Pros: The staff were lovely.
Cons: no covid-19 precautions were taken. It was a packed airplane didn't feel comfortable
Pros: Friendly, patient and helpful employees.
Cons: Nothing could have been better. We traveled economy and were treated like 1st class.
Pros: The flight from EWR to MSP was extremely quiet. No loud engine noises.
Cons: We were vert disappointed at the Newark Airport - the Delta Club was closed and there had been no notification prior to arriving at the airport. I certainly missed that early morning coffee.
Cons: Soda or coffee served during the flight could have enhanced their service.
Cons: No leg room on this plane
Cons: Loved it!
Pros: The crew was amazing!
Cons: We were delayed by several hours
Cons: The exit row that I paid up for, for leg room, didn't have extra leg room. First world problems.
Pros: The crew was fantastic, and the flight was one of the smoothest I've been on.
Cons: I didn't flight because I was tested Covid-19 positive ! I am waiting for AeroMexico to contact me to get and flight back to Minneapolis !
Pros: Enthusiastic and honest/informative pilot
Pros: Arriving 40 minutes ahead of schedule. Delta makes more an effort to provide spacing between passengers and provides sanitizer wipes both on boarding and with the snack pack.
Pros: Feeling Covid safe.
Cons: More attention to those not wearing masks properly .
Cons: A quick drink service would have been nice, it was provided on the same flight going the opposite direction
Pros: I felt safe on this flight. Middle seats were empty, plane seemed clean, masks, etc. were in place. I flew Sun Country a few weeks prior to this and flight was overcrowded and COVID precautions were way insufficient.
Pros: Smooth flight early arrival crew was excellent
Cons: Nothing I enjoy delta
Pros: I honestly like the fact they load the plane from the back to front rows.
Cons: Additional snacks and drinks cannot be purchased. It would be nice to have more bottled water or additional selections.
Pros: The snacks and water were great. Smooth flight.
Cons: This was a great short flight.
Pros: I really liked having some of the seats left empty, to decrease risk of Covid-19
Cons: The man in the window aisle took off his face mask shortly after take-off, and the flight attendants ignored it, until I requested attention, more than 40 minutes later. They should be paying more attention to face mask wearing!
Pros: Seat average for a small jet
Cons: The AC was not cool enough, but tolerable
Pros: Funny. Kind. attentive.
Cons: Mechanical issue put us out late, then weather kept us circleing for another 45 minutes. Spent the night at msp had to fly out the next day to final destination.
Pros: Great crew.
Pros: Slept the whole way. Served wine.
Cons: Original flight changed- had me arriving after second flight took off. Delta didn’t fix it. Spent 5 hours changing it. Rebooked flight was delayed- they rebooked to the next day at the last minute then, got me out same night but 3 Hours from my original airport.
Pros: No middle searing.
Cons: The tv did not work. The temperature was hot the whole flight. No airflow.
Pros: The crew really was amazing. Friendly. Communicative.
Cons: Socially distancing worked well on the plane because the middle seats are not occupied, snacks are bagged and the head flight attendant was funny and gave an inspirational message on the PSA at the gate and when we landed.
Cons: It was at a good pace
Pros: Precautions taken appropriate
Cons: Environmental controls, it was a little warm. Seats seemed more uncomfortable than usual. Air vents, lights, too far from aisle seats.
Pros: Crew was very welcoming and nice
Cons: There was a lot of empty space on the plane I wish they would’ve spaced passengers out evenly.
Cons: Temperature control. Information about the delay
Cons: Temperature inside airplane extremely hot.
Cons: I fly regular this was an excellent flight
Cons: Delays, delays, delays... first class ticket from BOS to MSP got me a 6 hour delay and a middle seat in econ main cabin at the back of the plane. Delta you suck!
Pros: Everything was perfect and most of all ON TIME Thank you Delta!
Cons: I hate the biscuits and water... really? On a 3hrs and 30 minutes flight. You guyz can do better
Pros: Very friendly crew
Cons: Lack of subtitles on available movies & series
Pros: Overall experience was awesome. Always love to fly delta. Nice spacious and clean aircraft. Enjoyed the entertainment system.
Cons: No complaints
Cons: The Cancun airport provides a terrible experience for transferring between flights, especially if you need to change from the international terminal to a domestic terminal or vice-versa. There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN.
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Flight delay further to the 30 minutes additional 20 min due to crew being not there
Pros: Entertainment options
Cons: Late pickup, then no gate at stopover causing is to miss our flight as we sat on the tarmac. Got on next flight, 5 hours later, the literal last row of the plane right in front of the bathroom, you know, those seats that don't recline? Travelling with a cranky two year old, made pains to select seats for maximum child comfort and it all flew out the window. Arrived at destination and sat, again, waiting for a gate. Signed up for sky miles previously based on good experiences, but this was one lane thing after another. Advice? Don't act like you're doing me a favor when asking people to check bags cause then it's "free".
Cons: After waiting patiently through a 3 hour delay we were inbound to Minneapolis. We were set to arrive at 9:45 pm and there were multiple 10 pm connections. Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed.
Pros: the upgraded seats with the new headrests were great. the pilots & crew did a great job despite the more-than-average turbulence.
Cons: lack of any entertainment options whatsoever (not necessary but always a nice-to-have). More importantly, the fact that I checked-in with seat 14 and ended-up, seemingly randomly, in seat 28 (the back of the plane) when I had SPECIFICALLY selected a seat in the FRONT section of the plane. That was particularly annoying, especially since the optics of the situation were such that I used miles to purchase the flight and got "screwed-over" with respect to my seat selection as if my ticket held less weight than other passengers...
Pros: The crew was great.
Cons: There were no phone chargers and no snacks.
Pros: Typical flight
Pros: Comfortable seat
Cons: There wasn’t much for social distancing. Was kind of disappointed.
Pros: The airline tried to keep us as comfortable as possible in the airport. The crew was fantastic.
Cons: Since we were in DC, I don't know why it took four hours to bring in another plane, since we were so close to major cities.
Cons: Flight left 2.5 hrs late. Had to wait on tarmac 45 minutes then had to change planes and run to other end of Chicago airport. My friend was in a wheelchair so extremely inconvenient.
Pros: Smooth and easy flight.
Cons: Transfer from international (T5) to T1 at O'Hare is very unpleasant..Generally O'Hare is a terrible airport.
Pros: I thought it was awesome to see the crew assist with holding babies so parents could get a little respite on the flight.
Pros: Better comfortable seats. And snack options
Cons: It was delayed due to my earlier trip but united tried to get me a connection which was atleaogood. The overall trip was 24 hours and due to all these delays my trip took 31 hours.
Cons: The flight was delayed for a half hour. No one announced anything about the delay until we were almost leaving. It would have been nice to at least share what was happening and when we could expect to leave. Delays are always frustrating but especially so late at night and when no information is given.
Pros: Our family was able to sit together
Cons: The flight left late It arrived late and we sat out away from the gate for 15-20 minutes before getting up to the gate to deplane.
Pros: Standard, quick domestic flight home. Nothing special.
Cons: I paid for power, entertainment and dinner and I got none of that. My legs were FAR too long for sitting there. I am a disabled vet, the whole trip was PAINFUL.
Cons: The flight was late, which I realize isn't any one person's fault, but it was annoying. We were actually taxiing almost as long as we were in the air! The part that was really frustrating was that my infant's car seat was damaged, but United refused to acknowledge that they did it because it hadn't been something severe like being run over by a forklift. The good news is that I now know to avoid flying United.
Cons: Still sitting anothee 6 hours until departure
Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: Wi-Fi dropped for an extended period of time during the flight. Seat was not comfortable.
Pros: I booked the basic economy and I was pleased that I had a row to myself. I was nervous it was going to be a tight flight because of the smaller plane. Also I enjoyed the onboard movies available on our personal devices.
Cons: I wish I knew I couldn't bring my carry on with me!!! United is always finding ways to screw the passenger's experience. I have a wedding to go to and needed my small duffle carry on with me and because I got a "basic economy" ticket, this was not possible. Some forewarning of this insanity would have been helpful! Really so annoyed!
Cons: Many delays I can't believe you're making people pay now $25 to check Carry on bags. That makes me want to use Delta every single time
Cons: You cannot check in online so you have to wait in line for an agent to check you in. The fare only allows you a middle seat. There is really not much good about this low fare. I'd rather take a low cost airline then get treated like you get treated on the basic economy fare.
Pros: I got some unexpected exercise running to three different gates that turned out to be wrong yet UAL sent the entire plane to each gate only to send us back to the initial gate.
Cons: Apparent lack of planning and coordination on part of UAL when confronted with mechanical problem in initial plane.
Pros: I survived.
Cons: Just before takeoff we had to abort and the crew slammed on the brakes. It was entirely frightening. We sat on the runway for a long time after that while the crew did not have clear answers for what was happening or why. Several things happened while we were on that plane that were unnerving for the passengers. So much so that at least one passenger threw up. Very scary. We did end up taking that plane on to our destination two hours later, but it was the worst flight experience of my life.
Pros: I had a enjoyable flight look forward to flight with them again.
Cons: Terrible customer service. Will never fly united again.
Pros: Flight attendants were very nice. The plane was clean.
Cons: The economy seats are TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. Attendants NEED to be more aware of the size of carry-on items and the amount each person brings onto the plane. People in the front 10 rows of the plane should not be putting their luggage in the back, taking up space so people in groups 3-5 have space to put their luggage.
Cons: There was a very large couple sitting in seat to my right. I'm 6'3 250 so not small. It had a rear bathroom and I had people banging on me the whole flight!!!!!! She could have moved some people around!!!! The worst flight of my life!!!! It's about customer service.
Pros: Quick to dapart
Cons: Quick to de-board
Pros: Nice new plane
Cons: We were not seated together and had to pay 84 dollars to get preferred seating together and this was booked 2 mos ago???
Cons: I did not have an assigned seat upon arrival despite buying the ticket several days in advance. I almost was bumped. VERY FRUSTRATING.
Pros: Nice plane
Cons: Rock hard seats
Pros: Liked the leg room. Flights were on time
Cons: Glass of soda with more ice than soda kinda sucked.
Pros: Crew was really friendly, and the boarding was quick.
Cons: There was no snacks or anything to eat during the flight .
Pros: The crew was very considerate and nice to all passengers.
Cons: It took forever to board and people had to move because the plane was unbalanced. That shouldn't happen in 2016.
Pros: Everything went smoothly and quickly, (e.g. check in, baggage, seat and storage) Staff were helpful and friendly.
Pros: First of all, the crew was amazing. I had just been traveling for about 20 hours and I had a seat towards the back of the economy section. After traveling that long, I was getting antsy to be at my destination, and I asked the gate agent if she could bump me to a row towards the front of economy- thankfully the plane wasn't full, and she was able to! It's the little things like that, that are what make me fly United. Also, the cabin crew on the flight was great! Of course, the economy section of the plane wasn't an ideal amount of space, but come on- it was an hour flight, and they did a good job of trying to spread people out so that the rows weren't packed.
Cons: Boarding took a little longer because the plane was being cleaned. I believe they said the overnight flight got in a little late and they still had to clean the plane. We boarded late, but still got to our destination early. Negative turned into a positive- you can't beat that!
Pros: This flight was very relaxing as it could be. I do not like to fly but the crew made it very easy to relax and get comfortable.
Pros: This was a nonstop flight with Air Canada, in cooperation with United Airlines
Cons: A small plane, crowded and full, for a non stop, international flight. Obviously, United prefers to use the larger, more comfortable planes for flights through their hub in Chicago- which is always a hot mess!
Pros: The flight attendants were great, and the in cabin experience went smoothly.
Cons: It took over half an hour, for the plane to depart from the runway. In addition, the gate was changed three times without overhead announcements from O'Hare.
Pros: How a passenger emergency was handled. We were kept very well informed
Pros: It was my grandson's first plane ride. They let us board early because I was managing two carry on suitcases. The flight was smooth and he loved the apple juice. He learned so much by looking out the window and seeing the ground and the clouds.
Pros: Internet, tv
Cons: Flight was 1.75 hours late
Pros: Price was good. Flight attendant was particularly good and promptly checked and verified I had a wheelchair secured for Mpls. Alll flight attendants held positive personable attitude. Arrived on time
Cons: No wifi. No movie.
Cons: One of the crew members was very mean towards some people I was sitting near. They were older and didn't realize that once we pushed off you had to remain in your seat and she came and told them they were breaking the law and would be arrested for standing up, in such a nasty tone they didn't say another word the whole flight. When we were offered something to drink they declined. I jumped out of my seat realized I forgot to ask where the bags were placed that were collected on the jet bridge and went back to ask if they were in baggage claim or not and she yelled at me for turning around and told me she could not speak me because I had exited the plane already.
