For a 69 year old with health problems I had the worse experience, no wheelchair when I entered a lady told me to sit and wait while a gentleman told me I had to walk to the Delta station, which I did. I had a carry on and a bag, and I was traveling with my service dog, which was on his carrier and the lady charged me for my carry on luggage, beside all the waiting cause of the delay, I had to walk to get my luggage cause no wheelchair showed up, I am so disappointed. I will get in touch with the company. I got home at 3:00 am, not good for my health situation.

The way BCN airport handled boarding was a huge improvement over our trip to Spain from JFK. Instead of gate-mosquitos edging in before their zone was called, in BCN they had clearly marked lines for Zones 1-8 and people just lined up correctly. The flight itself was uneventful. The meal (curried chicken and rice) was one of the better meals we've had on Delta. Entertainment options were plentiful, power chargers were available in Main Cabin, and seats were decent. Flight staff were very friendly and positive throughout the 8 hour flight.

I had booked 2 1/2 hours between flights but we had to hold on the taxiway for an hour after landing while waiting for a clear gate which likely caused the baggage error.

While we were preparing to board flight DL-1829 to New York, scheduled for 2:28 PM at gate T-11, we were informed that the aircraft was experiencing water system issues and that passengers were advised to use the restroom before boarding. I politely approached one of the Delta staff members to ask whether the lavatory would be partially or completely unavailable during the flight, as I am traveling with a baby in my arms. The employee’s response was extremely rude and arrogant. He replied, in an unnecessarily hostile tone, something along the lines of: “It’s either that or we cancel the flight — do you want us to cancel the flight?” This response lacked any empathy or professionalism. This is speaking of the original flight leaving on April 30th(DL 1957) not the rebooked the following morning DL 9887. On April 30th, it was unusually crowded at Sangster International Airport (MBJ) the morning my mother and I arrived for our flight. She had to exceedingly long time for a wheelchair, once a wheelchair attendant arrived to take us to thru immigration and security then to go to gate the flight was boarding. We stayed on board for 3 1/2 hrs until the flight crew notified the passengers that flight indefinitely delayed so we had to stay by gate area. Before that my mom had to wait an additional 20-30 mins to deboard the plane. Was given food vouchers, by the time I came back the gate agents said the flight was gonna to reboard, so all the wheelchair passengers lined up. We waited an additional 45 mins, while I received a notification from kayak that the flight was cancelled. And on my delta app updated that flight was being detoured to Miami then from Miami back to JFK. We boarded the plane started to eat, then the flight crew notified us the flight was indeed being detoured & that how come the gate agents didn’t notified the passengers. We stayed on board for another 30-40 mins then was told by the captain that they tried all avenues to get the passengers back to JFK but the crew couldn’t continue the journey and the flight was cancelled. So we deboarded the plane again. Was told that we were going to be setup in hotels for the night. The hotel that we setup to go to wasn’t suitable for my mother’s needs and requested one nearby we were located in Jamaica. So any we had called a taxi to come to take us back where we stayed in Jamaica, that we had to pay out of own pockets.

First keep the airline as you promise. Reason for travelling from Orlando to Tampa is to go with Qatar Airline. We end up with American Airline. As expected the service was horrible.

Plus, with there were too many carry-on bag travelers, myself included. The charge scheme for checking bags is frustrating. If you travel light, you want the freedom to leave as soon as you deplane. When you are forced to gate-check your bag simply because the flight is fully booked, you lose whatever time you'd hoped to save because you're still stuck waiting for your bag to come off the conveyor belt.

Not so good with their baggage handling as they damaged one of my check in luggage

A good flight back to Tampa and thankfully although we had a 90 minute delay because of thunder storms from Charlotte to bottom iof Florida, it was a prudent to avoid these for a comfortable flight as opposed to being tossed around with turbulence.

All went well on the flight, not happy of course with having to pay for a seat and in hold luggage of £50

3/4 bags delayed and 1/4 damaged at the other end. Flight was freezing

Food is good, staff is good... Wi-fi quality is poor, disembarkment after landing is atrocious.

Flight crew was lovely. Bathrooms should have been cleaner. The handsets in business class for watching the entertainment are horrible. Very difficult to figure out which buttons are for what. I managed to get the flight maps on my screen but it wasn't easy. Never got anything else up.

Uneventful trip. Good flight crew. Food could have been better and a bit more of it. Cabin cleanliness was ok.

Inflight Services are poor compared to other airlines. They do not offer even water during 15 hr flight. Food is little in portion and I had food poisoning after last meal ( rajma chawal)

Boarding at Mumbai airport was terrible, the staff had no idea how to handle it. It was chaos - and led to a delay

My seats that I paid for were changed last minute and I had to sit in uncomfortable chairs

This was a bery good experience as it was a newer plane . AI older plane bussiness class is bad .

The trip with Air India was better than expected starting with the check-in and the Lounge. The flight was comfortable for a 1 hour flight.

What a pathetic plane it was. Entertainment system didn’t work. USB port was broken. There was a hole on top of folding serving table. Broken restrooms in the middle of flight.

Our seat monitor did not Not work either way going to Vietnam. I had a bulkhead seat with plenty of room, but with No monitor, it was a long flight with no movies. Fun was good, staff was Excellent.
