Flight was delayed and then "they did not have time to load food". No snack or drink at all for 1.5 how flight. Somebody wasn't prepared.
No Internet, no backseat screen, no nothing. I bought a Delta ticket and ended up on American Airlines. How did that happen?

We never made it on this flight because we missed our connection due to o delayed flight from Jackson.
We had a terrible experience. The flight was delayed several hours, so we missed our connection. We were told to wait at the airport. At around 11:00 pm, the flight was cancelled. There were no available seats out of Jackson for the next two days. Fortunately, we had the foresight to rebook on United for the next day. However, we had to spend a long day at the airport and an overnight at a mediocre hotel. It was a miserable way to spend part of our vacation. We also sacrificed our $450 deposit on our California hotel because we could not get there.
Entertainment is ok! Boarding and seat with zone is terrible. I paid for the seats but you didn’t give me what I paid for which is exit isles.
Flight delayed then cancelled. Misplaced luggage. Still do not have. Rented car 1100 mile drive. I had to buy some overnight Hotels clothes toiletries gas food at my expense. Still not home. Not sure where luggage is. Over 4 hours on hold to Felta
After all the weather issues at least they got me to my destination the next day
Delta charge a $30,oo USDollar for a suitcase in the baggage hold In my reservation I have one carrying and one on hold
Honestly first time flying with delta and it was pretty good. All the process very smooth and crew was always nice and attentive.

We traveled with two young children, and it was not possible for our family to be seated together. No one offered help or assistance to organize seating so we could sit with our kids. In the end, we managed to find two seats in Economy so I could at least sit with one of them, even though I had originally paid for Comfort+. In summary, I had to downgrade my seat just to be able to sit with one of my children, which was very disappointing
Really bad experience – delayed for 6 hours without any notice, no food or drinks provided, and stuck in the horrible Cartagena airport.
On time. At least they offer a drink and a small snack. Plane was clean
Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.

The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.
Hydraulic leak caused the flight to be cancelled. Auto system scheduled us on a 3 am flight. Wevhsedvrebook on the app and hit schedules later in the afternoon. Our luggage per gate and ticket agent would be rescanned and put in our new flight. Did not happen. Our luggage stayed in hsv. Baggage claim in wash dc unable to help. We filed a claim. Several emails about our luggage were in conflict with one another. Called as baggage and was on hold 30 minutes. Oscar said one of 2 was out fir delivery then cancelled. About 45 minutes later both pieces were delivered. Their system is suspect
My Frequent Flyer nber wasn't put on as I was told it was..... This resulted in a last group boarding and no priority tags on My bags.
Flight has been delayed every time I've ever taken it. Seats uncomfortable. Children behind me yelling the entire flight. Some of this is out of their control but overall just consistently not a great experience.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!
