The staff was friendly. The flight was fine and the food service was fine. We found the Seattle Airport to be very confusing. And not user friendly. Not enough directional signs -- it was hard to figure out where to go. As we entered the line to get to where they checked our ID before we went through the bag check, the staff member wanted us to get out of the line to walk for much longer to get to that area. It was nuts. One of our party spoke up and insisted that we stay where we were. She let us proceed.

Crew was helpful and respectful. Pilot could have landed a little smoother. Overall delightful experience.

This is a horrible experience. I purchased upgraded seats months ahead of time. Seat 6A specifically for my wife, and 7B for myself. On the day of travel, we were issued boarding passes that reflected the seats that we purchased. However, at the gate when checking on to the airplane, we were told that our seats have been changed to the very back of the row next to the restroom. I explained that I purchased the seats ahead of time. And that this was important to us, hence why we plan ahead.the agent apologized and said that CA was given to somebody else so their family could sit next to each other. Family, who evidently did not plan ahead. Nor did they pay extra for that seat. Subsequently, my seat was also changed. I was told this was because somebody was handicapped and knew that seat. I can understand boarding early if you’re handicapped, but what does 20 feet of distance matter at all. I watched. The agent apologized and said that CA was given to somebody else so their family could sit next to each other. Family, who evidently did not plan ahead. Nor did they pay extra for that seat. Subsequently, my seat was also changed. I was told this was because somebody was handicapped and knew that seat. I can understand boarding early if you’re handicapped, but what does 20 feet of distance matter at all. I watched the so-called handicapped couple haggle and Hagle and Hagle and eventually the agent came in. They were Indian couple and I can assure you they were not handicap. I can also assure you that they did not pay extra for that seat like I did. This is some of the worst performance, and as well as customer service I have ever experienced. This is absolutely Unacceptable. The agent said I can file a complaint and try to get a refund issued for the extra money for those seats. I simply said to the agent the same thing I will say to you. I don’t care about the extra money. I wanted the seat. I paid for the seat. I expect a full refund for both of those tickets at a minimum. I hope you feel this is not reflect Alaska Airlines. I hope you will make it right.

It would have been nice to have wi-fi, but I only care about the quality of the flight, which was excellent- smooth takeoff, smooth landing, and very little turbulence. I don't care about food, entertainment, etc.

You guys canceled my flights. And rebooked me on another one without my consent. Horrible customer service

First time traveling on plane, everything was very easy for me.

Seats lack shoulder and elbow room. The lady next to me was short and slightly heavy with knee problems, she kept jabbing me with her elbow while playing her game on her phone for 2 hours, the duration of the whole flight. It was frustrating and annoying! I was in the middle seat, there was no space to adjust to avoid her arm jabbing me.

I would have appreciated notification that our flight was moved to another gate LAST MINUTE so that we would not have missed it. We got no such notice and had to spend another night to catch an available flight in the morning, which was huge inconvenience. We will never fly Alaska again.

The airline was way too cold. We were freezing, I don’t know if that is normal. Overall it was pretty good flight. Always flown Alaska Airlines and I am not changing.

They boarded passengers that sat in the back of the plane first, making boarding very efficient.

I didn't even take this flight. My plans changed and I couldn't get ahold of customer service and the website kept breaking down during the attempt to change the flight. I wound up taking another airline entirely and eating the cost.

The worst flying experience ever 3 delays. No accommodations. Had to deboard the plane after being delayed.

Posted a 20minute delay but didn’t delay at all. Caused boarding issues and confusion. Also, didn’t release baggage. Took over an hour and 20 minutes to get luggage.

Flight was good, boarding was a breeze, flight attendants were friendly and professional. There was a medical issue with another passenger and the crew handled it in a calm and professional way.

The net issue I had was with the gate agent. We had added a carryon to our boarding pass when we checked bags. When I got to the boarding gate the agent was rude asking why I had a backpack - I said I added it - even had an orange tag on it. She ripped my tag off and swung her monitor around to show me how she was right- saying it isn’t wasn’t listed - only a checked bag. I explained again that I wasn’t sure what the issue was but I wouldn’t have an orange tag if I hadn’t added it. Then she finally checked my husband’s boarding pass and found that the agent at checkin had added my carryon to his boarding pass instead of mine. She sent me on my way without my orange tag. Was a bit embarrassing for me the tone she used with me assuming I was trying to get away with something.

Gate agent asked if I could switch seats so a family could sit together. Agent moved me to a seat in the front of the plane, no charge. It was easy. The agent did a great job.

Great seat space. However food and drink prices outrageous. Jabbing to pay for a carry on bag or stuck paying at the gate too much.

Every Allegiant Air flight I've ever taken has been delayed. This flight was delayed a full 2 hours. It was excuse after excuse after excuse. It was a flight from southern Florida. They made us board the plane on time, but made us wait for 2 hours on the tarmac. Because the engines were kept shut off, so was the air conditioning. One can only imagine how hot the air was in the cabin over those 2 hours on the tarmac, while in the hot Florida sun. Just terrible.

Actually, for the price, I'm willing to put up with a little discomfort (upright chairs) and at times inconveniences (like any airline), lack of entertainment (I can bring my own). My flight was non stop and smooth. I would fly this route again.
