Pros: "When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights."

Cons: "Airlines in general need to enforce the carry on luggage rules. If it doesn't match the dimensions for the carry on specks then make the people Check it. Don't let it go. If I paid for a seat and I'm allowed two carry ons then there should be room for them. Don't ask people to check bags because of a full plane. The crew should have there own place to store their belongings, not where the passengers do and take their space. The life rafts need to be easy to get to but again should take up a spot a passenger has paid for their luggage to go. If that is the only space for these items then don't allow passengers to bring two items if in those seats or on the whole plane. It's really disappointing when your told you may have to check your bag because there's not enough room."

Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

Pros: "The cabin temperature was not good. Started out very cold. When I asked about it (which I shouldn't have had to do), they overcompensated; then it was too warm. After a couple more tries they finally got it equalized."

When getting off at Utah, I could not get off plane early to catch the plane. In the past the flight attendants were very well informing people. I was at the gate only 5 mins late before catching the flight. Now I am stuck in the airport for 5 hours on standby!!!! It can be avoided totally."

She came back to the other one and he tore up my ticket and issued me a seat in the last row. When I boarded I mentioned that somehow I went from biz class to that and she retorted in a mocking tone "gee, don't know how that happened". Another passenger mentioned to me that they had given my seat to a gentleman in a blazer that somehow finangled it. Crappy bitchy customer service at the gate."

It was bizarre because in planes with 2 seats on each side they put us one on each side. Then they put us in the middle when there were 3 seats and separated another husband and wife in our same row. I an chose other airlines that seat us next to each other without paying 30$ more per seat per flight. I am a mileage plus card holder too."

However when i scanned my boarding pass the lady indicated i was in an exit row. 11d was of course occupied. The airlines top people obviously have no interest in providing any comfort for the those who are unwilling to pay the extra money. I do not understand why the airlines believes people should have to pay for their own meal on a 7 hour flight when they've already shelled out the money for the flight. In addition, why should I have to pay an extra $89 for a so-called premium aisle seat? It's completely inexplicable that the state of all airlines in America have fallen to this level."

Cons: "The stewardess needs to speak up. Had no idea she was talking. The tsa agents at the Redmond airport were horrible. I know what a pat down is and that was no damn pat down. They kept wanting to thoroughly check me like I was some kind criminal or something. I think it was because I'm Mexican and all the agents were white. Super annoying. The snack was stale. Just stick with peanuts."

Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour and a half. My girlfriend took the same flight the day before, and it was also delayed over an hour and a half. Once I can understand, twice in 2 days though?"

Cons: "Due to my initial delayed flight I got to O'Hare during a drastically busy time. Due to the amount of people, noise, and dishevelment my PTSD became aggravated and I found myself having an attack. I chose the initial early flight to ensure this would not happen. I am aware of what causes my PTSD to become aggravated and I take that into consideration when I make all plans."

Cons: "Everytime I was about to board there always seemed to be a problem with the flight it didn't even miss. Having so many problems caused delays. When other people including myself had other connections to get to and made me run through airports and I actually missed a flight and instead of taking one direct flight to Puerto Rico I had to take two more flights."
