WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."

The reps at the counter showed no level of empathy and acted put out when asked to provide transportation to the reassigned gate. Lastly, the flight could've offered something more than a $10 food voucher, especially since the majority of the food in the airport is greater than $10."

Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people."

My family is still sitting in the airport waiting on their flight to dallas. We have been up now for over 24 hours. We should be allowed to be someplace comfortable for the price of the business class tickets. poor form on Lufthansa’s part."

Because if their bad service we missed cutoff, even though I had already checked In and we had no checked bags. We We were forced to pay for hotel our of our pocket, get another rental car, and change itinerary to have to go through Denver to get back to Chicago and arrive a full day later, causing havoc with work schedule and coverage for kids. Thumbs down United! I used to be 1K with you, this Is why I don't fly this airline often."

The person at the gate was rude when I said you won't lose my luggage will you? he said Probably. I said really, and he said well you did ask."

I told him multiple times that the test was accepted and that other family members flying on other airlines had no problems entering Guatemala with that test. I even spoke with a Supervisor and the result was the same. It was until I was able to talk to the manager who gave me the time of day and actually read over what I had for the TEST and said it was ok for me to get on the plane. I had no problems what so ever getting into Guatemala with my test results, my fligh was #243 from FLL-GUA on 27/10/20"

I feel myself like a prisoner in some kind of "free country". It was not 50 bottles, it was just one bottle that could now chance to somehow damage the plane or other people."

Cons: "At the FLL airport there were 2 lines outside the airport. We asked an employee and the person directed us to the shortest line. 30 minutes later another Spirit employee passed by us and asked if we had boarding passes and if we needed to pay for our luggage. We had boarding passed and had already paid for our luggage, Then she said we were supposed to be on the other line. She moved us to a very long line. I kept telling employees that our departure time was in about an hour and they kept saying we were in time. WE arrived at the gate 8 minutes before closing the doors. My luggage did not make it in time to the airplane and stayed behind in FLL. I blame those employees that did not inform us properly and to the lack of informative signs around the Spirit counters. This will be my last Spirit flight. The $40 charged per bag is too much and the carry-on sizes are too small."

Cons: "Spirit advertises a low fare rate, and then they charge an extra $74 to reserve a seat and to check 1 bag (one way). Does Kayak have a feature will can show how much the actual totoap charges will be for a flight which includes checking a bag and reserving a seat?"

Cons: "Check in on line - I could not get seat assignments or check a carry on. $55 / carry on is over the top. Communication of flights, both of which were late, was bad. My boss told me "I told you so!" She was right = I wont fly Spirit again."

Cons: "The space and leg room is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! You can't expect people to fly longer than 45 min in that small of space. Airlines have sucked the life out of air travel. We're driving for our next family vacation."

Cons: "Mostly everything. I didn't even get any tasty snacks this time. Which would have sucked anyways, but the thought counts! Slow service, money grab tactics such as paying for a carry on? The other 30 or so flights Ive been on weren't about that. Time estimates were way off despite the long delays. No impressed guys."

WATER ! they are so unorganized and didnt have seat assignments - so there was a major hold up at the fate while people got seat assignments. once we got to myrtle beach they had to go through the passangers 1 by 1 to give them new seats for the next flight to boston. never again."
