Pros: "SW crew, as always, is very relaxed and friendly. The plane, though, is new and clean, which is a plus for SW (flown on SW many times before and the planes are generally not new though tidy)."

Pros: "Southwest notified us via text that our flight was cancelled but Yvonne at the service counter did everything to get us on an EARLIER flight home. The usual GREAT service that sets Southwest Airlines apart from the rest!"

This flight had the most beautiful stewardess I have seen in all my travels all over the world.
Pros: "Got an exit row. The wait times on 12/23 were good. The Stewards were smiling and no bah hum bug."

Cons: "They were careless with our suitcases. When we got to Vancouver, we were missing wheels on our suitcases. 2 wheels on my husband's and 1 on mine. It made it horrible to pull the suitcases."

Cons: "Correct information about time of flight. I was told that the time of my flight hadn’t changed though I got several emails stating it did."

Cons: "We waited in the plane on the tarmac for an hour. My boarding pass did not have a seat assignment, when I approached Alaska agents at the gate, they were rude and dismissive. Arrived late to LAX. Alaska offers free texting & entertainment while in the air it didn’t work with my iPhone."

Cons: "The flight was SIX hours late, yet passengers were told to check in at the original time. Why? Just to spend the whole freaking night at the airport? The reason for the delay was supposedly weather, yet flights from SEA to BOS on other airlines were on time. Staff were not helpful or empathetic."

Cons: "The touch screen on my seat didn’t work, but the side control did, so I could still watch movies."
Pros: "Great legroom. Got in a bit early which was fantastic. Appreciated a mid-flight update from the pilot."
Cons: "Earphone jack did not work so I couldn’t listen to any movies or shows — shouldn’t sell a seat on a 5 hour flight if entertainment isn’t working. Plane also felt like it could have been cleaner."

I actually like rap but not listening loud with the speaker on with kids in the plane is not considerate."

Cons: "THERE ARE ONLY 1-2 STAFF MEMEBRS AT TERMINAL 5 JFK (busiest ailier in the world) for 309+ passengers an hour that’s not enough. I booked with you guys and paid extra money for worthless travels, but no. Never again with JetBlue"

Comfort+ on delta was excellent room for a 6’4” male. No one issues. Staff was great. Flight was bumpy but the pilot did everything he could to make it comfortable. Internet went out half way through the flight. I am glad I didn’t pay for it. But that was a huge issue for users.

Cons: "The Seattle gate agents never said which flight they were calling and since neighboring gates were boarding at the same time it was very confusing and rather chaotic."
Pros: "The crew was polite and professional. Boarding went very smoothly and the flight left on time. Baggage was very quick when we arrived in Seattle as it was already coming out when we arrived in the baggage claim area."

The plane is old and really small. Crew was great
Cons: "The past two times flying with American out of Dallas my girlfriend and I have been separated on the flight. The first time we were able to be placed with each other but this time the attendant at the counter basically told everyone that because the flight was booked and there were so many people who had the issue that she could not move anyone around to be with their families. That on top of being rude to many of the flyers just makes the DFW experience with American feel like they don’t care about you."

Cons: "EVERYTHING!! Packed like sardines with ZERO distancing for a four hour flight. Flight attendants were horrible and did nothing to mandate mask wearing. Literally watched a guy sleep nearly the entire flight with his mask off and the FA walked by him multiple times without saying anything. Will never fly with American after their abysmal attempt to keep us safe. I did not feel safe for a second on that horrendous flight. Definitely getting a COVID test and I will know where I got it from if I test positive. Also the seats are uncomfortable and it was a very bumpy flight (I understand that part cannot be avoided). I don’t understand how you cancel flights and bump people to other flights only for them to be SUPER packed. I thought at the rate of cases rising airlines should be doing a better job at taking safety precautions. Not American. Why do they think it’s a safe idea at this time to have my wife and I packed in with a total stranger for four hours? No social distancing whatsoever! Overall I cannot say a single good thing about this flight. Worst in my entire life"
Cons: "The flight was 2 hours delayed because there was a mechanical issue on the plane. We sat and waited on the plane for 1 hour while the Maintenance crew tried fixing the problem. After sitting there for one hour, they told us the problem wasn’t fixed and we have to change aircrafts. The other aircraft was all the way in terminal D (we were in terminal A) and the boarding process took a long time. Overall it was an awful flight and experience with American Airlines. I missed my mother’s birthday party because of the 2 hour delay."
