is fine, but there is no tape/cones to mark off the renovated areas from the walkways. You literally walk through dirt and construction sites. I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

Pros: "Crew and actual flight were great but something was broken on the rear air conditioning unit. It was a full flight and 86F in Dallas and 77F in Columbia. I was seated in rear of the plane very very hot with all the people on the plane. I felt it was difficult to breath once we were on the ground in como. We were at the gate and everyone stood up to get off but the doors remained closed for awhile. It seemed to get even hotter."

Cons: "Plane was delayed due to a mechanical in Charlotte (Old USAir Airbus) then ground stop due to weather after it finally got to Baltimore. Loaded us up and then deplaned us. They brought out water and sodas while we waited. Then reboarded and got into Charlotte about three hours late. Lots of very unhappy people. They passed out 800 numbers to rebook. A lot of people missed connections."

Cons: "The maintenance crew delayed the flight by over an hour because they were not able to get a technician to the plane until an hour after the scheduled takeoff time."

Cons: "Heading from BWI to Newark to Boston on 9/29 on United. There were delays at Newark airport which lasted about an hour, and meant that we would be super tight getting in for our connecting flight. We had been told ahead of the departure of the delayed flight that there would be someone on the ground at Newark monitoring the delayed connecting flights, in case a flight needed to be held. Well, we actually landed about 15 minutes before our connecting flight was due to take off. However, we quickly found out that not only were the gates closed early, but the flight tracker was showing the flight had actually left early. There was clearly no communication between on the ground crews, and everyone working at the airport once we landed seemed confused about the situation. By the time we got within eyeshot of our gate, the gate agents were telling us that the Boston flight was already closed. This meant that no one was even monitoring the situation for us, and that they made no effort to hold the plane for the five of us who were supposed to be on that flight. Additionally, that was the last flight to Boston from Newark, so they literally didn't give one iota of care for our situation. I had a 10am wedding to attend that next day, and even after telling the agent this information she still asked me whether I wanted to get on a 10:38am flight to Boston, which made exactly zero sense. After all of this, she ended up getting me on a flight into manchester (that flight had been delayed for 3 hours by this time, and was delayed again after I was booked on it) which landed at 1:24am, a full two hours and some change after I would have landed in Boston, and a full hour away from Boston. Luckily, my boyfriend had his car and was able to pick me up. I finally got to Boston around 2:45am. My suggestion to the airport crews is to actually communicate when you have issues like this. It wasn't our fault, but we were greatly inconvenienced and they did not make an effort to prevent the situation at all. Adding to this, our pilot for that first flight told us that the reason for the first delay was that Newark was congested with too many flights into and out of the airport. THAT is entirely their fault for not being able to properly gauge their own capacity and should not have ended up inconveniencing passengers! I end all this with an additional inconvenience- when I arrived for my flight on Sunday at 4:40am for a 5:55am flight back to DC, I was told that my return flight had been CANCELED. Somehow, in rebooking me on the flight to Manchester. So I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with United to get that fixed at 5 in the morning and nearly missed my return flight due to crew incompetence as well."

Pros: "Not a good wifi connection. Could not access wifi using my united mileage plus account. System wouldn't accept or recognize my account number and I was locked out of my own account. Also wanted to access both my laptop and cellphone email acct but was locked out. Very irritating. Unable to get the work done that I had scheduled."

Pros: "Friendly crew. I could understand the pilot. He had to tell us we were skirting weather and would be delayed in landing. But he was clear and professional, which made it easier to take."
Cons: "No one can like the seats these days on almost any aircraft. Not enough leg room and the seats curve your upper body into some unnatural position."

Cons: "Beth legs of the flight were delayed. The first delay causing me to miss my connecting flight and he second causing me to miss an import an important dinner in Boston."

Pros: "Departure and arrival were on schedule."
Cons: "We booked a flight on ANA Airlines specifically for our trip to Japan. However, upon arriving at the airport to board our plane we discovered the flight was operated by another carrier. Out intent and desire was to fly on ANA."

Cons: "When sitting straight up in the seat, my knees hit the seat in front of me. United seems to be making the space between each seat terribly close."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled 3 times and I arrived at my destination at approximately 10:30 p.m. instead of 11:15 a.m."

Cons: "Major maintenance delays made the 0600 flight take off late and missed our connection so had to go to a later flight, then that flight also got maintenance delays so our 8 hour trip took closer to 15 hours..."

Pros: "Small planes make it easier to embark and disembark. It was on schedule on both legs, but changing terminals (on a bus) for the connecting flight was a drag."
Cons: "These are very small planes with little seating room. Thankfully, the flight was very short. C"
