Pros: "The seats were comfortable and it was easy to catch a quick nap."
Cons: "I wasn't offered any type of sanitation wipes like I was on my way departure. The airport in Mississippi disnt offer any type of sanitation such as hand sanitizer or a reputable substitute. Sure their were bathrooms, but that's very inconvenient to have to use every time you touch something."

Cons: "I had selected my seats ahead of time and they weren’t kept. Day of I tried to buy a seat and it told me there were tech issues and I had to go to a front desk to check in/purchase. Well all that got me was the very last row, middle seat. No recline and seriously no leg room or breathing room once the person in the row ahead leans back. Crew was not helpful. Not to mention, the security line was outrageously long and I got to my flight just before it left only to find out my seating arrangement and be presented with more disappointment. Took over an hour where I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes in this airport (I fly often). Didn’t have time to go to BR or grab a snack Then my second flight was (again another middle seat) way too warm. The attendants said “there’s nothing we can do”. I was so nauseous and uncomfortable the whole time."

Cons: "5 hour delay. That about says it all. All due to late flight crew from weather elsewhere, having them being taken offline because of long hours, trying to find new people, having a jetway break. Having to sit on a plane in the terminal for more than an hour with no air and stifling heat, taken off the plane and back on. All for a non-stop flight from Boston to LA. Definitely not fun."

Pros: "The flight itself was uneventful, which is what you want from a flight. Once the connection was made the next day, the flight segment went perfectly."
Cons: "Flight was over 2 hours late leaving Lima, so many people missed connections in Miami, NOBODY from LATAM was at the gate to assist with how to make new connections or how to get local accommodations for the night. This was a customer service fail. American is no better. They rescheduled the flight at no cost, but then sent you back to LATAM for help with the overnight. If we buy tickets from your website and you own the process, you should be more helpful when there are problems. The back-and-forth was frustrating. Lima airport takes a long time to go through all the checkpoints. Two hours does not give enough time. There are at least four long lines that have to be endured. This process could use some streamlining."

Cons: "Food - Served the "breakfast" (when it was called a protein plate) I had coming (into MSP). for "lunch" on the way back (called it a meat plate for lunch. One slice turkey, one slice jamon, one egg, cinnamon roll and fruit. Just because they don't want to serve bread - they call it a protein plate? I'm not on a protein diet. Food was pretty sick for the amount I paid for the fight. Stewardess said it was against Republic's rules to give a customer a can of tonic water (so I could add to the small amount of vodka) - she also told me that it was against Delta's, American's and United's rules to give a can - strange? First Class seat did not recline. First Class was freezing per every flight on this segment (the stewardesses sit in the back and don't want to be uncomfortable - if they make the front warm - the back is too hot for them (not joking on this one). So many things to list - that I will finish on the AA site."

Pros: "Entertainment was good. Food was pretty decent considering it was gluten free. Wish there were more snacks on command kind of thing. I got really hungry. The guy working at the madrid ticketing counter that helped me check in my bags. Super cool dude. Very easy to talk to. Spoke perfect English and spanish because he was raised in usa but his mom is from spain. He was very detailed in I was going to have to navigate both madrid and dallas airports."
Cons: "The VERY first American Airline lady I met at Madrid airport who was like the first greeter. I was looking at all the different posted signs to see where to go and she says “hola” and i say “hola” back. She asked me which class i was in i said whichever the normal one is. All while im inching my way towards where i seem to already to know where to go. The lady kind of snaps at me and says “stop excuse me im talking to you.” I wasnt really walking away from this lady, i was inching towards what seemed to be i needed to go(and in fact was where i needed to go). I am fully capable of listening and moving at the same time. I dont need to be scolded like 5 year old child because she thinks I wasn’t listening to her. I was listening and progressing towards the place i need to be at the same time and also using two different languages in my head in order to talk to her. So that is just what i would call mulitasking for a person and not grounds for someone to use a parenting tactic on another adult at 730am."

Cons: "The food was horrendous. I am pretty sure the folks at AA responsible for selecting, preparing, and delivering to the passengers do not eat this food. I am a million mile flyer with AA, I had the same status on NW, and high mileage on Lufthansa, and other international carriers. At the height of my career I was a 100% road warrior flying internationally weekly The food on this flight was the worst I have ever been presented with."

Pros: "New plane, all kinds of entertainment choices including new movies, great flight crew, smooth flight."
Cons: "American check in software was down when we got to the airport. Created a very large line. Did not delay boarding, even though passengers still had to go through customs before reaching the departure gates. Had a bit of jog to make sure I was able to get on the plane."

Cons: "the remodel at LAX is a mess but the shuttles are nice, just be prepared if you have to shuttle to another terminal. Also check food, I went from gate 50A and had to shuttle to 52A and that area only has one area to get something to eat and its just sandwich, and not a lot of choices."

Pros: "Only about 20 people on board did not have follow up connection flights. My flight going to Rome was also delayed by a half an hour. TBH I don't recall being on a AA flight that ever left on schedule."

Pros: "The flight crew was professional, friendly and competent. They served the dinner as early in the flight as possible."
Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."

Cons: "I barely made it for my flight in Chicago and that was with running. They were already boarding the other plane when my plane from Hattiesburg landed. Earlier in the day I had to get them to change my flight from Chicago in Hattiesburg because it wasn't changed for me when the delay had my original flight leaving before I was to land in Chicago. I don't fault them for someone getting sick at the last minute or my inconvenience, but it was still inconvenient."

Cons: "Never made it to San Juan to catch my cruise. To top things off I was a ship for two days without my luggage and underwears. Never again!!! Thank you JetBlue!!!"

Pros: "Boarding was I rushed and efficient, roominess of seats, pillow and blanket waiting for us on our seats, good dinner and breakfast, frequent passes by flight attendants to see if folks needed water - great movie selection, USB chargers at every seat- just great!"

Cons: "They displayed for three hours something on TV, but the entire plane had no sound. When asked the crew will tell you to listen on channel 13 or 14. I told them there was no sound. I was sitting in First Class and went to check with a friend that was way back in Economy, same thing. So i told the that to the crewmember who just told me, sorry nothing I can do about. Which I can understand. What I don't understand is why they continued displaying a mute TV set for three hours. Why not just shut it off? BTW, my daughter flew from LA to Boston that same day and exactly the same thing happened on her plane."

Cons: "EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS FLIGHT WAS MISERABLE, but particularly the fact that we are packed in like sardines in a can. I'm 5'3 (on a good day) and weigh less than 115 pounds and those planes are UNBEARABLE. If I had been sitting next to one of the 100 obese people waiting for that flight I would have had a mental breakdown. No joke. I realize you are trying to be profitable but making your customers miserable is not the way."

Cons: "I had my reservation cancelled despiste numerous phone calls. The flight was operated by AA, and they told me I wasn't on the flight, but after many phone calls LATAN assured me I was booked on the flight. When I got to the airport, I was not allowed to board my direct flight from GRU to LAX, instead I was sent to Miami then Charlestown , I took me an extra 12 hours to get home. I lost a day of work. Who's going to reimburse me for that ???"

Cons: "after boarding, we sat on at the gate for nearly 30 minutes without any explanation given. When announcements were made the person's language skills were greatly lacking - we could not understand anything that was said. there is no food, drink, or entertainment... unless you consider the man behind me playing with is cat .... and yes I'm very allergic :( landing crew didn't know where our luggage was to be returned (bottom of the gate or top of the gate). After a considerable time, we were told all luggage was delivered to the baggage concourse."

Pros: "Had exit row seats so there was plenty of leg room. We were in group 1 boarding, so we were boarded early so we had no problems."
Cons: "We were transferring to another airline with a 3 hr layover and United didn't get our bags there on time so our luggage showed up at our final destination 24 hrs late. Entertainment didn't work well - there seemed to be problems connecting via wifi and movies continuously stopped so I didn't use it."

Cons: "Flight arrived early but we had to wait over an hour to disembark and bathrooms were locked down."

Pros: "Flight was very comfortable - we upgraded to better seating and it was well worth the additional cost to have more leg room for an overseas flight. Our departure was delayed roughly 1 hour for unavoidable reasons, but we made up most of the time in the air, so we did not miss our connection."

It would have been good for the ticketing agent to tell me I should contact United and give the United Confirmation number. Also the crew were somewhat tired and even seemed a bit irritable. They wanted as few questions as possible."

So we arrive close to 6 hours late and no luggage so we have to wait in line to fill out paperwork to have our luggage located/delivered along with everybody else who had checked baggage. That can not be a cost effective way to run your business"

Cons: "It's a short flight so there is not much to enjoy other than the safe flight... which is a lot!"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2+ hours because of the crew. Wouldn't it make sense that if the flight was scheduled to depart at a certain time, 5 minutes before that, still no crew, let the passengers know then? No. Not if you're United. They told us to wait 20 minutes, then after 30 minutes told us about the delay and the New departure time. But when that time arrived, still no Captain. Finally, after another 15 minutes, we're on the way. Except not quite. Now, they can't get the weight and logistics of the flight worked out. C'mon United, get it together!!"

Pros: "Seat assignment"
Cons: "I'm not a pilot but I've flown enough to know what turbulence is. I was one of the first to board and asked the flight attendant if there was food for purchase or any type of snack as my blood sugar was so low. I was also in pain and needed to take my medication. It was a 40+ minute flight however when one is handicapped you are at the mercy of the person taking you to the gate it's not like you can stop and look for a place to eat. It wasn't until we were almost at the destination we received a plastic cup and offered a sip of water. I sat right in front of the flight attendant and she could see my discomfort yet didn't offer a bag of peanuts or a drink"

Pros: "This overhead bag thing is just nuts. We were told there was no more room for bags after visibly panicked attendant came running up the jetway. Five poor people got their bags checks, then the plan was abandoned. In row 31, there were still empty bins. Do yourselves a big favor, UAL, and make it easier, not harder to fly. I have flown United for 30+ years but when you start charging for overhead bins, I am gone. This is insane. Win your customers' loyalty if you want your profits to rise."

Pros: "After reading ratings of the US Airlines, I wasn't expecting much of United. The only drawback to a 5 star run was the boarding process. The crew, food, and entertainment were all top notch."

I sat in the middle seat and sandwiched in between two tall men , so I had no room to move on a 3 hr flight. Seats not comfortable for long travel. Too many people have large luggage that should be checked not carry on."

Pros: "I was late to get to airport-- the airport is small-- I hauled and managed to get checked in and got to gate 15 minutes before take off. There was no one at the gate door. I went to another gate and she tried to call the attendant at the door. She didn't respond because her phone was at the desk. I was frustrated I didn't get on while I could see she was talking with people at the gate and in the airplane-- but I should have been there earlier. That said-- she came out and was incredibly helpful-- she managed to get me on a flight only an hour after that one and I didn't miss my connecting flight."

Cons: "The boarding pass that was sent the night before had the incorrect gate and no seat assignment. I spoke w THREE agents at checkin and they all sent me to the (wrong) gate- C25 and wouldn't give me a seat assignment. That is a long way to go w a scooter and a bag, only to learn the correct gate is B4. I was the last to board, there was no bin space left. it shouldn't be so complicated."

Cons: "Everything is an additional cost! Food, tv, beverages and that is not how it is anywhere else unless you are on a budget airline or flight which this was not."

Pros: "Worst flight ever. I wont bother letting you know how you ruined my day. Youre turning air travel a joke. The only thing mastered by you is security procedures. In the name of 20+ party we were, united is the worst ever and next time we will pay extra for a decent airline."

Cons: "Overall a good experience, but when they run out of overhead space for carry on luggage, United should returned it to you at the gate, not baggage claim. That's GATE CHECK. In Denver, Baggage Claim is a long walk and train ride for many."

Cons: "Not that much content on the entertainment device, several movies were only playing in Japanese and no option to change to English. My device kept shutting off at random times despite having full battery."
