Alaska changed their departure time 4 (!!!) times, then couldn't find my luggage from a direct flight from Spokane to Portland. There were 11 passengers who didn't get our luggage & had to wait 40 minutes for Alaska to find our luggage. Alaska should reimburse everyone their airfare for such inexcusable service.
Previously there were complimentary beverages served on short flights with Alaska Airlines. It was a very nice amenity and would love it if Alaska Airlines brought back that service!!
Quick, easy, on time. I couldn't ask for more great staff
Delayed flight, but there was good communication about the delay. The flight attendant saying over the intercom; ‘the ten people on their way to Maui need to contact me now or I’ll be very upset’ seemed overly dramatic and unproductive
No communication with delayed and canceled flights. Completely in the dark for the whole experience.
I liked that the crew was friendly, we left and arrived at near scheduled times, plenty of on-board crew to handle the cabin service for the flight and I found the price of my airline ticket to be excellent!
The flight attendants were friendly. I liked that I got a mini soda can, not just a small cup. No issues with our flight departure, etc.
Planes were on time. Pilot kept everyone updated. Crew was friendly and helpful
Crew was overly aggressive with rules enforcement and not friendly in general.
Plane was supposed to leave at 5:40 left at 6:03 had to walk really fast to get to connecting flight just making the flight.
Flight was delayed for about an hour but overall good experience
Delta staff was exceptionally helpful and considerate. However, the first two of three flight legs were delayed making connections tentative and stressful.
Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!
Delta needs to step its game up get a more reliable internet service. Internet service was non-existent for this flight.
The crew on this leg continue to be extremely helpful with my wife’s mobility issues. They also came by many many times to ensure we were comfortable and had drink some food.
Nothing unusual. It was fine. I hate having to pay extra for my seat.
The Pilot was one of the best I've had, very informative about turbulence and got us to our destination early
I liked the cleanness in the bathroom and good crew on board and at boarding gates. There was no Hindi (Bollywood) movies. The entertainment can be improved as it is one of the worst one I saw when I compared it with other airlines. The Mumbai to Amsterdam flight did not have any food for my family which does not contain eggs in it though we have selected “Hindu Asian vegetarian meal”
Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.
The crew were exceptionally nice and accommodating. My wife was tired after the flight from Haneda, Tokyo. They let her sleep and served her dinner later after she woke up, before we landed in PDX.
I had to cancel the flight because with a 3 hour delay for 'unexpected maintenance' in getting to LAX, I couldn't connect to an overseas flight that I had booked on Scandinavian Air.
My flight was delayed three hours and then cancelled. The gate agent proceeded to rebook me in a middle seat without telling me and I was placed between two large individuals who did not fit in their own seats and instead took up most of mine. It was an awful experience.
Good and friendly staff. Nicely enjoyed the complimentary drink and snack.
Would have been better if the flight went out as scheduled and we’d have been kept informed. Rescheduling the connecting flight out of Portland was especially difficult.

Alaska airlines is not what I expected Very disappointed Unfriendly Discouraging Very bad customer service, heartbroken trying to explain to them my situation.
Flight information board was not immediately available; however, it was not far from where I disembarked to my next flight.
Terrible. A four hour delay to take off is unacceptable. arriving in Portland at 1:00 A.M.
