Good staff. Comfortable seats. Had to check my bag because the flight was too full.
The flight was extremely smooth, and so was the landing. Great piloting.
I’ve been flying Alaska Airlines for over 30 years & The boarding personnel letting us in the plane were the rudest I’ve ever experienced. Seemed the plane was over booked & they took THEIR mishap out on my son in law… Treated HIM like absolute garbage to the point our family will not fly Alaska after our trips are complete this year. Sad. We loved Alaska until that experience. I hope others never see the same behavior

OK for the price paid but nothing as far as value.
Extremely poor, 1st time this has happened though. Traveling during the holidays, didn’t receive an update that our flight was delayed 3hrs. Lost our place in Airport Spot Saver to go through crazy long line at TSA, gate change and then another hour delay (makes it 4hr delay for a 2 hr flight to Las Vegas), stayed on tarmac for almost 25mins after landing. So 6.5hrs from Seattle to LAs Vegas. Could have went to Cancun instead.
Very late. Snack pretzels have no flavor. Soda options sink. Only one sugar free option and that with caffeine, bad for health
The ticket online purchasing, ticket staff, boarding staff, flight crew, etc. were all kind, courteous, and helpful. Only problem was the turbulence on landing. Out of your control though. Thanks.
Flight time was changed, leaving 2 hours earlier than time I selected without warning. When arriving at the gate flight time again changed. No in flight entertainment available.
The seat selection felt a little chaotic, but it might have been my inability to get an online selection.
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.

The plane had originated in Las Vegas at 6:30 in the morning and flew to Moline where we boarded. The flight left around 12:30 PM and there were no boxed snacks available and many of the alcoholic beverages were unavailable. I would find it hard to believe that that many of the passengers coming from Las Vegas at 6:30 in the morning, drank and ate that much of the items. I can only come to the conclusion that someone failed to stock the plane for the round-trip. This is a huge revenue failure for the airline and disappointment for the passengers. The flight crew did not seem happy to be there and did not engage with passengers. Allegiant you can do better.
The worst flying experience ever 3 delays. No accommodations. Had to deboard the plane after being delayed.
The employees at the check-in counter said my disabled wife and I were going to be separated even though we picked seating together when we bought our tickets. They told us my wife would be seated in row 2 and I would be in row 8, because we bought our tickets from a third party. Fortunately the flight crew said: "No, you two need to be together, we'll fix this." Then they seated us together. We are 75 years old and flying is a challenge for us, so we appreciate all the help we can get. Your flight crew was awesome with us, and with the children on our flight as well. Thank You Allegent Air Lines! 🙂
I did not go on my trip. I requested a refund and still have not received it.
I went to lower my tray table and it was very nasty. Looks like some one had left some food on it and then just closed it up.
