Cons: "The food. No herbal or decaf tea. No decaf coffee. The regular coffee and regular tea was awful; I like strong coffee and tea but on the plane it was terrible. The was not a vegan option for dinner. I thought the pilot announced complimentary beverages; soft drinks, coffee, tea & alcohol. Perhaps I was mistaken or maybe he was. I like the seats (reclining back with the seat bottom moving forward) except the seat bottom is entirely too hard and was bad for my back. The hot towels are a welcome touch. The ride was smooth, the pilots did a very good job."

Cons: "After we boarded and were already sitting in our sits the stewardess came and removed our bags from the overhead compartment for another person with a larger bag! We ended up storing our bags under the sits in-front. The way it was done it was rude and with no consideration for our comfort."
Pros: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."
Cons: "The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

Pros: "Delta flights run one time and their fleet seems newer than most with comfortable seating. Having free movies in the seat back ahead of you is a big plus with a good selection of movies. Snacks are good and crew is always friendly and accommodating. We fly almost exclusively with Delta for the aforementioned reasons."
Cons: "Boarding is a hassle no matter the airline with few exceptions. You would think someone could figure and efficient method to get people on the planes. I suppose it could be the public that is the problem. Not a problem with Delta they run a good airline."

Cons: "Delta's partnership with Go Jet seriously compromises the legacy carrier's reputation. I am a Delta fan - although flexible enough to use other choices when necessary. I will no longer fly a Go Jet operated leg when other choices are available. For my trips to Boston, that means Jet Blue. Sorry Delta. I'll see you back on a true Delta route."

The agent who served me was so lost that he could not find the page with my picture and name in my passport!!!"

Had a small issue to validate my passport in the automated cheek-in botths and waited over an hour to get them to personally validate. terrible experience. There were several of us with the same problem. I chose Delta given their prestige for great customer service, but they definitely need to do something about some of the folks at Logan's terminal."
Cons: "Old plane Zero entertainment First class seats worn thin and uncomfortable. I've been flying AA quite a bit lately and thought I'd give Delta another try. Too bad, it's clearly not up to today's standards"

Cons: "I'm just glad that we got to the airport 2 1/2 hours early because we needed it. We had to check a dog so we had to go through the special needs line, they had 2 out of 20 of ticket lines open. My wife also needs a wheelchair and after 45 minutes of standing in line, I spoke to one of the idiots that are supposed to be there to help and he went and got a wheelchair which I had to push my wife in the wheelchair through the zig zag line with 2 large suit cases and a dog. It took us an hour and a half to get tickets and then they called for someone to push the wheelchair and we where told to wait for them there. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come but no one came so I started pushing her towards the Sercurity check line and finally someone came to push her and he stayed on his phone the entire time. When my wife got to the point where she needed to walk through the metal detector she was having a little trouble getting out of the chair so they told her to just stay in the chair and they would push her through in the wheelchair. When she got through, they almost strip searched her and patted her down like she was a criminal. That took another 25 minutes!!! They the guy pushed her to our gate and insisted on taking the chair back with him, so 5 minutes later they asked if it was anyone who needed assistance getting on the plane. I went up and told them that my wife needed a chair to get on the plane so they had to call and get another chair which took another 10 minutes and finally we got on the plane. It took us 2 hours and 15 minutes to get a ticket and go through Sercurity!!!! Very very very unprofessional!!!"
Cons: "Free streaming movies on WiFi did not work (the system was broken on this aircraft according to the customer support). We had 3 people flying together but did not get the seats assigned in one place. Yes, we did not pay extra for confirmed seats but since we were buying 3 tickets I think 3 seats close to each other (if not in one row) should be expected."

And I want to Praise Delta for their understanding and most caring and assistance in assisting me on changing of my return flight due to my husband had a stroke on Thanksgiving Day. I was able to leave out on Friday (11-27-2014) with no problem."

Cons: "The flight from Boston was extremely delayed,but miraculasly, the boarding to conecting FinnAir flight 6, took extra 10 minutes, which gave me a chance not to catch it. Though, me and the AA rep., had to cross-run about a mile up and down the escalators at terminal 8 , my baggage was left behind and did not make a transfer to FinnAir 6. At final destination I was asked to file a lost baggage claim. If not the initial flight from Logan, everything should go smoother."

Cons: "Entertainment system went down toward the beginning of the flight. The crew seemed irritable, but that was probably because people were upset about the entertainment system. We had to listen to a loooong speech about their credit card. I, personally, don’t like sales pitches over the intercom in the middle of a flight. Had the movies been working, it would’ve paused during the long speech. Not cool at all!"

Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."

I suppose it's the way to keep flights cheap, but it's not fair to pay if when you arrive first, you have to pay to change for another seat... One free luggage of 23 kg when you cross the Atlantic is not enough..."

Cons: "From the get go it was an awful experience ... I travel with an emotional support animal as does my husband because we don't do well with flying. I have anxiety to the max about it & my husband gets ulcerative colitis flare ups any time he's stressed out which is usually while we fly and having our dogs with us turkey makes us feel better. When I called to tell them over the phone we would have our emotional support animal I got an attitude as if I hadn't been doing this for the last 4 years. She reiterated to me that we needed in addition to the letterhead from the doctor a form filled out (which we both did ) . Brought to the airport and sit had to sit at the counter like the girl didn't know what she was doing. Fast forward to finally getting to the gate after being stressed and our flight was delayed. This now only made our 50 min layover in DC 20 min by the time we landed. We ran from one gate to the next hoping we wouldn't miss our flight and when we got there they wouldn't let us on the plane saying things like "your dogs are not on this flight" "there is no documentation" "well then you must not have the right paperwork" ... in front of a bunch of people in line, out of breath, and now embarrassed I am forced to take out my folder and give them all the paperwork I had just given to the customer service desk before our first flight. They let everyone on the plane and still made us stand there and finally said "just go but your dogs aren't on this flight". Fast forward AGAIN to sitting on the flight the flight attendant comes over and says "guys where's you carrier the dogs need to be under the seats" .. we peoceeded again to explain for the seventh time that they were emotional support animals ... she then proceeded "no they are not they are not even listed on this flight" at this point I'm EXTREMLY embarrassed because people on the plane are paying attention and drawing attention to us but not only that ... I have been doing this for years .. I ALWAYS have the proper documentation as does my husband and we have never ran into this kind of disappointment and embarrassment from any airline until now. I was so stressed out to begin with and this deffinately didn't help ... nor did it make us wants to fly on American again. I felt pushed aside, embarrassed, and belittled by multiples employees ... all because the first employee clearly made a mistake and didn't document things correctly ... that should have never been put on us ."

Pros: "The in-flight entertainment interface was well-designed. The aircraft tracker is the best, the media selections were plentiful. Having the usb and headphone plugs next to the monitor is the best. Better than Virgin for sure. But strangely, you couldn't order from the food and drinks menu like you can from Virgin so it was just a video version of the menu card. Food was good."
Cons: "Someone destroyed a lavatory so we were short one for the flight and caused a 30 minute delay before take-off. The usual spiral happened: pilot flew into bad turbulence to make up time. No biggie."

It took so long for them to ascertain the situation, move the broken gangplank away, move the plane from gate B15 to B16, load passengers & luggage and take off, that I missed my connection in LaGuardia. I had to get a standby flight & thankfully got on. Why wasn't that equipment checked out long before it was used?"

Cons: "This was my first time flying American in years and now I remember why. Very cramped flight with no leg room, my knees were pressed against the seat in front of me.. Because they charge for checking bags, everybody else had two carry ons and there was no room for my one single back pack in the overhead bin so I was forced to sit with it under the seat in front of me."

Cons: "The seats are *tiny* and cramped. The aisle is so narrow that you can't roll a standard sized rolling carry-on suitcase because you're constantly catching on the seats. The 'entertainment' is the old-style 'everyone watches the same thing on tiny monitors' as opposed to seatback monitors."
