One of the crew member weren’t to pleasant
The fly was delayed one hour for A/C problems, then after being on the road to take off, we went back to terminal secondary to a passenger problem. Last but not least I was first class and my sit was so uncomfortable, I landed with headaches
My seat next to the emergency exit could not be reclined. The meal was just fruit and sandwiches. I appreciated the fresh fruit but the sandwiches were mediocre.
Boarding process was disjointed and weird. Understaffed desk at gate and resulting overwhelm precluded any boarding announcements! Flight itself was fine, with good crew and adequate service. On time with no major delays.
Delayed departure due to short staffed security at Burlington Airport. Missed connection flight. Terrible customer service at Delta. 7 hour travel day turned into a 24 hour travel day.
Great customer service. Safety and cleanliness. Fly delta.
Cons: "This plane was too full for social distancing. I was really skeptical about this flight as it relates to the COVID pandemic."

Pros: "This was a redeye flight which are never the best. We upgraded to first class for a chance to sleep. The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling."

Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)"

Cons: "The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

Pros: "There was a threat in the airport which caused the closure of one terminal. It happened to be the one from which this flight was due to depart. The crew was calm and able to get everyone on board with a minimum delay, considering the circumstances. The flight crew made up some time in the air and we were able to land less than 30 minutes after our original ETA. Well done, Delta."

Pros: "The Bogota based crew provided the best service I have ever experienced. Extremely pleasant and customer focused. We were flying with twins and they assisted us through out the flight. Once we landed in MIA they helped us maneuver through the maze to reach the customs & immigration area quickly. All in all a great experience."

Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."

The time kept getting updated in 30 minute intervals, but the desk staff said we wouldn't be flying for the entire 4 hours. We were again told to board the plane and we would be leaving early, but no we just waited on the tarmac for an hour until the original 4 hour delay. Just give it to folks straight. Everyone was frustrated due to the run around."

I called and someone got my onto an earlier flight, but when we showed up at the gate, we found out she hadn't finished the transaction and now there weren't enough seats for us. We were supposed to land in RIC by 2, but by the time we got a flight (which was again delayed), it was almost 10pm. The only helpful person I dealt with was John, who took my call to get us on another flight."
