Pros: Staff were great - courteous, professional and friendly. Plane was a fun experience as always.
Cons: Not Cape Air’s fault, but the smoky haze (from fires in CA, OR, NV) diminished some of the long views - vistas were not quite as beautiful as on past flights.
Pros: Flight from Havre to Billings was fine, from check in through security and to the flight. Smoke from CA, OR, NV fires really limited the view, but CapeAir did fine with their service
Cons: Seats are a little small, but that is to be expected in such a small plane. Other than that, the flight was great.
Pros: Got to sit next to the pilot!
Cons: Nothing, it was an absolutely breath taking flight!!

Cons: Connection booked too close. Missed flight, new flight delayed. Kayak booking does not leave enough time to transfer.
