I was vary unhappy about our flights being move around and also delayed with no one to communicate these changes in English. We did get a voucher for food but since the flights where delayed with little time in between we did not have time to use it. Also our bags not making it with us ended up being an inconvenience but thankful that you had them shipped to us. This was the worst experience flying ever.
I'm a small to average sized woman and I had no room to move. It's the only airline that goes from Atlanta to Atlanic City so I have no choice. Oh and the 2 hour delay was aweful too. I understand these things happen but I never expect that in May.
Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
The flight departed on time, service was prompt and the cabin crew was friendly and spoke fluent English.
Not really a complaint but flights marked Operated by P5 Arrorepublica are done using Copa Columbia metal whose business class on the E190 uses a smaller seat type that's 4 across as opposed to 3 across in the Copa Panama E190 s, however it's the same great service.
When I arrived to the airport i found that my flight had been changed for another one that was going to depart 4 hours later, that is I had 4 more hours of waiting at the airport, then at 4 am in the morning just before boarding they offered a voucher to let somebody else take my spot (that was nice because they let me stay at the star alliance lounge) the problem is that later they told me the voucher can only be used at an copa air office IN PERSON!!!! Who buys tickets in person in 2017 I guess copa is still in 1990
The service was great, the airplane was really comfortable and the selection of drinks made this a great on-board experience. The flight was on time which is really important when you have a connection.
When we arrived in Pan amazing there was no gate available, it took like 30 minutes to get a bus to pick up us from the ramp to take us to the terminal. The airline seemed a bit disorganized in this case. Knowing that everyone was taking a connection flight the airline should have been prepared.
