I was very surprised that at the Seattle airport, Alaska's main hub, that the gates were very small and very close together, and it was very hard to discourage between my flight, and the flight next to us going to Boise and the flight next to that going to Denver. Denver. The audio for all three Gates was at the same level, and almost impossible to differentiate unless they actually said their flight number and location. Location. People tried to get on our plane, before they were ready, because they were confused about the Denver announcements. We were on a Boeing 737- 800 00, that must have recently been redone. It actually had USB--c ports which really surprised me. The Apu was out on the plane, so when we got on it was very very hot. A lot of people were complaining. The gate agents were very professional, but it was a lot going on and even though there were two of them, I think they could have used another person to help them. Mandy was particularly helpful in getting me a window seat. Flight crew was up to the usual Alaska airline standard, which is very high. Can we please get another snack then garlic pretzels? It would also be nice, if they knew ahead that the flight was full, to offer to let us check in our bags for free at baggage check, and not at the gate!

Enforce the one bag rule for carry ons. Don't allow people to have 2 and 3 carry ons. Make baggage gets loaded onto the correct plane. My bag didn't get put onto my last flight so I didn't get it until the next day.
the planes were beautiful!! crew was outstanding...flight on time and baggage was quick... can't think of ANYTHING that could have been better. thanks for a great trip!!
The crew the employees were friendly and excellent. There was a problem with the plane and they had workers there immediately working on it. They made sure the people that had immediate connects knew what gates they had to get to and had them leave the plane first. Very thoughtful.
Made us check our carry on,even though there was plenty of room because they didn't check with the flight crew. Also boarding was 40min late, due to the plane being on the wrong side of the airport. Also their app didn't record my tsa precheck
The planes were clean! The crew was good The boarding in Seattle was not good because the accent of the woman and the low volume of the speaker made it impossible to hear.
The entire trip from Bellingham to Seattle and from Seattle to Boise, Idaho was very very good and timely
The flights were on time and catching the connecting flight was a breeze. Next time I won't carry such a heavy carry-on without wheels!!
Both flights were delayed, the Bellingham to Seattle flight was delayed so much I nearly missed my connection with a two hour layover to spare. I could have driven to Seattle and back in the amount of time the flight was delayed. Seattle to Bellingham Washington also delayed. Not good.
Staff very helpful and friendly, in flight entertainment poor. Flight left late and thus arrived 20 minutes late to final destination.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.
Seats were very uncomfortable and being charged for snacks and water.........
Allegiant actually impressed me, original inbound flight from PBG was so late they gave us a bird inbound from Des Moines and only left 1h late and gained 40 minutes back in the air. Comfortable flight with no frills but no complaints.
Flight was delayed. Crew was good but hot coffee was not available.

The flight was very delayed (in BOTH directions - outbound and returning). The flight was very very cramped. The plane taxi'd on the runway for a really long time, and I got claustrophobic being in such a tight seat. The pilot and crew both indicated that we were going to make up lost time due to the delay, but the plane arrived LATER than expected.
A foot rest for short legged people and a complimentary water would be nice.
The employees at the check-in counter said my disabled wife and I were going to be separated even though we picked seating together when we bought our tickets. They told us my wife would be seated in row 2 and I would be in row 8, because we bought our tickets from a third party. Fortunately the flight crew said: "No, you two need to be together, we'll fix this." Then they seated us together. We are 75 years old and flying is a challenge for us, so we appreciate all the help we can get. Your flight crew was awesome with us, and with the children on our flight as well. Thank You Allegent Air Lines! 🙂
