Flights were canceled due to airline shutting down and haven’t received a reimbursement. Had to book last minute new flights which were expensive

Spirit changed flight times by 12 hours with coming and going so I refunded tickets and drove

The agent cancel my flight without my consent. So the situation generate me a lot of troubles, specially because we were traveling with a baby

The boarding process was simple but the seats were very uncomfortable. The staff lady was also very hard to understand when she spoke over the intercom about procedures and updates. Other staff members seemed like they were just tired and didnt want to be on the plane. Im used to happy attendants and being able to understand what is said over the speakers.

I didnt have a flight. Kayak must be on drugs because I confirmed with spirit that I had no booked flight.

We were surprised to be charged $99 for a personal item. And of course everything offered on the flight was an additional charge. Other than that the pilot flew and landed the plane well and the attendants and fellow passengers were nice enough.

The repeated flight delays—this time nearly three hours without any weather-related cause—are unacceptable. Yet, passengers are penalized heavily even for being a minute late. It is unreasonable that there is no compensation for such significant delays, nor even basic provisions like water during the wait or in flight. This imbalance in accountability is deeply frustrating and needs to be addressed.

First flight in along time with spirit! I’m honored to say this flight was excellent 😊

Every connection was late but that meant I was not running from one to the next so that was a good thing. No one wants to miss a connection
