Short trip, was nice to have a drink on the short flight still.
I was on flight #3022 departed from San Diego, California to Medford, Oregon. I had Denise & Damaris as my flight attendants. I didn’t have much interaction with Damaris, but I did with Denise who had, this calm, cool collective voice when she spoke about the emergency exit plans before takeoff. I travel often and I’ve never met a flight attendant that can put you at ease. I felt she respects and takes pride in her position and more airlines need to adopt the integrity and respect that she has for Alaska Airlines. Debbie
Flight on time. Easy boarding. Changing my seat was very easy.
I am mobility challenged and ground crew were accommodating to my needs. One must walk up a ramp to board Alaska planes. Terminal to tarmac to ramp to plane.
It was a very smooth fast flight, crew was prompt and comforting. Alaska airlines are the best.

Somehow I didn't get the chance to pick my seat and got stuck with a window seat. After I checked in, I could get an aisle seat but had to upgrade, which made little sense on an hour long flight.
We had no food or enjoyed entertainment. Flight was only about 1 hour. Lovely experience.
I couldn't cancel or change my flight so I paid for nothing.
Flight was excellent. Food and entertainment did not apply that is the reason for 3.
Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!
Delta needs to step its game up get a more reliable internet service. Internet service was non-existent for this flight.
This flight was a first class choice and left much to be desired. Seat backs on seats were falling apart and torn. Seats actually didn't come to a "full & upright position". Pull out table was sprung. Not any significant leg room. All in all we were on an obviously older plane and felt overcharged for what we received as first class.
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
I specifically picked out right side aisle seats because my left knee sometimes needs to be stretched. But my experience this trip was that the seats were shuffled and I lost those assigned seats, resulting in me having to sit in a much less desirable position for my comfort.
The Pilot was one of the best I've had, very informative about turbulence and got us to our destination early
Other airlines were canceling flights but Delta got us home. Crew was friendly and professional. It would have been nice to have had a little more notice about the delays because we had already arrived at the airport when the first of several delays were communicated but I understand that storm forecasting isn’t simple and we were grateful that Delta didn’t just cancel the flight.
